I always enjoy coming here! I came in for chocolate 🍫 I had only picked out 2 but somehow 3 were put down by the person doing my order. I kept all 3 since I didn't realize my order was wrong until after I paid. The manager was on break and I didn't have time to wait for the order to be fixed. Not that I don't love the chocolates but that one is not a favorite of mine.

The store onsite personnel saved this from being a 1 star review. Love the store, prices, workers. Don't like the call center guy answering the phone, pretending to be in the store, giving bad info, clueless, even saying his manager was "with a customer", again pretending to be in the store. He said the Manager would call me back, never did. I went to the store heated, then the employee explained my allotment was full in 1 area and someone should have let me know. This was after 2 days of making the order twice, 3 phone calls, nothing resolved until I went in the store. Also, it was the same guy 2 days in a row answering the call, never bothering to look up my issue or tell me he was a call center employee.

Their half carts are not even filled properly. I understand headspace but that’s not what this is. Plus one if the carts was sticky. Curaleaf was my go to when I first got my card in 2018 - got a batch of vapes that made me sick to my stomach at the taste. I stopped going and recently gave them a try this year again. Still disappointing and the customer service does not help. I have to repeatedly follow up. Customer service is so key in this industry because the products aren’t cheap and it’s all out of pocket. Insurance doesn’t cover this so I would hope the quality, portion and customer service would be somewhat on point. Shop here with caution. I always place my order online and go in and pick it up. When I go in, the staff are nice and friendly and the service is speedy.Today I placed my order online, it was confirmed, and then I received a message that my info with the doctor is expired. Knowing it was a mistake since my card does not expire until July, I figured someone hit the wrong button, or, it was a glitch so I called. The phone call was with a horribly rude woman who refused to assist me over the phone and told me I can only be assisted in store. She kept telling me she couldn't give any my info over the phone which is not what I was asking for.I wanted to know if there was a mistake or glitch which she refused to check. Her snotty attitude was just really inappropriate because they dispense or medication there and should show more professionalism or at least some basic kindness/civility. She is a terrible representative of Curaleaf and has no business interacting with patients who choose Curaleaf as their provider.

I'm a rather new medical marijuana patient and this is only my second dispensary. I'm not going to name the first dispensary because they were nice but this place although a little bit pricey has products that are out of this world as far as strength. I took one hit off of a vaporizer last night and I was floating on a cloud until bed and even then I fell right to sleep the minute my head hit the pillow so I love this place. they have their menu right there when you walk in the door so you don't have to wonder what's there in the store because it's all on a lit up bright computer with prices and everything. It's a pretty magnificent place and the staff are very knowledgeable anyone who's left a bad review for this place is probably not a nice person themselves. I can't imagine this place having any bad reviews.

I have always noticed a grassy smell and harsh taste instead of the good smell and taste of top shelf flower. This is usually caused by drying or curing too fast. If you’re like me and trying to figure out what products or strains work best for you (lots of trial and error), take advantage of their sales so you can get a variety! I use to love this place. I use to recommend this to others but the last 6 months they have gone down hill. There customer service is terrible there’s maybe two people that know what they are doing. All the good employees are gone. I’ve had four pick up orders that haven’t been filled s and then they don’t have the product at all. The last few flowers I got have been very dry and whisppy. Now they have more expensive bud so they are giving people bad bud to force a purchase of higher price flower.

Nothing terribly openly bad, but lackadaisical service from a couple different people, one who made me feel like it bothered him to ring me up. On way home from that visit I decided I'd rather drive further to Palm Harbor. First gent was nice, though I later learned from same place that what I was sold the first time wasn't totally correct. I was a novice then so that same thing won't reoccur. The guy who attended me this last visit, plus girl at the front who had called me about a reward (why I tried this location again), even the others present were so nice, informative, and helpful. They act like they want to be present. Back to what I experienced the first time. I almost asked if the staffing had changed or this was a rare day with issue I'd never seen. I had been in a while so could be different folks (🤞🏼🙂). I hope they're working next visit. Because of their customer service, there will be a next time.😊

Also, when I asked my attendant if I could open and smell, I was told that I may open in store but not return. That’s understandable to some degree with COVID-19 but also discouraging after having bought what I believe was overly dry/badly cured bud from other local dispensaries as of late. First and foremost they have one of the better products and secondly unlike trulieve it's not so saturated with hype. Their flower is always wonderful just like grow healthy is another good one. Every time I go in here I always am grateful to be assisted by Brittany! She's what customer service should be - understanding the customer's needs and doing her best to satisfy those. Also super friendly and sincerely happy to help her customers. I was especially happy because Brittany was the first employee here to help me finally understand the difference between their CO2 carts vs their distillates (only difference is the label of CO2 is given if the THC is below a certain percentage!) Thank you to Curaleaf for making MMJ less stressful / embarrassing and more like a regular retail prescription store (they even have informative videos playing on occasion). Modern, clean environment and plenty of seating, but I've never waited more than 10 minutes here and that was ONE TIME. I hardly ever have to take a seat.The staff knows what they're talking about since the majority, if not all, are patients. They know their products and you can definitely tell - extremely helpful. Easy to find but tricky to pull into the parking lot because it is on the corner of a busy intersection. I find the. Quality of products to be variable. I don't care much for the taste or feel of the tinctures, but that is just personal. I do LOVE the disposable slim vape pens. They are flavored and so mild I could barely feel the draw. There was absolutely no harshness. I do keep going back here.

Curaleaf dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Curaleaf in St. Petersburg does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Curaleaf
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Curaleaf in St. Petersburg online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

The store onsite personnel saved this from being a 1 star review. Love the store, prices, workers. Don't like the call center guy answering the phone, pretending to be in the store, giving bad info, clueless, even saying his manager was "with a customer", again pretending to be in the store. He said the Manager would call me back, never did. I went to the store heated, then the employee explained my allotment was full in 1 area and someone should have let me know. This was after 2 days of making the order twice, 3 phone calls, nothing resolved until I went in the store. Also, it was the same guy 2 days in a row answering the call, never bothering to look up my issue or tell me he was a call center employee.

I took one hit off of a vaporizer last night and I was floating on a cloud until bed and even then I fell right to sleep the minute my head hit the pillow so I love this place. they have their menu right there when you walk in the door so you don't have to wonder what's there in the store because it's all on a lit up bright computer with prices and everything. All of your favorite employees from this location were terminated for no reason. All of these reviews speak of the customer service, you won’t get that here anymore. Many of the names mentioned in this review line were fired and treated very poorly by new Home Depot management that can’t even tell you the makeup of a cannabis plant. Now that I've had my card long enough I've been to every dispensary in town. And this is one of the few I still go to. First and foremost they have one of the better products and secondly unlike trulieve it's not so saturated with hype. Their flower is always wonderful just like grow healthy is another good one. It's all about flavor and quality and it's nice to have great customer service on top of all that.Hi guys..fellow flower indulgers..no that is not a real word..but that's how lovely lilac diesel is here..I'm adding to my review because I'm here again,and again i got exceptional service from Mr. John West..last time he really took time out to try and help me understand a product i don't know all that well..namely tinctures and what the heck to do with em. All of your favorite employees from this location were terminated for no reason. All of these reviews speak of the customer service, you won’t get that here anymore. HR won’t even give exit interviews. Many of the names mentioned in this review line were fired and treated very poorly by new Home Depot management that can’t even tell you the makeup of a cannabis plant. Legitimately. They literally fired 5 people (of three year employment) on the same day because they were on old pay structure that the new management deemed not worthy. Expect your private information to be put on an excel sheet on google Teams and expect the people working to upsell you to increase average ticket sale. This dispensary is not about compassion anymore. You’re only appreciated for your money here. It’s very sad. No integrity is left in this company. Don’t support this business.

Every time I go in here I always am grateful to be assisted by Brittany! She's what customer service should be - understanding the customer's needs and doing her best to satisfy those. Also super friendly and sincerely happy to help her customers. I was especially happy because Brittany was the first employee here to help me finally understand the difference between their CO2 carts vs their distillates (only difference is the label of CO2 is given if the THC is below a certain percentage!) Thank you to Curaleaf for making MMJ less stressful / embarrassing and more like a regular retail prescription store (they even have informative videos playing on occasion). Modern, clean environment and plenty of seating, but I've never waited more than 10 minutes here and that was ONE TIME. I hardly ever have to take a seat.The staff knows what they're talking about since the majority, if not all, are patients. They know their products and you can definitely tell - extremely helpful. Curaleaf distillates are my go-to for vape carts, and this location has never let me down as far as inventory goes. Also been loving the fun daily deals lately. Keep it up, Curaleaf Saint Pete!

A honest review: This is the best dispensary in town and possibly the world. The first time I visited Curaleaf, it was raining outside and one of their employees walked me to my car with an umbrella. A freaking umbrella. I have never been greeted with anything but above-board customer service here. Their deals and products are unmatched. I have established genuine connections with the awesome people that work here and I am happy to give them my business forever. Curaleaf is the best.

I've been here a few times since receiving my medical license and I have to say, the customer service here is top notch! You do not feel like they are rushing through you and your questions, each employee really takes their time to discuss the best options for your current situation. Personally, they have the best vape cartridges I've had from any of the Florida dispensaries, and I refuse to go anywhere else for them!

So I finally got approved for my medical card and I decided to Google some locations for dispensaries near me. I also had a lot ad vouchers and stuff from many places but decided to go by the reviews online. Your experience is going to be like walking in one of those apple stores, but with better service!! Got greeted by a nice young lady and I maybe sat for a min before getting called over to speak about the choices of flower and etc. Anyways, I ended up speaking to Nick, who helped me out with a lot of product and I'll have to say they definitely acquired a new loyal customer. Easy to find but tricky to pull into the parking lot because it is on the corner of a busy intersection. I find the. Quality of products to be variable. I don't care much for the taste or feel of the tinctures, but that is just personal. I do LOVE the disposable slim vape pens. They are flavored and so mild I could barely feel the draw. There was absolutely no harshness. I do keep going back here.
