Flower smells like str8 up horse hay. Tried to return or exchange with a different flower that smelled normal, litterly 3 minutes after I walked out of the store. They refused to do anything at all. Horrible customer service and product. Going to throw away the bud its that bad.
UPDATED: My girlfriend met with the GM yesterday and everything was made right from a transaction perspective. She got a pax pod and an exchange only had to pay 30 bucks out of pocket. I've updated the star rating accordingly.This was originally a very different review but she seems happy since. What started off as a difficult situation with an employee refusing to help with exchanging a faulty product turned into a better understanding of their products/practices from the GM the next day.We still we likely look into a caregiver card but hopefully this is the start of a better relationship given this location is not far from us.
First time patient, bought a high end cartridge that they recommended. Was not told anything about their return/exchange policies as a new patient while I was there getting registered. The cartridge leaked before I could even use it, ruining my bag and my battery. I called while at work because I hardly have time to myself, was told bring it in as long as it's within 7 days I could exchange it, took it within the window (2 days) and was told would not exchange it without the reciept, was never told this ever, not as a new patient, not over the phone when I called, and now they get to keep 40 dollars of mine when they can look my order up on a screen for a cartridge I purchased with my hard earned money that was defective and I only wanted to exchange. They were extremely rude to me and basically told me to go to another store and refused to help me.I am mentally ill, I was stimming after being treated terribly due to miscommunication all on this dispensary. All I wanted was it to be made right. Instead, I was made a spectacle of in front of other patients by one of the employees and belittled while visibly stimming. Was refused help, and was refused a name for their superior. That is unacceptable in a "patient safe space" environment.. Don't go here.
I just left the Sanctuary in Delray. Gabriella and Penny were so helpful at explaining my options and making sure I was totally satisfied. Definitely visit them for a pleasant and informative experience!! 5 stars every single time we visit
These budtenders are really not nice people or helpful. If you want to see the menu there's a little computer screen by the register. I will not recommend this store. Rude and obviously hate their jobsHow can they improve if they don't get feedback
I've been coming here for about 6 months and I've never once been unhappy. They have the best flower for the best prices for the great quality flower and concentrates you get here. Best all around!

I haven't gone to Sanctuary in a long time and now I know why!Stoned is fine but the girl behind the counter was dazed! She couldn't answer basic questions like returns or exchanges, which one is stronger. Etc.The flower was at least 2 months old. Didn't do anything for me, to me. Its like green hay. That's the way the flower was when I last went to Sanctuary.The manager had no ownership to exchange such bad flower.I'll Stick to Flowery.
The staff at Delray is really nice. Bella and Nick might even make you laugh too. 🙂

I placed an order this morning before they opened. Email confirmation. Then I drive 30 minute to this location. I live walking distance from Greenacres but this location had the strain I wanted. So I’m here and they didn’t fill my order correctly now they are out of what I ordered. She is trying to tell me to get more because of the sale. I am trying to tell het that I ordered 3 & 3 so I’m already taking advantage of the sale. She says oh sorry I guess I didn’t see the quantity when I filled your order. Sorry would you like something else? No I just drove 30 minutes to get what I wanted and you sold it to someone else after you emailed that my order is filled and ready for pick up. Not a happy customer. I have been loyal to sanctuary for a long time. I may have to branch out. Completely avoidable problem if people just pay attention to their job.
Best prices in town and process is always quick and easy. They always have great specials running and the chocolate is AMAZING! Chocolate is made by Godiva, so so good. But honestly all the products are such good quality and great!
First I had to sit there forever while they chit chatted with every customer before me. Then they LOST MY ID! The employee took my ID then literally clocked out and left with it in her pocket. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never go back
Decent dispensary minus a few undesirables on their staff! They do a good job making you feel very uncomfortable... Lose'em! Bad for business for such a decent facility! They are not knowledgeable or courteous. Very "UGLY" energy! For any employees that do not know their own products or the sales going on =👎👎they even have giant flat screens with all of the current sales and promotions and they still act as if they're clueless. I bet their headquarters have no idea how much business they're losing because of the undesirables! For the others on the staff keep doing a great job! Get rid of the undesirables!! Customer Service has a major impact on any business!

Absolutely terrible company with terrible customer service do not shop there. Bought a few disposable vape pens from them 4 exactly 2 of them did not work at all the batteries were broken they won't even charge I go back to return the product they tell me I can't return the product unless I have the receipt and the original packaging. I have the original packaging it's only been 3 days since I purchased them you can clearly see on my record when I bought them and they still won't let me return the product absolutely terrible for any medical company to do this to a customer
Great staff music is always on point and the vibes is always right. The products are reasonably priced and 🔥🔥 the space center is most definitely my top recommendations.

It was my first time in Sanctuary and I came to the Delray Beach location. Right away they greeted me and made me feel welcomed. As they made my profile and checked me in they let me browse the menu on the tablet. Took about 5 minutes before I was helped to the back. I had a few questions about the products and the employees were very helpful in finding me the right product that fit my needs! I tried the Alien Cheese, Beach Budz and their crumble! It was the Blue Cheese! Everything tasted phenomenal and I will be returning!! Also 50% off?!?! You can’t beat that deal!On top of that the store was immaculately clean and polished and you could tell the workers really cared about the up keep of the store. Very impressed.
stopped by sanctuary Delray today the assistant store manager helped me was in-n-out they had the knowledge as well as a variety of options I got the extraterrestrial banana capsules took one with 2 squares of their hazelnut chocolate it gave me a nice hybrid effect still going about my day helped my mood. The gushers Distillate cart was amazing tasted just like it sounds. effects of euphoria relaxation munches'. I would definitely recommend.
