This position is designed to focus on delivering the ultimate patient experience through elevated patient services. This role is responsible for the efficient execution of patient deliveries and fulfillment processes. The Delivery Coordinator will oversee the entire fulfillment team and support staff. In this position, your responsibilities include support of the company and department goals and objectives, as well as general oversight of daily operational needs.


  • Oversee the timely execution of all online/deliveries order fulfillment to meet company standard
  • Establish processes and assign tasks that create effective and efficient workplace based on business trend and work environment
  • Communicate with store manager on weekly and daily basis providing updates on coaching, training and development of the delivery team
  • Checking for accuracy of orders being filled through regular auditing of product numbers, batch numbers and all required order documents to ensure correct product is being delivered
  • Monitor all queues within POS system; ensure timely processing and identify opportunities by communicating with the team on issues, concerns and updates

• Partner up with the Inventory Coordinator to ensure proactive processing and logistical strategies are executed in order to have the products needed for a patient’s delivery • Create an environment of “Patients First” with excellent customer service • Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines

  • Associates degree preferred, two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
  • Must have prior cash handling experience
  • Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results and deliverables
  • Process improvement and documentation; attention to detail; time-management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Observant, analytical, inquisitive and attentive
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels
  • Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team
  • Demonstrates a high level of oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to operate electronic equipment (computer, laptop), comprehend safety procedures, and utilize telecommunication devices


  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record
  • Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check and drug screening
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties


  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
  • Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
  • Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions
  • Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise) WORK SCHEDULE

40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays

Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday. Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure requirements of this position can be fully met. the organization, an individual must be able to provide a level of communication that aligns respectively with the diversification of our patients which may exhibit opportunities to assess the situation and apply meaningful service. customer service
