I went to Curaleaf in Largo for the 1st time yesterday. I will NOT be back.~ I highly recommend you skip this location and any so-called sales they have. ~I bought 1/8 oz of the whole flower and a dark chocolate bar.* Let's start with the chocolate. It does its job and tastes alright. However, to state there are 20 pieces, compared to 12-16 at other dispensaries, their pieces are just smaller. And, it looked like the bar was smaller, too.* As for the whole flower, I purchased the 'Vanilla Frosting,' 1/8 oz.When I got home, I opened the flower and proceeded to break up one of the buds to roll a joint. There were more seeds than flower in that bud. I looked at the other buds and just realized that none of it was smokable.I then called the Largo store and spoke with Laura. I explained the situation and she sounded very surprised. Laura stated that if I brought the remaining product back within 7 days, she would refund or replace my product with another item. I advised her that I was returning every bit of flower.☆☆☆ The very next day, I returned. Apparently, Laura wasn't there. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the person who eventually authorized the return. Let's just say that it's because of her (& product quality) that I'll never return AND I will tell EVERYONE about my experience.This 'person' must have been a manager. She told me that "if I hadn't spoke to Laura yesterday, then I wouldn't be getting a refund today." She was starting to ask what I had done with the bag/flower. I showed her the picture attached & explained again. It was almost like she was trying to find a problem with something I did.Then she was trying to only give me product exchange. NO! I was very polite and got my refund.*** You must understand that this is a rare occasion for me. I have limited use of my hands due to multiple medical issues. Normally, I would just break off a piece and put it in a pipe. But most of the time, I have to use a vape b/c my hands don't always do what I tell them to. My apologies, I digress.But seriously, I could have ended up in the hospital if I put that in a pipe!!!* The sales agents I encountered were very courteous and knowledgeable. (yesterday & today) My advice is to get out now!None of your staff is going to say it, so if you're still reading this I will - the manager working today is not a good person: she obviously intimidates the staff, tries to intimidate the customers, she treats the customers like criminals (and lord knows we have to deal w/enough sh*t as it is), and honestly, she didn't even seem surprised that y'all are selling a _________ product.I don't even know what to call your product!How would you feel if your loved one lit that up??? Please 🙏 tell me??? And was then treated poorly when bringing it to someone's attention?And, please correct me if I'm wrong, but, I didn't think "flower" from a dispensary was supposed to have seeds. And, if so, over a 50/50 blend???Rant over, wasted enough time here. Let this be a warning to all who think of going to Curaleaf Largo.K Out🎤

I’ve been coming here since this location opened but will be switching after today. After trying to replace a briq that didn’t work I was met with a very snarky attitude from a young manager girl. She wouldn’t replace it because I didn’t have a receipt showing I purchased it within 7 days and was very rude about it. I said I would go elsewhere from now on if that’s their attitude and she said ok fine in a happy voice and rolled her eyes and walked away.

Last night - Order # 372913480 Cashier #67036 @ 07:14:06 p.m. 02/22/24. Today- Order # 372952191 Cashier #51506 @ 12:01:47p.m. Okay ... ( Making a long story short lol not so short 😬) I can at least say the two ladies that helped me were nice. I went here last night and purchased some flower and a vape . I get home and open the smoke, smoke a jay and it was nice. Then I go to open the vape to try..... It was a QUARTER MISSING so only 3/4th full. I didn't smoke it waited until this morning to take it back. Well ..... I go in she is nice I say I just want to get smoke instead this time around she says okay. We talk about the two different kinds I was contemplating. I told her to pick it...... ( So I guess I should have specified the cheapest) So what does she do pick one of the expensive ones. I mean don't get me wrong it was only a $2.50 difference but still. Can someone please answer me why whenever you ask someone in retail to help you choose between one item or the other they always go for the one that's not the cheapest why is that. I knew what was available when I walked in so I knew there where cheeper ones. I should have questioned it when she told me the total price.... so I guess it's on me too. Now if the lady looked at my record she would know I always got mini buds which are the cheapest. Of course I tipped her two dollars for helping me and being nice. If I would have known she charged me more I would have never tipped her. Yes I said it!! And I know why she did it it's because I returned something and when I returned it I would have only paid $5. See they get bonuses or they earn stuff the more money that people spend when they're there I don't know if everyone knows this but every dispensary the employees get perks whoever sells the most or whoever has the most you know what I'm trying to say. And I don't appreciate that they do that I almost want to take it back and return it and get my 2.50 back it's the principal . People suck!! Thank you for listening have a beautiful day :)P.S. the pics are - 1 set is from right when I opened it (all oil on one side). Then I sat it straight up. This is a great place to shop and receive your medicinal cannabis the sales are usually great and the staff is amazing. Only reason I am giving Curaleaf 4 stars is because the policy on defective devices. If it doesn’t work after 7 days you can’t get a replacement. So no stocking up on Curaleaf product. Other than that great stuff!

Outside of the establishment was free of debris, and glass entry doors were clean, and smudge free. The product sold here has been excelent ( the 2 times I've shopped here ). All in all, it doesn't get any better than this.

When does "The Entire Store" not really mean "The Entire Store"? When you walk in the door at Curaleaf in Largo. This morning I received an email with promos that included a banner saying "Take 50% off of the Entire Store". I placed an order for two eights of Grassroots Cap Junky Flower. The normal price is $50.50 per eighth so ordering two at 50% off would be a total of $50.50. Now remember, the ad says "The Entire Store" and has NO disclaimers that there are exclusions for any Grassroots flower products. So when I go to the store to pick up the order I was told "That particular strain is excluded from the sale prices".I questioned if the ad didn't REALLY mean the entire store and was told "There ARE exclusions in the email" but the only exlcusion in the email that would apply to the Grassroots products is "Offers and promotions subject to change or cancellation at management's discretion" so, yeah.....there IS a general exclusion on a singular Grassroots product and the standby disclaimer is what is offered. So.....used to be a five star in my book and other than arbitrary eclusions of products I think Curaleaf Largo is still the best service, most pleasing environment, and great gem in the local area. So a three star this time around.

The manager Erin is great! I did not like how I was treated on my visit and it was due to a company policy apparently. When I told her I felt embarrassed and not valued by one of her employees, she turned my bad taste into a friendly one. Best place around to get affordable product without the hassle most other local places have. The owner is awesome, and so are the other employees. There's always awesome deals pretty much daily. Rewards also helps a ton and can get u awesome deals too. Honestly no complaints. Curaleaf is the best in pinellas County that we've found in 3 years. Keep it up guys. Be careful when they give you your change back, a certain employee here will give you the wrong change back (less) and then claim it as an innocent mistake when it’s so obviously not, since he literally did the same thing last time! Funny coincidence, I think not! Then when you call him out he will ban you from the store and try and intimidate you in the parking lot! Model employee for someone who is suppose to be serving medical patients! I shouldn’t even give any more of my business to curaleaf if they keep this wannabe gangster.

Great place. Check out the new JAMS line of edibles, they are the best compared to other places. Chocolate pretzel is my favorite, it's very creamy and doesn't have the weird aftertaste some other products do.

Build up points and use them towards your purchases to get an even better discount. Double points on Wednesday is one of my favorite days. Tuesdays & Thursdays are student discount days. There’s not one day of the week that they don’t have a sale , you can’t go wrong shopping here. If you have any questions the staff here are knowledgeable about each and every product they carry , you’ll never hear one say that they need help from another employee to answer your questions bc each individual employee are up to date with every product. They are so polite, respectful and helpful. The cureleaf team is about the customer and not the sale. This place truly cares about every individual customer and they DO NOT DISCRIMINATE. The staff is nice, the place is clean, and service is quick. I bought a couple of live rosin carts, and I was disappointed in the quality of the rosin. It was very harsh and made me cough. I usually buy my live rosin carts from MUV and they are much smoother. Curaleaf has the least smooth live rosin carts in the area (I have tried them all). If Curaleaf changes their live rosin making process, I'll be back to try their carts again.

I have never been to a "weed store" before. My doctor actually suggested I try medical marijuana for my fibromyalgia & PTSD because I'm sick of medicine. Anyway, I thought these places would be scary & full of drug addicts or something....No. This place was like walking into a zen garden! No creepy people. Big clean, not weed smelling boutique! The staff were so nice and helpful. I had no idea what to get, they helped and explained a lot! I felt very safe and comfortable. Security cameras everywhere. It was a lot different than what I expected.

My first visit was absolutely amazing!I'm 19 and have a medical card, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a worker named Sam! He was very charismatic, and whenever I had questions about the process, he answered them immediately.They also provide a free vaporizer battery (with charger of course in a secure box) as a part of a first time customer bundle. They handle any issues you might have efficiently and the process of purchasing medication is easy :⁠-⁠)Definitely recommend.

This is my favorite curaleaf location. The people here are so nice and they hype you up for a good time. I won the 7/10 giveaway so I might be a little biased, but at the same time I would say this location is my favorite even if I didn’t win.I usually get smokable products, all of which are good. The watermelon edibles are amazing. Don’t get the artic berry though, it was gross, not the employees fault. The live resin cartridge is the best for vapes.

I went in for the first time today. The two guys said I had to buy four or five items to get the new customer discount. I asked them as to where it says that on their website. They shrugged and just looked at each other, totally confused. I wasn't sure they actually worked there so I walked out. They acted either way too high or just didn't want to be bothered.     Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).

    Curaleaf is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Curaleaf grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.

    Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Curaleaf in Largo does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.

    Last night - Order # 372913480 Cashier #67036 @ 07:14:06 p.m. 02/22/24. Today- Order # 372952191 Cashier #51506 @ 12:01:47p.m. Okay ... ( Making a long story short lol not so short 😬) I can at least say the two ladies that helped me were nice. I went here last night and purchased some flower and a vape . I get home and open the smoke, smoke a jay and it was nice. Then I go to open the vape to try..... It was a QUARTER MISSING so only 3/4th full. I didn't smoke it waited until this morning to take it back. Well ..... I go in she is nice I say I just want to get smoke instead this time around she says okay. We talk about the two different kinds I was contemplating. I told her to pick it...... ( So I guess I should have specified the cheapest) So what does she do pick one of the expensive ones. I mean don't get me wrong it was only a $2.50 difference but still. Can someone please answer me why whenever you ask someone in retail to help you choose between one item or the other they always go for the one that's not the cheapest why is that. I knew what was available when I walked in so I knew there where cheeper ones. I should have questioned it when she told me the total price.... so I guess it's on me too. Now if the lady looked at my record she would know I always got mini buds which are the cheapest. Of course I tipped her two dollars for helping me and being nice. If I would have known she charged me more I would have never tipped her. Yes I said it!! And I know why she did it it's because I returned something and when I returned it I would have only paid $5. See they get bonuses or they earn stuff the more money that people spend when they're there I don't know if everyone knows this but every dispensary the employees get perks whoever sells the most or whoever has the most you know what I'm trying to say. And I don't appreciate that they do that I almost want to take it back and return it and get my 2.50 back it's the principal . People suck!!     This is a great place to shop and receive your medicinal cannabis the sales are usually great and the staff is amazing. Only reason I am giving Curaleaf 4 stars is because the policy on defective devices. If it doesn’t work after 7 days you can’t get a replacement. So no stocking up on Curaleaf product. Other than that great stuff!

Outside of the establishment was free of debris, and glass entry doors were clean, and smudge free. The product sold here has been excelent ( the 2 times I've shopped here ).     When does "The Entire Store" not really mean "The Entire Store"? When you walk in the door at Curaleaf in Largo. This morning I received an email with promos that included a banner saying "Take 50% off of the Entire Store". I placed an order for two eights of Grassroots Cap Junky Flower. The normal price is $50.50 per eighth so ordering two at 50% off would be a total of $50.50. Now remember, the ad says "The Entire Store" and has NO disclaimers that there are exclusions for any Grassroots flower products. So when I go to the store to pick up the order I was told "That particular strain is excluded from the sale prices".I questioned if the ad didn't REALLY mean the entire store and was told "There ARE exclusions in the email" but the only exlcusion in the email that would apply to the Grassroots products is "Offers and promotions subject to change or cancellation at management's discretion" so, yeah.....there IS a general exclusion on a singular Grassroots product and the standby disclaimer is what is offered. So.....used to be a five star in my book and other than arbitrary eclusions of products I think Curaleaf Largo is still the best service, most pleasing environment, and great gem in the local area. So a three star this time around.

    Be careful when they give you your change back, a certain employee here will give you the wrong change back (less) and then claim it as an innocent mistake when it’s so obviously not, since he literally did the same thing last time! Funny coincidence, I think not! Then when you call him out he will ban you from the store and try and intimidate you in the parking lot! Model employee for someone who is suppose to be serving medical patients! I shouldn’t even give any more of my business to curaleaf if they keep this wannabe gangster.

    Great place. Check out the new JAMS line of edibles, they are the best compared to other places. Chocolate pretzel is my favorite, it's very creamy and doesn't have the weird aftertaste some other products do.

Build up points and use them towards your purchases to get an even better discount. Double points on Wednesday is one of my favorite days. Tuesdays & Thursdays are student discount days. There’s not one day of the week that they don’t have a sale , you can’t go wrong shopping here. If you have any questions the staff here are knowledgeable about each and every product they carry , you’ll never hear one say that they need help from another employee to answer your questions bc each individual employee are up to date with every product. They are so polite, respectful and helpful. The cureleaf team is about the customer and not the sale. This place truly cares about every individual customer and they DO NOT DISCRIMINATE.     The staff is nice, the place is clean, and service is quick. I bought a couple of live rosin carts, and I was disappointed in the quality of the rosin. It was very harsh and made me cough. I usually buy my live rosin carts from MUV and they are much smoother. Curaleaf has the least smooth live rosin carts in the area (I have tried them all). If Curaleaf changes their live rosin making process, I'll be back to try their carts again.

    I have never been to a "weed store" before. My doctor actually suggested I try medical marijuana for my fibromyalgia & PTSD because I'm sick of medicine. Anyway, I thought these places would be scary & full of drug addicts or something....No. This place was like walking into a zen garden! No creepy people. Big clean, not weed smelling boutique! The staff were so nice and helpful. I had no idea what to get, they helped and explained a lot! I felt very safe and comfortable. Security cameras everywhere. It was a lot different than what I expected.

    My first visit was absolutely amazing!I'm 19 and have a medical card, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a worker named Sam! He was very charismatic, and whenever I had questions about the process, he answered them immediately.They also provide a free vaporizer battery (with charger of course in a secure box) as a part of a first time customer bundle. They handle any issues you might have efficiently and the process of purchasing medication is easy :⁠-⁠)Definitely recommend.

I won the 7/10 giveaway so I might be a little biased, but at the same time I would say this location is my favorite even if I didn’t win.I usually get smokable products, all of which are good. The watermelon edibles are amazing. Don’t get the artic berry though, it was gross, not the employees fault. The live resin cartridge is the best for vapes.

They shrugged and just looked at each other, totally confused. I wasn't sure they actually worked there so I walked out. They acted either way too high or just didn't want to be bothered. No wonder the place was empty. Go to Grow Healthy or Trulive who have excellent customer service. They like people at those two places.
