However, when we went to pickup, Lacy, with a rather idgaf attitude, ensured me we never spoke to anyone and I wouldn't know better cause I don't work there. I went in today and on their daily special board they had 50% off entire store and 60% for Elite. I am not an Elite member so my order would fall under the 59% deal. I ordered 2 grass roots products and only one was showing discounted. I asked an associate and she went to the back and confirmed with the manager the discount would occur at checkout. When I checked out they tried to charge full price saying I wasn’t an Elite member . I explained I’m just trying to get the discount showing on the board. The person who took my order who also happen to be a manager just kept saying it’s for 50% is just for elite. Although they have a huge board that says entire store 50% off. This is false advertising and shouldn’t be allowed.

The Dr next door combined with the absolute professionalism and compassion and support I received is unparalleled in the "medical" community. Frequent deals and friendly staff aside — these people just saved me from a potentially very dangerous situation wherein another car was following me into parking lots (including theirs). An employee waited outside and accommodated my sudden need for curbside service to keep me safe & see if the car following me would continue to do so after I left. It did follow me briefly, but seemed discouraged and quickly gave up after; something I attribute to them knowing they had an audience. I got home safely and avoided potential violence because Curaleaf’s employees cared enough to meet me where I needed them & keep an eye out for me. Thank you. I love you guys.

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Curaleaf. There is efficiency from the time I walk in to the time I leave. Even when there were multiple orders, I watched a manager go over to the orders and prioritize them so that the right ones went out in the correct order. I had an employee ring me up for double what I bought, took my rec down to zero. My receipt didn't say this change though. I do believe the worker was trying to keep weed for herself. I caught this mistake and asked for my money back. Took an hr. Delayed my holiday trip. Then every time after that I have a card issue..."issue" where it won't fully process and it takes it from my bank but doesn't show on their end. Twice now they've tried to keep my products. Said my bank was lying or I wasn't on the phone with my real bank. I like this store for curbside but they are starting to be lazy and dismissive of issues. I blame the manager.

You shouldn't have to smoke 3 joints to get the effect. Especially when I have other flower that is only 17% that only takes one joint. Got burnt 3 times not in a good way.

Compared to other dispensaries the shopping experience is very impersonal. Orders are either placed ahead of time or on a tablet when you arrive. Most employees are dispensing so there aren't any left to discuss products, deals or strains. I also like to get budtender recommendations and this makes it something I have to remember for next time where if I was at the counter and they recommend something I may have bought it as well. So far, this is probably my second favorite dispensary. I tend to find one I like and only go there. I will go to others for sales and stuff which is what brought me to curaleaf. I was pleased with the employees and the variety of different strains. I also like that the waiting area is inside of the area where you speak with the employees so you can see what’s going on. I don’t typically like the outside waiting areas because it seems like it takes longer but maybe that’s just me. Either way, cool people and a cool place.

When this place first opened it was hard to not recommend a great establishment. The customer service was elite and the medicine was great too. I walked in and everyone was so ready to let me know of all the cool products and sales they had so I could get the best bang for my buck.Now, it's just the medicine that we have here. Today I placed my order online and got the alert that it was ready. I walked in and there was NO ONE there. They told me they would be right with me.I waited. Two people walked in and were served before me, greeted and given the full service. I got my name called and was asked to pay. Why was I treated different? I won't make assumptions, but based on my experience today, it was not a pleasant interaction.Retail is tough. I know I've had my days, but today, to have my order sit at the window in front of my face, they take my medical card, and still take two people that walk right in and take care of them before me in such a courteous and efficient manner. It was a really unprofessional experience.

This is our MEDICINE. That's all we care about, the quality of the product for those buying it. It was my first visit, as I typically purchase from another dispensary. I saw the reviews for the topical balm and was interested in trying it.On a daily basis, I suffer from spasms in my back and neck. I applied the balm, the night of the purchase. I'm unsure if it was the medications I have to constantly take, or the balm itself, but relief did happen after applying the balm.The only complaint that I have is on the packaging. From the pictures, you can see that the top of the jar busted upon opening. I hope Curaleaf makes an easier to open container, similar to the ones that cam be found from other dispensaries.💚

The discounts are nice but don’t expect to take advantage of reward points and discounts in the same transaction, I get told it’s whichever discount is larger they’ll apply. Tried to take advantage of the 35% off discount but when I showed up I have to order through the website and make an account. Curaleaf is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Curaleaf dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Curaleaf in Orange Park does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Curaleaf
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Curaleaf in Orange Park online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

I went in today and on their daily special board they had 50% off entire store and 60% for Elite. I am not an Elite member so my order would fall under the 59% deal. I ordered 2 grass roots products and only one was showing discounted. I asked an associate and she went to the back and confirmed with the manager the discount would occur at checkout. I caught this mistake and asked for my money back. Took an hr. Delayed my holiday trip. Then every time after that I have a card issue..."issue" where it won't fully process and it takes it from my bank but doesn't show on their end. Twice now they've tried to keep my products. Most employees are dispensing so there aren't any left to discuss products, deals or strains. I also like to get budtender recommendations and this makes it something I have to remember for next time where if I was at the counter and they recommend something I may have bought it as well. So far, this is probably my second favorite dispensary. I tend to find one I like and only go there. I will go to others for sales and stuff which is what brought me to curaleaf. I was pleased with the employees and the variety of different strains. I also like that the waiting area is inside of the area where you speak with the employees so you can see what’s going on. I don’t typically like the outside waiting areas because it seems like it takes longer but maybe that’s just me. Either way, cool people and a cool place.

When this place first opened it was hard to not recommend a great establishment. The customer service was elite and the medicine was great too. I walked in and everyone was so ready to let me know of all the cool products and sales they had so I could get the best bang for my buck.Now, it's just the medicine that we have here. Today I placed my order online and got the alert that it was ready. I walked in and there was NO ONE there. They told me they would be right with me.I waited. Two people walked in and were served before me, greeted and given the full service. I got my name called and was asked to pay. Why was I treated different? I won't make assumptions, but based on my experience today, it was not a pleasant interaction.Retail is tough. I know I've had my days, but today, to have my order sit at the window in front of my face, they take my medical card, and still take two people that walk right in and take care of them before me in such a courteous and efficient manner. It was a really unprofessional experience.

It was my first visit, as I typically purchase from another dispensary. I saw the reviews for the topical balm and was interested in trying it.On a daily basis, I suffer from spasms in my back and neck. I applied the balm, the night of the purchase. I'm unsure if it was the medications I have to constantly take, or the balm itself, but relief did happen after applying the balm.The only complaint that I have is on the packaging. From the pictures, you can see that the top of the jar busted upon opening. I hope Curaleaf makes an easier to open container, similar to the ones that cam be found from other dispensaries.💚

The discounts are nice but don’t expect to take advantage of reward points and discounts in the same transaction, I get told it’s whichever discount is larger they’ll apply. Tried to take advantage of the 35% off discount but when I showed up I have to order through the website and make an account. Was told I can’t place the order via phone to get the discount and can’t place and order for delivery due to the company being backed up. I made an account and everything I wanted was “in store” only and unable to be added to a cart online.
