All of the staff at Curaleaf are very friendly and helpful. Michael is always very courteous and pleasant. Never a visit without him asking how I am and how my health is. Beth runs a good crew as well as being very friendly and helpful herself. On the rare occasion I run into an issue, Beth herself takes care of things for me which keeps me coming back. I have no need to go anywhere else. Great customer service all the way around.

Don’t bother ordering delivery. Waited 3 days for a call on delivery. When she called I said I made that order 3 days ago and have picked up since you guys didn’t call. All I got was oh sorry. Who ever is doing the scheduling and calls for delivery has absolutely no customer service experience at all. I think it was the 2nd or 3rd order and hadn’t gotten a call and was unsure of the process. She wanted to confirm my order while I was on the phone. The order she had was short 2 or 3 items and I happened to break my bowl so I wanted to add that also. She said she would make sure it was correct. It wasn’t. I was shorted those items still. She also said she couldn’t sell me a bowl because they only had the floor model. The drivers are all very nice and they told me to talk to the manager on my next order. So I made a new delivery order called in and spoke with the manager. She was very nice and made the situation right.TLDR go pick up instead

If I could give them negative stars I would. Horrible dispensary. I ordered a delivery on Saturday and was told to wait after waiting all day I finally recieved a call stating no cars are available for delivery until Monday. I re order again on Monday and STILL they cannot deliver to me. At this point I need my medicine but agree to wait until today. They finally arrive at my house after the time window which we agreed upon and decide they will not deliver to me since I am wearing a mask and gloves due to being sick and wanting to protect them. This point I am totally out of medicine and they take their stuff back and refuse to give it to me. I am now looking at going to the hospital for seizures because of their horrible service. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND

Taste of hot garbage and lawn clippings, and the cure!!!! Wetter then yo mamas... Poor and sad. I did not even use my whole allowance with the 60% off because I tried them twice and terrible flower both times. Carts r good, cool edibles and drinks hence the two stars.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf

Don’t bother ordering delivery. Waited 3 days for a call on delivery. When she called I said I made that order 3 days ago and have picked up since you guys didn’t call. All I got was oh sorry. Who ever is doing the scheduling and calls for delivery has absolutely no customer service experience at all. I think it was the 2nd or 3rd order and hadn’t gotten a call and was unsure of the process. She wanted to confirm my order while I was on the phone. The order she had was short 2 or 3 items and I happened to break my bowl so I wanted to add that also. She said she would make sure it was correct. It wasn’t. I was shorted those items still. She also said she couldn’t sell me a bowl because they only had the floor model. The drivers are all very nice and they told me to talk to the manager on my next order. So I made a new delivery order called in and spoke with the manager. She was very nice and made the situation right.TLDR go pick up instead

If I could give them negative stars I would. Horrible dispensary. I ordered a delivery on Saturday and was told to wait after waiting all day I finally recieved a call stating no cars are available for delivery until Monday. I re order again on Monday and STILL they cannot deliver to me. At this point I need my medicine but agree to wait until today. They finally arrive at my house after the time window which we agreed upon and decide they will not deliver to me since I am wearing a mask and gloves due to being sick and wanting to protect them. This point I am totally out of medicine and they take their stuff back and refuse to give it to me. I am now looking at going to the hospital for seizures because of their horrible service. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND
