Dining Operational Assistant

John Knox Village is seeking an experienced Dining Operational Assistant to manage the information and documentation between dining services and residents, vendors, regulatory agencies all other departments. John Knox Village is a not-for-profit Life Care Retirement Community offering a full range of independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing care options for more than 1,000 senior residents. This is a Full-Time position, 9am-5:00pm.

A typical day working at John Knox Village includes the daily management of all streams of revenue and costs for Dining Services. Your responsibilities will include managing all invoices/credits are gathered & processed for Director approval upon delivery. You will maintain invoice recap spreadsheets weekly, tracking costs/expenses associated with Dining

We would like to speak to someone who has 3 years of experience in a Healthcare related field. Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft office products especially Excel & Word. Must be current Notary Public or able to take and pass exam in 3 months’ time. Strong math, money handling & communication skills will be vital to this role.
