The hospitality is so great to the point I got a discount, off the simple fact they were attentive and asking questions. No greeting, no professionalism, just pure rudeness, like our presence was an inconvenience to her. If you don’t want to deal with customers, maybe don’t work in customer service. I’m usually in and out pretty quickly and it’s never a problem getting them to honour the promos advertised, which unfortunately can’t be said for all dispensaries in Florida

His colleague Zach was also really friendly 5 stars for them! I worked for Curaleaf in its infancy in 2017 and helped open the Dadeland flagship store. I drove down from Fort Lauderdale to acquire a specific item after being told that they are unable to transfer products to their other locations. After my purchase I had accumulated enough loyalty points in their system to pay for an additional item. I have used loyalty points on a second transaction directly after an initial transaction several times before at other locations. As I attempted to use my points, I was denied, and informed that they needed to be used at a later time. I explained to the attendant that I had traveled far out of my way, specifically to acquire this particular item only available at their location, and they were unphased. The attendant proceeded to tell me that the 1.5 hour drive there and the 1.5 hour drive back is probably not that bad.

This dispensary, officially referred to by the state as a medical marijuana treatment centers, or MMTC for short is licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
Curaleaf is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Curaleaf dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Curaleaf in Miami Beach does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Curaleaf
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Curaleaf in Miami Beach online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.
