I can say this location has been my go-to dispensary as it’s right by my job and on my way home. It’s the perfect stop to take if you need to decompress following work/ life and the staff is so knowledgeable not only of cannabis and their personal products but even of glass! As a glass blower I had some great conversations dropping in for my order. I got 60% off on my first visit and I regret not buying out the whole store! You also get a free battery and charger for a vape your first time with them 🙂

On 10/23/2023 I went to Curaleaf 19416 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33647. Now mind you, I just moved to Tampa 3 weeks ago and have been a loyal customer in Curaleaf in Sarasota. I went directly to the ATM and started to put in my pin number to get cash. Midway as I'm doing it. A bearded man came up to me and asked for my medical license immediately. I told him I'm in the middle of my atm transaction. Can you give me a second and I'll show you my ID. He literally was arguing with me while I'm getting money out of the ATM and couldn't wait for a minute. Once I was done, I told him and the other gentleman I have my state issue medical marijuana ID and I wasn't lying. The representative was arguing with me and couldn't stop fighting even at the cash register. Mind you, I wasn't even at his register I was with other rep, but he couldn't stop. If you are so strict with your ATMs like that, put it next to the cash register in the front. He literally ran to me as if I'm stealing or doing something wrong in the store. You have to remember; you are not selling marijuana for people to just get high. I am a patient who was not treated like one. I have PTSD and indulge for a reason. He disrupted my whole day. If I am not allowed in the store for any reason because of the actions of considerate representative is being discriminatory as I did nothing wrong. I am pushing this further as there is no reason to treat customers like that. Once, I finally got to another rep. They didn't have what I needed, and the other rep checked Cura leaf LUTZ, and I went there. He was much nicer and well-mannered than the other employee. We are patients, please respect that. I am still contacting the corporation about this issue.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Curaleaf
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Curaleaf in Tampa online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

After explaining my bad reaction I was recommeneded a vape cart that had no test results and found out it next week the cart will be a year old. I apologize for not remembering the names of the people whom have helped me but everyone has been a sweetheart. I can say this location has been my go-to dispensary as it’s right by my job and on my way home. It’s the perfect stop to take if you need to decompress following work/ life and the staff is so knowledgeable not only of cannabis and their personal products but even of glass! As a glass blower I had some great conversations dropping in for my order. I got 60% off on my first visit and I regret not buying out the whole store! You also get a free battery and charger for a vape your first time with them 🙂

On 10/23/2023 I went to Curaleaf 19416 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33647. Now mind you, I just moved to Tampa 3 weeks ago and have been a loyal customer in Curaleaf in Sarasota. I went directly to the ATM and started to put in my pin number to get cash. Midway as I'm doing it. A bearded man came up to me and asked for my medical license immediately. I told him I'm in the middle of my atm transaction. Can you give me a second and I'll show you my ID. He literally was arguing with me while I'm getting money out of the ATM and couldn't wait for a minute. Once I was done, I told him and the other gentleman I have my state issue medical marijuana ID and I wasn't lying. The representative was arguing with me and couldn't stop fighting even at the cash register. Mind you, I wasn't even at his register I was with other rep, but he couldn't stop. If you are so strict with your ATMs like that, put it next to the cash register in the front. He literally ran to me as if I'm stealing or doing something wrong in the store. You have to remember; you are not selling marijuana for people to just get high. I am a patient who was not treated like one. I have PTSD and indulge for a reason. He disrupted my whole day. If I am not allowed in the store for any reason because of the actions of considerate representative is being discriminatory as I did nothing wrong. I am pushing this further as there is no reason to treat customers like that. Once, I finally got to another rep. They didn't have what I needed, and the other rep checked Cura leaf LUTZ, and I went there. He was much nicer and well-mannered than the other employee. We are patients, please respect that. I am still contacting the corporation about this issue.

It was late on a Sunday so they were closed by the time I found out, so I couldn't go back. Called no answer. Emailed no response. Found out how to report the error, I also sent pics with the time stamp of the shortage. It took a few days but Madalyn reached out and took very good care of me.
