John Knox Village is seeking a motivated individual to act as the Director Of Marketing and Events. This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity that oversees all Marketing and Events in and around the community. This is an excellent professional and personal opportunity to create and maintain the face and voice of John Knox Village.

This position involves a variety of support in key areas that will overall coordinate and implement marketing and public relations events that elevate community awareness and recognition. You will hire required staff, vendors and contractors while coordinating work and outcomes of consultants. You will identify and negotiate advertising and sponsorship opportunities for the community. You will oversee all John Knox Village publications and develop and maintain contacts with the press.

We want to speak with individuals who bring 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field of study. Demonstrated skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Social Media, Photography and other related computer-based programs is preferable. Strong leadership, communication and project management skills will be vital tot his position.
