Customer Service Representative – AltMed Florida – A Medical Cannabis Company – Ruskin, FL
- At least one year of call center experience required.
- 2 or more years of experience in retail sales or retail customer service preferred.
- Prior Medical Cannabis and/or dispensary experience is not required.
- Ability to work weekends & holidays as scheduled.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Passion to serve people with debilitating conditions.
- Must be 21 years or older.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provides a friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service experience for our customers.
- Educates customers on store offerings and new products.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of cannabis to describe and explain use, operation, and care of products to meet customer needs.
- Ability to connect with a diverse spectrum of clients and customers.
- Accurately collect and process information.
- Discuss and make appropriate product recommendations to customers based on their physician’s recommendation.
- Access and properly utilize the state’s Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) to verify patient eligibility.
- Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or client concerns.
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned by any other Shift Lead, Supervisor or Manager.
