He broke down the concept of several terpenes and helped me narrow down some strains that would benefit me that I never thought to consider. He also completely shattered my preconceived understandings of CBD and how it’s not a high-killer. He gave such a great analogy comparing THC to an espresso shot , CBD to a cup of tea, and THC:CBD ratios to a cup of coffee. He explained how CBD would help me better control/level off my high, since I’m a sativa leaning user. It’s tough leaving a bad review, because the employees at this location are always super knowledgeable and couldn’t be nicer. Unfortunately, problematic concerns outweigh all that. Twice now, the employee has “forgot” to give me my change back. Neither time was the store busy or the employee distracted. And today, after getting to my car and realizing the $ was not in the bag with the receipt, I went back in and said something. They could not have been less surprised. There was no, “are you sure?”, no need to count the drawer to make sure my accusation was true. It felt more like they got busted running a routine they have done before.There was also an incident where one of the employees outright lied and misrepresented my rewards points. Upselling by telling me about a promotional discount if I increased the quantity, but in fact were using rewards points she thought I was unaware of.The common theme here is dishonesty. Smile and shake your hand while they steal your watch dishonesty.

Wish you would tell clients Curaleaf points expire after 6 months. They allegedly started telling clients in January when things changed. SINCE I haven’t been there since January due to a negative experience, over flower quality; took a dive, I can’t use them. I had 17.50 but now only 7.00? Why did you send me an email on Saturday telling me my current points? Unfortunately, that doesn’t make me want to come back, at least to this location or deal with Kim which was polite on the phone but unhelpful to help me redeem my points or offer a discount since I didn’t know.

I'm sorry if you post the price you honor it. Once again curaleaf does something else to push more customers away. Don't waist your time on a dishonest place. You might want to try Sunnyside, Muv, or Vidacan all have same quality but better customer service and prices. 100%

Curaleaf is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Curaleaf dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Curaleaf in Tampa does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Curaleaf
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Curaleaf in Tampa online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.
