My experience at this location was very disappointing. Both Nick and Robert were not helpful at all. Robert gave me the wrong package and I noticed it as soon as I got to my car. I opened it in the parking lot, saw the mistake, and went right back inside. Even though it was their error, I was told there was nothing they could do. They did not offer me anything to help or compensate for their mistake, and the attitude I received came off as condescending. The lack of accountability and basic customer service was frustrating and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

I’ve been to this Curaleaf several dozen times- this location is my home store. It has a DRIVE-THRU window for pickup orders- very handy during the rainy season!! The entire staff is always friendly & helpful; I feel welcome every single visit. The store is clean. It sits in a nice area, on the west side of Sheldon just north of Linebaugh, has plenty of parking, and is easy to get in and out of.

I love the convenience of Curaleaf ordering online and stopping by the drive thru. Everyone is always very nice. However, I was pretty annoyed today bc I arrived 30 minutes before closing time and they had shut down the drive thru lane early, so I had to go inside when I hate going inside. I order from curaleaf specifically bc they have a drive thru. If anything, close down the inside and only use the drive thru if it’s close to close.

I’m in a wheelchair so I love that this place has a drive-through I will not worry about getting rained on setting up my wheelchair transferring in and out of my wheelchair to the car, it is so convenient. I went in to get my normal 2 and 1/2 ounces of bud. Told the budtender to make it a variety of the cheaper eights, paid and was happily on my way, until I went home and realized I have over two ounces of unsmokable shake! I guess you need to specify you want actual bud when you ask to buy flower, or they will sneakily unload there horribly priced shake on you.

This is my favorite Curaleaf location (and not just because it's the closest to my house). The store itself is always clean with new products being displayed very attractively in the cases and there's never a long wait to be helped. They even have a drive-thru pickup window for online orders, which is a convenience I didn't know I needed in my life, but now that I have it, I can't imagine living without it.The budtenders are some of the best in town, particularly Nicole - I walked in today looking for something specific and not only was she able to answer all of my questions about that specific product, she also recommended some new products to me based on what I told her I had used and liked previously. She also saw all of the discounts I had available to me and helped me get the most bang for my buck, $-to-mg-wise. I feel content that I'm getting good deals when the budtenders really take their time helping me figure out the best products for my life.All in all, this is a great location with awesome people and great deals. I highly (no pun intended) recommend this Curaleaf for all your MMJ needs!

Came in thinking I would be able to take a look at what they had, I know they're a dispensary but figured they might have other products available as I do not have my MMC yet and I wanted to see what they offer in store as online tends to be different in most cases. I have never been to a Curaleaf before so I figured I'd stop in since I had about 15 minutes to kill and they were close. Once I got inside The lady asks for my ID or my card. I told her I have my ID but not my card yet. The lady at the counter told me I had to leave and that I couldn't look at their products in the display cases. As I was leaving, she tells me to "do my research"??? This was totally uncalled for and extremely rude.

This location is brand new and already runs very smoothly. I appreciate their selection, but mostly return for the specials they run on their higher quality flower as it is priced more competitively elsewhere. I have almost never had to wait here for longer than a few minutes. Definitely will be back.

Curaleaf is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Curaleaf dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Curaleaf in Tampa does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Curaleaf
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Curaleaf in Tampa online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.
