I came in about 10 minutes before closing time and they were so patient with me as I slowly made my selections and filled up my large order and kept them late. And apparently they deliver too! Great customer service! Received my first delivery from Curaleaf the other day. The products are great (love the memory loss!) but it's really the delivery that made them stick out from the rest of the pack. The drivers (Ricky, Gino and Woody) knocked it out of the park! The day of the delivery they sent me a text message that had a link to Google Maps showing exactly where they were in relation to me, including an estimated time of arrival (which was insanely accurate - when I saw on the map that they were in my development I walked out my front door and they were just pulling into my driveway!). They even came all the way back out to my house the next day to deliver a free battery that was missed when the dispensary packed the bag (I did note even know I was supposed to get a free battery!). If you have not tried Curaleaf before, I highly recomend that you give them a shot, I will definitely be going back soon!read more

I am very disappointed in the customer service for this dispensary which, up until now, has been excellent. I wanted to take advantage of their "Buy 2 - 70% carts, get 1 - 60% free promotion but when I tried to order online on 12/5 the 70% carts were not listed so I called to place an order. I was told that I would receive a call in 1-2 days to set up delivery. I received no calls on either my home phone or cell. I called back on 12/7 and was told again someone would be calling me back and again, no one did. I was never told someone tried to deliver on that day or had tried to call.I called again today, 12/8, and was told that they tried to call me (not true - no voicemail, no caller ID for either phone #) and that they also stopped by to deliver. I told them someone was home all day yesterday as well as today so that was not possible. When the rep placed me on hold I got cut off. The rep called back to tell me someone from the Palm Harbor dispensary would call today. The manager, Jake, called and spoke to my wife and again reiterated that someone tried to deliver on Friday (12/7) but no one answered. This is just not true as we were both home all day and no one called at all. Jake then told my wife she can pick up my order tomorrow (not convenient) or it will be delivered on Monday and that he wanted to make it right. If he wanted to make it right he would have ensured I received delivery today but he said it was too late. This is terrible customer service and being lied to is something I don;t appreciate. The bottom line is if someone indeed tried to deliver on Friday they never called first to schedule and why wouldn't the call from my driveway to check if someone was home if they were indeed here? They did neither.Jake if you want to make this right then call me to discuss this as I was very pleased with the service from this dispensary up until now but very disappointed in how this order was handled.read more

Curaleaf is the only dispensary I go to here in Florida. They nearly always have my product in stock unlike other companies in the FL MMJ trade at a reasonable price. I love their concentrates, particularly the 80 and 90% THC distillate. The flower pods are kinda cool too but are on the pricey side, but it's nice to have the option.The customer service goes above and beyond to make sure your taken care of. The staff here are always smiling and will take extra time to educate you on the science of weed and the differences of each strain which is pretty awesome.read more
