Going to Curaleaf, specifically the North Miami location, is always a fun experience. I usually place my orders in advance, but always stay a few extra minutes to gab with the bud tenders! They are all a blast to talk to, and I learn about all the new products coming out! I really like the rewards system, and Curaleafs edibles are top notch, so I go there regularly to re-up my stash and catch up with the staff!

I was a long term monthly customer until today. I called twice today to place a phone order. The first man didn't know what I was talking about placing a phone order. The second call was a woman who was VERY rude and told me to hang up and place my order online and that she was too busy to take my order. I was a passenger in a moving vehicle at the time. I purchased flower from this location and after trying 1 of the 4 jars I purchased I knew I didn’t want the others (same strain). It tasted very bad, like cigarettes. I tried to go in an return or exchange the other 3 sealed jars and they refused due to COVID.This is the only company that still keeps that bs rule, they clearly know they have terrible flower, so with that policy you get stuck with it. (And btw the return policy says nothing about COVID Online so that’s more bs to extend it as they see fit to screw more patients)I tried to email their help center to attempt to resolve this before reviewing, all they did was ask for receipt and batch, when I asked for a follow up I never received one. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere! (Yes, that terrible flower will literally give you a headache.)

Ever since I first stepped inside and saw that she was busy helping others, I could tell she was easygoing even though she was obviously trying to do 10 things at once. When she started helping me out, she was attentive to everything I had to say and suggested options that I didn't know about, even things that were reduced prices, which I didn't expect because unfortunately salespeople try to only heavily push regular priced items. Curaleaf is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Curaleaf dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Curaleaf in Miami does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Curaleaf
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Curaleaf in Miami online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

I purchased flower from this location and after trying 1 of the 4 jars I purchased I knew I didn’t want the others (same strain). It tasted very bad, like cigarettes. I tried to go in an return or exchange the other 3 sealed jars and they refused due to COVID.This is the only company that still keeps that bs rule, they clearly know they have terrible flower, so with that policy you get stuck with it. (And btw the return policy says nothing about COVID Online so that’s more bs to extend it as they see fit to screw more patients)I tried to email their help center to attempt to resolve this before reviewing, all they did was ask for receipt and batch, when I asked for a follow up I never received one. When she started helping me out, she was attentive to everything I had to say and suggested options that I didn't know about, even things that were reduced prices, which I didn't expect because unfortunately salespeople try to only heavily push regular priced items. My go-to place since day 1 I've tried pretty much every store in nmb and they have the best quality for a decent price. Their crumble and shatter is always on point there flower is very good quality just not that potent but it was grown and cured right not like these other places where you can get a moldy bud or dry herb.curaleaf is my top 3 💯

I ran into “a situation” that didn’t get me fired until I had groomed my replacement(meaning it wasn’t a situation that could get me fired). I asked and asked if my job was at risk and it was like if nobody knew. The entire staff I knew coming in were all fired over simple fixable mistakes. The current manager Karina makes just as many mistakes as anyone but she must be the right persons pet. Not only is the quality of all their product the best out of all of the south florida dispensaries I've visited, this includes flower,cartridges,and concentrates, but the staff is the absolute best as well! Every time I come in I'm educated and advised on the best product to meet my needs and their suggestions have all been extremely useful. They know what they are talking about and are extremely nice and helpful. The manager Karina is amazing. You can tell she loves her job , staff, and customers. She treats her staff like gold and it pays off because they are all awesome, especially Richard and Jennifer! Richard always suggests the best everything and Jennifer is sooooo nice! Great conversation and they make you excited to try what you're buying. I love the team and the products. I highly recommend visiting this location, and safety precautions are always in place.
