Florida State football, recruiting news: Demarcus Walker is ACC Defensive Player of The Year – Tomahawk Nation
Demarcus Walker is the ACC Defensive Player of the Year; he is the seventh Seminole to win the award since its inception & the first to do it Bjoern Werner.
He also finds himself among-st ESPN’s top 50 overall college football players list; one of three Seminoles to make the list the others being Dalvin Cook & Tarvarus Mcfadden.
Remember way back in September when everyone was asking what’s wrong with Cook? Since the Louisville loss, Cook has rushed for 100 yards in eight of nine games, and with his introduction to the passing game, he is second among Power 5 players in scrimmage yards with 2,046. — Jared Shanker
