The energy I had the first time I visited here was super friendly, engaging, and helpful. In stark contrast to today’s visit. Seems it’s imperative to preorder, as the “shopping” experience here on certain days seems to amount to being given an iPad and told to put in an order that way so they have a ticket. Perhaps I’m still nostalgic of the days when you could still give an order to a bud tender orally, without using an iPad.

Every day I go no matter who is in the front is the most kind and knowledgeable person. I have been going here now for over 2 years and so happy I live near by. Always the best sales. I was very disappointed with the service I recieved here. The staff did not seem to understand the pricing or the discounts. Their daily deal is 50% off of most products. As a first time customer you’re supposed to receive 60% off your whole order. Remember you can’t stack discounts, but apparently they can. As I’m checking out I only receive 10% off my order. Either they are too high to understand how the discount works or their policy is broken. Either way their “50% discount” on everything is still more expensive than everyone in town. Won’t be going back

She spent some time with me, asked me questions related to my preferences & discussing my goals as far as treatment. However I have purchased multiple times from this location and Matthew himself is aware of who I am. Not sure if they are only discriminating against me but absolutely terrible customer service. This is by far my favorite dispensary in Tampa and I've tried everything in the city. They have great products, they're always doing different sales so keep an eye on their website! I basically only go on sale days and I'm able to save quite a bit of money. They also have a points/loyalty program and they offer regular discounts for veterans (and their spouses), birthday month, card renewal, etc. They are able to consistently do sales and give discounts to their customers and still provide great and consistent products unlike many other dispensaries. The employees are always in a great mood, they remember me and always make the interaction in store as efficient and pleasant as possible. The store can get a bit busy, especially if you come in as a walk in expect a wait. If you don't want to have to wait in store you can just order online and they will send you a text or email letting you know it's ready and you can pretty much walk in to the store and skip the line to just be handed your pick-up order bag. This is the best and most efficient way to order, sometimes the website does have inventory issues so if you have any issues with that you can just write them a note on the order or give them a call after placing it and they'll help you out. I used to bounce between the 4-5 dispensaries in Tampa, but I have settled as a regular patron of Curaleaf, even tho it is further away from me than most of the other stores I still would rather make the trek there and know what I'm getting and what I'm walking into.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Curaleaf in Tampa online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. I was very disappointed with the service I recieved here. The staff did not seem to understand the pricing or the discounts. Their daily deal is 50% off of most products. As a first time customer you’re supposed to receive 60% off your whole order. Remember you can’t stack discounts, but apparently they can. As I’m checking out I only receive 10% off my order. Either they are too high to understand how the discount works or their policy is broken. Either way their “50% discount” on everything is still more expensive than everyone in town. This is by far my favorite dispensary in Tampa and I've tried everything in the city. They have great products, they're always doing different sales so keep an eye on their website! I basically only go on sale days and I'm able to save quite a bit of money. They also have a points/loyalty program and they offer regular discounts for veterans (and their spouses), birthday month, card renewal, etc. They are able to consistently do sales and give discounts to their customers and still provide great and consistent products unlike many other dispensaries. The employees are always in a great mood, they remember me and always make the interaction in store as efficient and pleasant as possible. The store can get a bit busy, especially if you come in as a walk in expect a wait. If you don't want to have to wait in store you can just order online and they will send you a text or email letting you know it's ready and you can pretty much walk in to the store and skip the line to just be handed your pick-up order bag. This is the best and most efficient way to order, sometimes the website does have inventory issues so if you have any issues with that you can just write them a note on the order or give them a call after placing it and they'll help you out. I used to bounce between the 4-5 dispensaries in Tampa, but I have settled as a regular patron of Curaleaf, even tho it is further away from me than most of the other stores I still would rather make the trek there and know what I'm getting and what I'm walking into.
