This location is using your points without your permission and disguising it as a discount.My mother went in and picked up her order, and when she came out she told me the nice girl in there gave her a discount. I asked what she meant and she told me the girl said "oh I can just take the change off for you" so it was $20 even. I said that was nice and I checked her receipt, and it said 82 cents in points had been used. My mom was upset but was too tired to go back in so I went in for her. I took her receipt and went in and asked the only person at the counter what was up with the points being used, and said my mom had just walked out of there. She apologized profusely and said that "theyre supposed to ask before they do that and aren't allowed to do it with permission" as if talking about another employee. She offered to put those points back on her account and I said to please do so. When I went back out I asked who it was that checked her out. It was the same girl who I just spoke to, purple hair and a tye dye hat, who had acted like another employee had done it. My mom specifically likes to save up her points and had mentioned to me her points weren't going up as fast as she thought. Going back through recipts, this isn't the first time it happened.Hours are different than all other curaleaf locations

Curaleaf is probably the best dispensary you can use in Florida. Quality and affordability. because of the deals that go on so often, I can actually (somewhat) afford my medicine. But it's difficult for me to pickup sometimes and I really wish this store delivered to me because they're the closest, but still 45 minutes away. No Curaleaf delivers to me, Gainesville used to say they did but never did after I tried them, and now my address isnt within their radius anymore. Please hire some delivery drivers so you guys can deliver to me! 🙏😪

This store has great staff and is very large. It's worth the drive for me all the way over from Citrus County. I ended up with thyroid cancer and I'm currently going through treatments. The narcoticmedication was not sitting well with me. So I opted for a medical marijuana option instead. I ended up getting approved for flower due to my cancer diagnosis. This has made me feel so much better. The staff here is very knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is their 50% off new patient promo has limitations of two whereas other stores have no limitations with new customer promos and no limit of each product within your monthly allowance. They really need to match the competitors new patient discounts

There's nothing sexier than a hot babe bringing me a bag of buds. I almost asked to tie her shoes so she didn't fall for anyone else. I got that mean double knot game. But I had my poodle in the car so I had to go. Plus I didn't want to tell her I was a bank robber.. also that preroll I let the other lady pick for me was pretty good. Chem cookies..
