I absolutely love this curaleaf location. I have been to several this is my fav. The staff is always fun!!! And the wait is almost NEVER even on a walk-in!

Honestly one of the worst experiences I ever had. They were completely rude from the start and decided to obnoxiously press me for my medical card the moment I stepped a foot in the door . This is not how a dispensary should operate. Please go elsewhere for better product/ customer service

They were both incredibly awesome, kind, and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Their accommodating nature and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart. I walked in hot from my walk I was greeted by three amazing people who told me to soak up some cool air....I did it's Florida it's hot lol ...they asked if I was picking up I informed them I was gave my i.d and my order was already and waiting for me. Easily my favorite dispensary in the Orlando area! They are always super knowledgeable and accommodating. All the employees treat you like friends and are always giving the best (honest) recommendations on what to try when the new stuff comes in. I love the openness of this location and its proximity to all of the fun things to do on I-Drive. If you have your FL medical card check out Curaleaf I-Drive - great staff, great prices, & great product!

I really appreciate that they carry RSO and lozenges that are made with monk fruit instead of sugar. (More sugar-free options, please!) I also appreciate that Curaleaf hosts regular sales and that the points you accumulate can be used at their other locations, even in other states.The staff is always kind and helpful.

John and another gentleman with an arm tattoo are my favorite coworkers. Unlike the "other guy" who transferred from another Curaleaf location, they have never taken my leftover change and placed it in the tip collection box—not once. This "other guy" took my only lunch money, $8, which is a significant amount for me, and put it in the tip box. As someone on SSDI with very limited funds, losing my only money for lunch left me with nothing to eat for the rest of the day. He wouldn't look me in the eye as he took the leftover change from the cash register and deposited it into the tip box. That was hurtful. He never asked me if I wanted to tip. Since then, I have avoided allowing him to handle my cash. However, John and the tattooed gentleman have always returned my cash to me. I am incredibly grateful for their honesty and integrity. While heading to the store just now I called at 8:25 to advise I would be there at 8:31 the camera will show me pull in and get there at the door exactly at 8:31 and was still not let in. I would have no problem if when I called and was very honest that I would arrive one minute late The young lady who answered, should have been honest to say I’m so sorry ma’am, legally or whatever we can’t let you in anytime after 830. I would have promptly made a U-turn and went back home and tried again in the morning. I just want people to have common courtesy. I called showing courtesy, you could’ve just been honest to say no, ma’am we won’t let you in. I will, indeed let people know of this customer service mishap. Which could’ve been avoided.

This dispensary, officially referred to by the state as a medical marijuana treatment centers, or MMTC for short is licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
Curaleaf is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Curaleaf dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Curaleaf in Orlando does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Curaleaf
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Curaleaf in Orlando online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.
