I walked into an almost empty lobby the employee had no one at the counter and just looked and me and continued to walk around. After being checked in I’m still waiting while there’s 4-5 employees here and only 1 checking people out. Today they had my order ready before i even walked in the door. they called me by my name (Toffer I'm working on getting it changed) and they have always been so helpful and kind. They are so knowledgeable too! I now know how to take better care of myself. I'm eating and sleeping regularly again and I'm not in an incredible amount of pain all the time. I just absolutely adore that they care about your health and are always willing to guide you in the right direction. I'm proud to go to this place for me needs and I'm so proud of the staff they work hard and deal with a lot but you can tell they care and that means the world to someone dealing with chronic pain. I go on walks now. I'm back in the gym. This place saved my life.

The store is always a cluster when certain staff seems to be on the floor. Filled waiting room every time. Also Checking in is a catastrophe and the worst check in process of ANY dispensary medical or recreational I have seen. You walk in no ones paying attention. No one immediately takes your card or asks for it. You stand in the door way awkwardly and confused. Three people on the floor today and no one was being served or checked out at one point. They are very polite. But I Have seen 2-3 customers become upset inside the store the past week for being served out of turn. This is the east stuff people.

The customers however could be way more understanding about wait times. It’s a busy dispensary and everyone is doing the best they can. I have never been treated or talked to by Curaleaf as I was. Was told I just needed to give them 30 mins after placing my order and come in. They can pull it at that time after I wait with other customers. I was lead to believe pickup orders were different then just going into the store, ordering and then have the budtenders get my order then. Where am I saving time? Where am I making sure that what I want to purchase is currently in stock? This used to be the only actual store I went to; now it is the only actual store I won't go to for a long time.

Wonderful place to get medicinal herb! This is the first dispensary I ever went to. Super cute, hip, little store with nice furniture/art on the walls. However, there is a waiting room similar to a doctor's office: you sign-in, you wait, they call you, you go in. You cannot view product or see anything in the store from the waiting room, so make sure you have some free time surrounding your trip as the wait can be like 20 mins sometimes. Quality of the product is consistent, the employees are very friendly and helpful. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DEALS AND THE ONLINE ORDERING. You can easily save hundreds of dollars if you shop here when they have deals, which is often. You can also shop online and pick up your order there to avoid the line!

I love this place and want to give them 5 stars but I can’t because the speed in which they operate is quite slow. It must be a system issue or a general procedure flaw. The last three visits, I have been subject to a 45 minute wait for as little as one single item ordered online. I understand that there are hours and blocks in which they receive a rush of customers. However, walk-ins and online orders are not separated. You are put into the same line as everyone else the moment you walk in the door.The staff is always kind, upbeat, and helpful. The product across the board is always great. But I’m not sure that these long wait times for orders are necessary, especially considering that it’s a matter of hiring someone to drop things in bags and send people out the door. There must be a better way to streamline the flow, but I believe the mark is being simply missed by management. There should be more staff at lunch hour and dinner hour when people are taking breaks from their jobs or generally getting off of work. Two people working the counter with a parking lot and waiting room full of customers seems ill prepared. 45 to 60 minutes for a pre-packaged distillate that’s sitting on a shelf inside is unacceptable.If they can figure out the wait time thing a little better, I’d give them five stars.

I was told if I didn’t receive a call with issues regarding my script I should be fine and my order is ready. I showed up at 6 when I got off work to be told I have to wait an HOUR, and in my car at that. When I asked why even though my order is ready she couldn’t give me a clear answer. The shatter itself is super dark in color and doesn't really have much smell. The taste was somewhere between greasy hamburgers and grampas bathroom if that were a taste. It was half off...still a ripoff! Gross... maybe their flower is better?

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Curaleaf in Sanford online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. The store is always a cluster when certain staff seems to be on the floor. Filled waiting room every time. Also Checking in is a catastrophe and the worst check in process of ANY dispensary medical or recreational I have seen. You walk in no ones paying attention. No one immediately takes your card or asks for it. You stand in the door way awkwardly and confused. Three people on the floor today and no one was being served or checked out at one point. They are very polite. But I Have seen 2-3 customers become upset inside the store the past week for being served out of turn. This is the east stuff people.

2 BIG problems: (a) in store chaos - there is no check in (like before or at other dispensaries) so if place busy then people coming in after you may easily get served ahead of you. (b) phone service does not exist. horrible. try calling it right now and see for yourself. I have - repeatedly - and you wait on hold for 20 min then it automatically goes to phone message and "we'll call you back" which never happens. I actually tried calling corporate to complain (and place an order) AND? exact same deal - wait and voice message.

Been going here for a while now since I moved into this area and I gotta say some If the nicest, most honest people work here. The sales are amazing and the staff will never guide you wrong. The customers however could be way more understanding about wait times. It’s a busy dispensary and everyone is doing the best they can. No need to be all mean to staff, I’m in chronic pain cuz of 2 forms of Lupus that are ripping through my body if I can treat people with respect so can you. Remember we are all there for relief.

When placing a pick up order online, not receiving that the store has confirmed the order 3 out of the last 4 times ordered. Called to confirm order had even been received and explain issue. I have never been treated or talked to by Curaleaf as I was. Was told I just needed to give them 30 mins after placing my order and come in. They can pull it at that time after I wait with other customers. I was lead to believe pickup orders were different then just going into the store, ordering and then have the budtenders get my order then. Where am I saving time? Where am I making sure that what I want to purchase is currently in stock? This used to be the only actual store I went to; now it is the only actual store I won't go to for a long time.

I’d choose Curaleaf over any other dispensary. Jose is thee best associate you could ask for. He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re informed and taken care of in a timely manner. I think every patient can agree his personality brings a positive vibe to the environment every day. In my two years of coming here he’s always been welcoming, upbeat and informative. Wonderful place to get medicinal herb! This is the first dispensary I ever went to. Super cute, hip, little store with nice furniture/art on the walls. However, there is a waiting room similar to a doctor's office: you sign-in, you wait, they call you, you go in. You cannot view product or see anything in the store from the waiting room, so make sure you have some free time surrounding your trip as the wait can be like 20 mins sometimes. Quality of the product is consistent, the employees are very friendly and helpful. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DEALS AND THE ONLINE ORDERING. You can easily save hundreds of dollars if you shop here when they have deals, which is often. You can also shop online and pick up your order there to avoid the line!

I love this place and want to give them 5 stars but I can’t because the speed in which they operate is quite slow. It must be a system issue or a general procedure flaw. The last three visits, I have been subject to a 45 minute wait for as little as one single item ordered online. I understand that there are hours and blocks in which they receive a rush of customers. However, walk-ins and online orders are not separated. You are put into the same line as everyone else the moment you walk in the door.The staff is always kind, upbeat, and helpful. The product across the board is always great. But I’m not sure that these long wait times for orders are necessary, especially considering that it’s a matter of hiring someone to drop things in bags and send people out the door. There must be a better way to streamline the flow, but I believe the mark is being simply missed by management. There should be more staff at lunch hour and dinner hour when people are taking breaks from their jobs or generally getting off of work. Two people working the counter with a parking lot and waiting room full of customers seems ill prepared. 45 to 60 minutes for a pre-packaged distillate that’s sitting on a shelf inside is unacceptable.If they can figure out the wait time thing a little better, I’d give them five stars.

I was told if I didn’t receive a call with issues regarding my script I should be fine and my order is ready. I showed up at 6 when I got off work to be told I have to wait an HOUR, and in my car at that. When I asked why even though my order is ready she couldn’t give me a clear answer. I wish I knew the girls name. I have never had this type of issue at any dispensary before. Y’all need to get it together for real.

First visit. Tried their shatter. OMFG Like why sell if this is what you are going to put out. The gram was wadded up in parchment in a ball. Then the ball of parchment and shatter is shoved in a 1g jar you would normally get wax or crumble in. You wide up with a rock of dark brown glass. The shatter itself is super dark in color and doesn't really have much smell. The taste was somewhere between greasy hamburgers and grampas bathroom if that were a taste. It was half off...still a ripoff! Gross... maybe their flower is better?
