As a new customer they allow nice discounts on your first three times there. On my second and third times I forgot to use these discounts and they conveniently didn’t prompt me for this benefit. On my fourth visit I asked to use one of these discounts. The girl laughed at me and told me no that because I forgot I was out of luck. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Just renewed my license so of course I went to the only place I’ve ever been too… Took my payment, couldn’t receive product due to an issue with license. Told me to fix it and it would be put on a credit, called two weeks in a row to ensure I was getting a credit. Got everything situated and call for my order today just to get told I won’t be getting a credit, speak with my bank whom I spoke with when this issue first started and it is showing they took my money as an ATM withdraw and my bank is having issues getting me over $100 back !!

Haven’t been to this location in quite a while, but am definitely making it my new go to. Was underwhelmed by this place with poor quality & expectations, but it’s suddenly made a huge 180 and it’s very exciting! Unlike Trulieve or other surrounding stores, you don’t feel any stress or pressure when walking in. The openness and taking out the waiting room definitely helped it feel more welcoming. Also lovely staff still they were always good people! Can’t say that about the other stores.

Normally I absolutely love cura leaf. Great deals, great product. But! I have notified them several times that I have a new doctor since August and yet my doctor's name is not updated on my stickers. Now, months later, again I am complaining to them again & I fishnet finally get to speak with someone with actual knowledge who informs me that I need to do certain steps which I do believe have been done and that it's illegal because if I got stopped I would be in trouble because it's not my doctor which I know and just stated. So they have a 2 star with me right now because when I reported this several times not once did anybody tell me that that was a problem that it was an issue that it was &that it was illegal and what I needed to do to fix it 😡🤬😡. Shame shame shame.

This was my first experience at Curaleaf and it was the BEST experience I’ve had between the few dispensaries I’ve been to! I was immediately welcomed and taken care of by Corey. He was so beyond patient and kind! He was also extremely knowledgeable! He made sure that I felt heard about my concerns with some of the different types of products and answered all of my questions. He also went a step further, and really took the time to EXPLAIN it to me. Why this works, how this works, what it works well with. He gave me such a great foundation and understanding of the different strains and their effects and uses that I feel more confident in my own ability to start actually CHOOSING my products at the dispensary rather than just telling the store team member “idk, what do you recommend” and then they just tell me what they like but it’s not actually the most beneficial for me. I’m so appreciative of this! I’m really excited to try the products that Corey helped guide me make educated decisions on! What a new but absolutely wonderful dispensary experience. I appreciate the signs that state masks must be worn on Curaleaf property by all, but what good is a sign if no one enforces or follows this policy? Having your mask just hang down from one ear, as 3 staff members and one customer were doing, does NOT count as wearing a mask. I’ve been to the Curaleaf in lutz 3 times. All 3 time the flower I bought was horrible. For $47 an eight the buds were small. The quality was also bad. As consumers we are paying top dollar for top shelf flower, but unfortunately that’s not the case at Curaleaf. All three times I got a bunch of little popcorn buds. Curaleaf is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Curaleaf dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Curaleaf in Lutz does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Curaleaf
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Curaleaf in Lutz online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Now, months later, again I am complaining to them again & I fishnet finally get to speak with someone with actual knowledge who informs me that I need to do certain steps which I do believe have been done and that it's illegal because if I got stopped I would be in trouble because it's not my doctor which I know and just stated. So they have a 2 star with me right now because when I reported this several times not once did anybody tell me that that was a problem that it was an issue that it was &that it was illegal and what I needed to do to fix it 😡🤬😡. He was so beyond patient and kind! He was also extremely knowledgeable! He made sure that I felt heard about my concerns with some of the different types of products and answered all of my questions. He also went a step further, and really took the time to EXPLAIN it to me. Why this works, how this works, what it works well with. He gave me such a great foundation and understanding of the different strains and their effects and uses that I feel more confident in my own ability to start actually CHOOSING my products at the dispensary rather than just telling the store team member “idk, what do you recommend” and then they just tell me what they like but it’s not actually the most beneficial for me. I appreciate the signs that state masks must be worn on Curaleaf property by all, but what good is a sign if no one enforces or follows this policy? Having your mask just hang down from one ear, as 3 staff members and one customer were doing, does NOT count as wearing a mask. I have a compromised immune system and enjoyed the curbside pick up, but I am disheartened when I see such a blatant disregard for customer safety.Please fix this. I’ve been to the Curaleaf in lutz 3 times. All 3 time the flower I bought was horrible. For $47 an eight the buds were small. The quality was also bad. As consumers we are paying top dollar for top shelf flower, but unfortunately that’s not the case at Curaleaf. All three times I got a bunch of little popcorn buds.
