On April fools day I get a phone call about 8:15pm from this dispensary. I pick up and Cursleaf asks me if I’m still going to pick up my order. I ask them if this is a joke since I didn’t place an order and i don’t know the last time I was in a curaleaf. This goes on for a few minutes until I tell them I live near Daytona beach and you’re calling me from Tampa, this has to be a joke. They say no, it’s not a joke and I ask about the order and who placed it under my name? Associate doesn’t know, but still asks if I’m coming to get my order. NO, I’m not coming to get an order I didn’t place especially when I live 3 hours from this store. Be careful and stop shopping at Cureaf. They obviously let people place fraudulent orders under the wrong medical card number. After getting off the phone with the south Tampa curaleaf location , I emailed curaleaf to inquire about this. Unfortunately their response to this fraudulently placed order, was no big deal. No product was dispensed so we aren’t worried about fraud and we consider this to not be a problem. Are you kidding? Dont waste your time on money on these clowns. Curaleaf suppers fraud and theft. Go shop elsewhere where your personal info won’t get stolen or misused.

I got my medical card in August of 2021 and was fairly new to cannabis. I had smoked or tried edibles before when I'd visited my friends in Denver, but really didn't know much about it in general. I got my medical card for anxiety and trouble sleeping. Curaleaf is one of my favorite dispensaries because they're not pushy and they don't try and upsell you. Some dispensaries won't let you look at a menu, they'll ask you what you like and make recommendations, usually their most expensive products and can be pretty aggressive. Curaleaf staff doesn't push, but if you have questions, they'll answer them all and will always find ways to help and make product recommendations. South Tampa Curaleaf is also a very clean facility and my favorite location.

I'm gonna keep it simple; went in yesterday to buy flower and left with 2 1/8th, Grimm glue and trainwreck, which left me severally disappointed. Upon opening, I get an old hay type smell from both and from what it looks like, immature flower and lots of sticks and stems. I call the store and manager says I can't return them but here's a 15$ credit towards your next purchase completely disregarding my issue. To wrap up, this is going to be my last purchase and will continue shopping at other dispensaries elsewhere due to how this loc and its managers operate. Photos included to show proof of quality.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. On April fools day I get a phone call about 8:15pm from this dispensary. I pick up and Cursleaf asks me if I’m still going to pick up my order. I ask them if this is a joke since I didn’t place an order and i don’t know the last time I was in a curaleaf. This goes on for a few minutes until I tell them I live near Daytona beach and you’re calling me from Tampa, this has to be a joke. They say no, it’s not a joke and I ask about the order and who placed it under my name? Associate doesn’t know, but still asks if I’m coming to get my order. NO, I’m not coming to get an order I didn’t place especially when I live 3 hours from this store. Be careful and stop shopping at Cureaf. They obviously let people place fraudulent orders under the wrong medical card number. After getting off the phone with the south Tampa curaleaf location , I emailed curaleaf to inquire about this. Unfortunately their response to this fraudulently placed order, was no big deal. No product was dispensed so we aren’t worried about fraud and we consider this to not be a problem. Are you kidding? Dont waste your time on money on these clowns. Curaleaf suppers fraud and theft. Go shop elsewhere where your personal info won’t get stolen or misused.

I got my medical card in August of 2021 and was fairly new to cannabis. I had smoked or tried edibles before when I'd visited my friends in Denver, but really didn't know much about it in general. I got my medical card for anxiety and trouble sleeping. Curaleaf is one of my favorite dispensaries because they're not pushy and they don't try and upsell you. Some dispensaries won't let you look at a menu, they'll ask you what you like and make recommendations, usually their most expensive products and can be pretty aggressive. Curaleaf staff doesn't push, but if you have questions, they'll answer them all and will always find ways to help and make product recommendations. South Tampa Curaleaf is also a very clean facility and my favorite location.

I'm gonna keep it simple; went in yesterday to buy flower and left with 2 1/8th, Grimm glue and trainwreck, which left me severally disappointed. Upon opening, I get an old hay type smell from both and from what it looks like, immature flower and lots of sticks and stems. I call the store and manager says I can't return them but here's a 15$ credit towards your next purchase completely disregarding my issue. To wrap up, this is going to be my last purchase and will continue shopping at other dispensaries elsewhere due to how this loc and its managers operate. Photos included to show proof of quality.
