Data Entry Clerk – VidaCann – Jacksonville, FL

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain batch records, room logs, product travelers & inventory records.
  • Generate reports & build spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
  • Learn VidaCann’ s seed to sale software & incorporate any new software systems, records or SOPs designed to maintain a full chain of custody
  • Assist & communicate with all locations regarding inventory adjustments
  • Work closely with the executive management & department heads to cultivate a compliance mindset & maintain fully compliant operations.
  • Assist in streamlining, refining, advancing & enforcing compliance SOPs, systems & reports

Qualifications and Skills – In order to be considered, candidates must have:

  • IT experience is preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel’s
  • The ability to learn & gain proficiency with new software quickly
  • Strong organizational, verbal & written communication skills
  • Interest in learning the processes involved in producing medical marijuana from seed to sale
