I went to fluent for the first time a few days ago, and the staff are all so kind and welcoming. I was helped quickly, and my order I placed online took a few minutes to be packaged and ready. The lady who helped me with my order was so sweet, and didn’t mind answering any questions I had. I will definitely be back !

This is my local store, and they used to be really good. Recently though, I don’t know what the problem is, but it’s gotten to be terrible service. Today I placed an order for pick up it said pick up time between 945 and 10 AM. I arrived around 9:50, and was not greeted by anyone, no one, sitting at the front desk, eight people in the lobby And I was told by staff to just leave my card on the counter and they would get to me eventually? I’m not sure if it’s just me or not, but when I schedule a pick up time appointment, hence, the word appointment, there is no reason to tell me that I should be Taken care of “eventually”. Unfortunately, this is happened the last three times that I’ve gone to this dispensary I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but you better get it under control because you’re losing a lot of money. Two other people walked out while I was there!

Normally staff is awesome and quick.. they had a new employee working that was totally inept.. and left alone.. she ended up charging me for something I didn't want.. and didn't give me the one thing I asked for.. also left off my store credit.. then she said she couldn't understand what the issue was.. recently, they haven't been having the product advertised online.. always conveniently "selling our already".. will be trying some other dispensaries for sure.. even though this one is next door to the house..

It's only been since Dec, I was told if I gave a 5star review I get to win little smoke or somthingvon wheel spin .so I did . Witch came not easy to redeem Headache calls painin butt , the sales on some things like the cured sugar worth it only when the price is at 30& a g though . Smoke they make it so small terrible looking when on sale strange. But when reg its good. On that note couple regular friendly people there , & a few not! had really bad experience other night , I am a good tipper at all dispensaries I shop at especially go out my way to give extra & was giving here to the sweet good people always , but on them being rude just couple people there imparticular will never tip there again if it wasnt a block away I want choose this one , i go here to this one for convenience. If u want to tip really friendly honest good people being nice cause they want to be & knowledgeable about all . Grow healthy is the spot , suterra staff is also extremely friendly & give water's with purchase & do not except tips at all even though they deserve it , so there litterly just awesome cause they are cool chill people just like rest of us happy 420 goers ! Always be nice to your customers words & word of mouth go a long way . I'm putting in this extra review so I can be real in my experience for past month or so .hopefully changes for the better there come soon. That was from 2 days ago on-sale smoke & that orange was considered there blueberry cured sugar. Figured I'd show.

The first two times I went there the product was phenomenal. Today I went they were having a great sale 50 percent off. I was not impressed and unfortunately I stocked up because of the sale. There prices are normally higher than other dispensaries which I wouldn't care if the product was good. Which it was the first couple of times. This time it tasted like outdoor grown cannabis. This place needs to be more consistent for me to keep buying my product there. I had to come back and edit my review as I went through the other two types of flower I bought it only got worse. None of the batches were even green. Like the brown dirt weed you use to get in the early 80s from Mexico. This place needs to be shut down. They should be embarrassed to call this medical. And I noticed they only respond to the people who give them 5 stars.

It always smells amazing when you walk in. The staff are very kind. There’s usually NEVER a wait & if there is, it’s not more than 5-10 mins. Reyna & Mat assisted me this visit & they were awesome, super sweet! I love coming here, compared to other dispensaries the flower is better but can sometimes be dry.

Fluent in Cape Coral is a great place. I have been going here for about a year now and I have not had one bad experience or purchase yet. The flower has been very good and full of flavor. The price is better than most dispensaries in Florida. The longest I have had to wait to get called back has been 3 mins. Every employee I have spoke with has been very helpful and nice. I was just there today and was helped by Dan. Dan was awesome and very helpful. The waiting area is very nice and spacious. You don’t smell marijuana when you walk in and what ever plug ins they have are very pleasant. Thank you fluent for all the medicine and great help from everyone there. The staff are very friendly here and provide excellent customer service. Their vapes are great and this is my favorite dispensary to purchase them. I love the Moods carts and the flavors. Black carts are also high potency which is nice for quick relief. They have great deals on flower (nice options) and the rest of their products. Fluent is my go-to dispensary for vapes and flower. Okay I just had to come review this place. Staff is amazing, incredible really. Wait is never too long, walk in or pick up. They continue to get new things consistently and they have big sales at least monthly. You also earn points which I can redeem for things which helps me greatly. Honestly this store specifically represents what I want from a dispensary: the right balance of professionalism and good products. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, prices great, my doctor is great and it helps me more than my 11 medications combined. If you have pain or mental health issues and just got your card I would give these folks a visit. First time customers also get some cool offers.

I tried them for my first time today and i am very unhappy with the service first i walk in and the guy at the desk (Great Guy) tells me i can stack my first time discount onto the discount for the day i said awesome then i go back and the guy who helped me out was horrible he says he cant stack the deals didn’t get me the product i wanted gave me the one i asked about not the one i asked to buy i will never use this dispensary again and i will just stick with trulive and liberty at least when they say something they stick with it and there products are actually worth it unlike this place. I like coming here because it’s so close to home and they always have sales however I order online. When I walk in, no one is waiting. There are 3 people working and no customers are here. I’m waiting for 18-20 minutes. I did express pickup and this isn’t express. Plus, while sitting in the lobby for 18-20 minutes, I notice this by both windows…yuck. They could work more efficient and grab customers instead of talking amongst themselves.

As a MMW Patient for 3 years and a solid trulieve lover, I recently went to Fluent and they are pretty great. Was helped by the lovely Jennifer and she was the sweetest thing! Very informative. Explained the sales and their overall systems. Told us about flower options(SO MANY), i appreciate their review system, point system, store layout is also more chill, and one hit bowl options. Cool color system for their products, as an organization freak, I love them. Came in for an 8th of Bruce Banner hybrid sativa Dom for $17. The had a lot on sale but most didn’t seem worth it to me. it that’s with any retail, they are going to try to push what they have no matter what, it’s your job to be a smart consumer. Especially with medical grass, sadly it will stay expensive for a good while.Definitely planning on going back more. Hope to see more location in Miami soon. Thanks Jenn again for your help! I give the overall experience a 4. Out of the 8 strains I purchased 3 were 'above average', average based on what I've purchased from 5 different dispensaries. However, Jennifer the cashier, was awesome, helped me take advantage of the best deals/sales while saving my FTP discount, but also recommended the Black Russian, as I was on the fence for my 8th and final strain and, well it's one of the 3. (Black Russian, Pink Drip, GDP *Though I've grown better GDP personally*) Anyways, definitely a 5 star rating for Jennifer, 4 star overall!

Fluent has absolutely no idea what goes on in the rest of the legalized cana-world. Their prices are astronomical, their product is sub-par and sooooo stinky and their service is all but non-existent. Even being the closest dispensary to my house, I will still never use them again after my last experience.I made a pick-up order that I had requested be brought out to my car (this was still an option then, not sure if it is now or not) After waiting for 30 minutes with no answer AT ALL, calling the toll-free corporate line, Corporate not being able to contact them... I finally got my (sick) self out of the car and went inside WHERE THERE WAS LITERALLY NO ONE. Everything was left totally unattended, I could have taken anything I wanted, gone anywhere I wanted. The back door was left ajar.I hollered and called out to find someone and then after another 5 minutes (being generous here, was probably closer to 10 minutes, literally just sat down and waited to see how long until someone emerged) an employee with an attitude the size of Texas lazily strolled through the door to the back.I got my order and left. The product was also less than enticing. I'll never go back... don't waste your time.

Absolutely fell in love with this spot. It’s basically a hidden gem dispensary. The staff are the actual best here. I’ve been approved for medical card and I really wish this place was my first stop! My first time Jen was my budtender and she was knowledgeable helpful, never pushy and thorough about all products. Jeffrey is also a gem! Jeffrey was my second and visit and he was helpful with the oral syringes and how to use them and gave me great ideas on how to use the products! Very helpful and he was amazing to my brother I referred there. I had another female budtender and another guy At the front that was super kind and made me feel welcomed especially just walking in! Fluents products exceeded beyond BEYOND expectations. Their soft gels have reduced muscle spasms for my condition and are by far the most tastiest! The pre rolls have been helpful at night and especially for studying! Very high quality products...and trust me when I say they have helped me reach a point in my chronic disease where I feel like getting my Med card was worth it.Also, the atmosphere is clean and very modern also, you feel like your in a proper cared facility and the staff members I cannot say enough are AMAZING!

Website makes it convenient and easy to pre-order! However, the selection is somewhat limited which almost makes it necessary to place a pre-order. Fluent's location in Cape Coral, FL. is best accessed "the back way" because it is located just off the very busy divided, 4-lane Pine Island Rd. Building is located in same complex as an "adult-intimate" type store. Location is clean, staff is excellent and friendly. Store takes debit and you are not required to pre-pay when pre-ordering. This location has decent variety of gummies! Highly recommend.

I decided to give Fluent's flower one more shot with the Hydra lab select Super Jack Herer or whatever. I found it to be less than super. Like my last experiences with Fluent, their flower was dry, brittle and that really affects the taste and overall appeal in a big way, IMO.Other than that, great customer service and good tinctures.

Quality isn't even impressive, not top tier by any means, not that I think any quality is worth that price. Fluent grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Fluent in Cape Coral does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Fluent
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

This is my local store, and they used to be really good. Recently though, I don’t know what the problem is, but it’s gotten to be terrible service. Today I placed an order for pick up it said pick up time between 945 and 10 AM. I arrived around 9:50, and was not greeted by anyone, no one, sitting at the front desk, eight people in the lobby And I was told by staff to just leave my card on the counter and they would get to me eventually? I’m not sure if it’s just me or not, but when I schedule a pick up time appointment, hence, the word appointment, there is no reason to tell me that I should be Taken care of “eventually”. Unfortunately, this is happened the last three times that I’ve gone to this dispensary I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but you better get it under control because you’re losing a lot of money. Two other people walked out while I was there!

The first two times I went there the product was phenomenal. Today I went they were having a great sale 50 percent off. I was not impressed and unfortunately I stocked up because of the sale. There prices are normally higher than other dispensaries which I wouldn't care if the product was good. Which it was the first couple of times. This time it tasted like outdoor grown cannabis. This place needs to be more consistent for me to keep buying my product there. I had to come back and edit my review as I went through the other two types of flower I bought it only got worse. None of the batches were even green. Like the brown dirt weed you use to get in the early 80s from Mexico. This place needs to be shut down. They should be embarrassed to call this medical. And I noticed they only respond to the people who give them 5 stars.

The price is better than most dispensaries in Florida. The longest I have had to wait to get called back has been 3 mins. Every employee I have spoke with has been very helpful and nice. I was just there today and was helped by Dan. Dan was awesome and very helpful. The waiting area is very nice and spacious. Okay I just had to come review this place. Staff is amazing, incredible really. Wait is never too long, walk in or pick up. They continue to get new things consistently and they have big sales at least monthly. You also earn points which I can redeem for things which helps me greatly. Honestly this store specifically represents what I want from a dispensary: the right balance of professionalism and good products. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, prices great, my doctor is great and it helps me more than my 11 medications combined. If you have pain or mental health issues and just got your card I would give these folks a visit. First time customers also get some cool offers.

I tried them for my first time today and i am very unhappy with the service first i walk in and the guy at the desk (Great Guy) tells me i can stack my first time discount onto the discount for the day i said awesome then i go back and the guy who helped me out was horrible he says he cant stack the deals didn’t get me the product i wanted gave me the one i asked about not the one i asked to buy i will never use this dispensary again and i will just stick with trulive and liberty at least when they say something they stick with it and there products are actually worth it unlike this place. I like coming here because it’s so close to home and they always have sales however I order online. When I walk in, no one is waiting. There are 3 people working and no customers are here. I’m waiting for 18-20 minutes. I did express pickup and this isn’t express. Plus, while sitting in the lobby for 18-20 minutes, I notice this by both windows…yuck. They could work more efficient and grab customers instead of talking amongst themselves.

As a MMW Patient for 3 years and a solid trulieve lover, I recently went to Fluent and they are pretty great. Was helped by the lovely Jennifer and she was the sweetest thing! Very informative. Explained the sales and their overall systems. Told us about flower options(SO MANY), i appreciate their review system, point system, store layout is also more chill, and one hit bowl options. Cool color system for their products, as an organization freak, I love them. Came in for an 8th of Bruce Banner hybrid sativa Dom for $17. The had a lot on sale but most didn’t seem worth it to me. it that’s with any retail, they are going to try to push what they have no matter what, it’s your job to be a smart consumer. Especially with medical grass, sadly it will stay expensive for a good while.Definitely planning on going back more. Hope to see more location in Miami soon. Thanks Jenn again for your help! I give the overall experience a 4. Out of the 8 strains I purchased 3 were 'above average', average based on what I've purchased from 5 different dispensaries. However, Jennifer the cashier, was awesome, helped me take advantage of the best deals/sales while saving my FTP discount, but also recommended the Black Russian, as I was on the fence for my 8th and final strain and, well it's one of the 3. (Black Russian, Pink Drip, GDP *Though I've grown better GDP personally*) Anyways, definitely a 5 star rating for Jennifer, 4 star overall!

Fluent has absolutely no idea what goes on in the rest of the legalized cana-world. Their prices are astronomical, their product is sub-par and sooooo stinky and their service is all but non-existent. Even being the closest dispensary to my house, I will still never use them again after my last experience.I made a pick-up order that I had requested be brought out to my car (this was still an option then, not sure if it is now or not) After waiting for 30 minutes with no answer AT ALL, calling the toll-free corporate line, Corporate not being able to contact them... I finally got my (sick) self out of the car and went inside WHERE THERE WAS LITERALLY NO ONE. Everything was left totally unattended, I could have taken anything I wanted, gone anywhere I wanted. The back door was left ajar.I hollered and called out to find someone and then after another 5 minutes (being generous here, was probably closer to 10 minutes, literally just sat down and waited to see how long until someone emerged) an employee with an attitude the size of Texas lazily strolled through the door to the back.I got my order and left. The product was also less than enticing. I'll never go back... don't waste your time.

My first time Jen was my budtender and she was knowledgeable helpful, never pushy and thorough about all products. Jeffrey is also a gem! Jeffrey was my second and visit and he was helpful with the oral syringes and how to use them and gave me great ideas on how to use the products! Very helpful and he was amazing to my brother I referred there. I had another female budtender and another guy At the front that was super kind and made me feel welcomed especially just walking in! Fluents products exceeded beyond BEYOND expectations. Their soft gels have reduced muscle spasms for my condition and are by far the most tastiest! The pre rolls have been helpful at night and especially for studying! Very high quality products...and trust me when I say they have helped me reach a point in my chronic disease where I feel like getting my Med card was worth it.Also, the atmosphere is clean and very modern also, you feel like your in a proper cared facility and the staff members I cannot say enough are AMAZING!

Fluent's location in Cape Coral, FL. is best accessed "the back way" because it is located just off the very busy divided, 4-lane Pine Island Rd. Building is located in same complex as an "adult-intimate" type store. Location is clean, staff is excellent and friendly. Store takes debit and you are not required to pre-pay when pre-ordering. This location has decent variety of gummies! Highly recommend.

I decided to give Fluent's flower one more shot with the Hydra lab select Super Jack Herer or whatever. I found it to be less than super. Like my last experiences with Fluent, their flower was dry, brittle and that really affects the taste and overall appeal in a big way, IMO.Other than that, great customer service and good tinctures.
