DII football: West Florida busts out all the moves in post-practice dancing showdown – NCAA.com
College football and dancing simply go with one another. Whether it’s momentum-shifting plays on the field like a sack or touchdown, or even coaches celebrating in the locker room after a big win, we’ve seen our fair share of dance moves over the years that have made us all laugh — and cringe.
But it’s now time for Clemson coach Dabo Swinney, Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield and San Jose State assistant coach Alonzo Carter to step back, because the University of West Florida football team is the new king of the dance floor.
After one of the Argonauts’ practices last week, they put on a show like we’ve never seen before in college football.

Both front and back handsprings? Check.
The entire team and coaching staff boogieing like we’ve never seen before? That’s just the West Florida way.
The Argonauts are fairly new to the college football landscape as last season was their first. West Florida finished its inagural year with a 5-6 record and managed to upset then-No. 16 Florida Tech 42-39 in front of its home fans at Blue Wahoos Stadium.

The Argonauts open their season Sept. 2 when they travel to Rolla, Missouri to face Missouri S&T with kickoff slated for 7 p.m. ET.
