The purpose of this position is to provide direct onsite management and administration of the housekeeping department and to ensure facilities is provided adequate and timely custodial services.
- Follow Parallel Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical/adult use marijuana regulations
- Safely uses and stores cleaning materials at all times, ensuring they are labeled correctly.
- Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, vacuuming rugs, washing windows, emptying trash and recycling receptacles, replacing liners in trash cans, etc.
- Sanitizes all cubicle desks and chairs, as well as offices and conference rooms.
- Cleans and services restrooms with disinfectants and other cleaning agents.
- Restocks supplies throughout the office.
- Responsible for daily custodial and trash disposal within the facility.
- Notifying Facilities Management of need for repairs.
- Knowledge of proper PPE practices.
- Knowledge of chemical use and purpose. Safety data sheets are updated as new chemicals are implemented.
- Maintaining a daily task sheet to be collected and documented by the Team Leads.
- Age 21 or over (Required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License or State-Issued Photo ID (Required)
- 0-2 years of progressively responsible work-related and any combination of education and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job, combined with demonstrated professional growth and achievement
- The person in this position frequently communicates with other employees/customers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Must be able to travel up to 25% – 50% of the time
- Must be able to move around the production facilities up to 30% of the time
- Must be able to work in an environment which is noisy and with temperature fluctuations from 60 degrees to 90 degrees
