The GM at Fluent gave me some options and for the quality of the flower here I paid a very good price. They didn't short me at all. The indica and sativa i had were both really good. Explained to him that staff is always a little down and out not as high spirited as he is. I know the service industry is rough and customers can be difficult but sometimes a smile and happy attitude can change someone’s day. I hope the staff there takes some of the assistant GM’s advice and attitude to make it a great experience for the customer.

I don’t know how to prove it, but I got 3.5g yesterday and when I opened my canister, it did not look like 3.5gI don’t know if they’ll weigh in front of you so I didn’t go back in and ask but once I got home and used my scale it came to 2.812I’ve always had an issue with this place giving the flower unpackaged, and have often thought some of the stems and flowers look broken/torn in half or pinched together. nothing I’ve seen at any other dispensary.Now I’m totally convinced the employees here take buds out of the canisters before they give them to people and if not all people certainly meI did have a review up out of speculation, but now that I have weighed the actual amount and know, I feel like I need to add thisI used this location because it’s convenient and normally cheaper than the other dispensaries but if they’re stiffing me on my bag then what’s the point of paying anything cheaper I’m literally paying for what I getI don’t know how to report something like this to the Better Business Bureau since marijuana is such an outlier for business and all the laws around it, but I will never go back in this location again and I hope the employees are able to read this commentIt’s actually so disheartening, knowing someone is coming in for their medicine and the employees shorting & stealing their budsick

After today’s purchase, I’m not shopping there anymore and I hope you don’t either, I’m not sure how they weigh out their product, but mine is never 3.5 g and I’ve given them many chances now. I’m not sure if it’s the employees are shorting peoples (my) purchases, but they definitely are being shorted. And I don’t believe the strains are labeled correctly either.

Worst dispensary in the area. They had a "sale" which was obviously used to clear out small flower. Purchased several jars which were all labeled as "premium". Have never seen premium buds so small, not even when labeled small. The manager wouldn't do anything about the transaction and did not offer any suggestions or way to contact his manager for resolution. Terrible customer service and quality. Dry, leafy, small...the one in Tarpon Springs is much better quality, and they stand behind their product. Will definitely not return!

Every strain that comes from their Tampa location is exposed to mold daily and for the entire flowering period. It’s not safe. Fluent knows. I got whole flower the other day that smelled like mold the second you open the container. That was processed in another facility, but its a common issue . Buyer beware!! The THC percentages listed are not accurate and carts are returned and resold with no quality assurance. Spend your money elsewhere! This company has sub par flower and cartridges and thats it. The bare minimum for a dispensary. It needs some work.

They are keeping better flower these days according to many on social platforms as well as I finally got around to giving them another try and was pleasantly surprised. They even have an exchange policy if for some reason you buy something that isn’t working for you.2020 ReviewAtlas strain is worse than the homegrown I smoked back in high school. Smells like dirt and it's bit harsh as if its already too dry the day you buy it. And I cannot stress enough the nasty taste left in your mouth. For those here in Florida who use flower, know how QUICKLY it expires and loses its medicinal quality. One of the only pluses I can mention is the labeling of Fluent ....that was nice. And I was wondering why they are the only dispensary here that expect a copy of your state issued license/id along with your state issued Medical Marijuana Card(with picture)???!!! What's up with that?! At the end of the day, I am looking for quality flower and this is obviously NOT that place. Especially when their marquis strain is absolutely horrible IMHO

Low inventory, doesnt sell whole flower in more than just 1/8. Ridiculously understaffed and so it gets super frustrating waiting crazy long wait times. Curbside pickup is cool but not with a 30 mins wait in the car for an order filled the previous day. Then not written up correctly for discounts offered. I would say needs new management or operations manager to get actual store running more smoothly.

I did not catch the lady who checked me in, but she was great, just super nice. Christina helped dispense me and was outstanding. Terrible customer service! No customer appreciation at all. One month later and I’m still waiting for a reply from anyone there. Called several times, left emails and still nothing.I used to come here quite often as I really liked their vape cartridges. The last one I got, something didn’t seem right, it wasn’t the same effect and so I took it back immediately to get an exchange. The attendant that day refused an exchange and explained that it’s still medicine and that I should still keep using it and offered another cartridge instead.I started going to Trulieve as they will take back anything no matter what - that’s true customer service and appreciation.I rarely write reviews but I feel strongly about businesses and customer service. I started going here one of the first places I discovered when I got my card. Went there for almost a year never had any issues spent a lot of money. And then the last couple times I went in I went in. And it just so happens that the cartridge that I got from them that was a full one gram ended up breaking somehow and completely just leaked out all over and it ruined my desk I had to throw it away. Attached will be a copy of the cartridge I purchased and I almost was able to use 1/4 of it before it blew out. However I did have to get rid of my desk as it was not coming off so I just lost out on about 70 $80. I'm sure that they will not replace or acknowledge this to make it right even though it messes up my recommendation count. I'd love to be able to get some kind of answer as to how and why that could have happened. but we will see.

Unfortunately, I'm constantly trying to rationalize reasons to go there but in the end I can't seem to bring myself to pay the high asking prices. I was coming here weekly until I realized I could get the same for less across multiple dispensaries. The Black line was my 'go to' and now you can get distilled vapes for an average of $45. Options are slim but they seem to be working on that. I'm always having to wait until big discounts are offered just to be able to shop. I really hope Fluent re-evaluates their pricing because the product is good. 😟 It's a damn shame

I come once or twice a week for the last 6mo or more, amazing dispensary amazing people, I haven’t waited more than 10min, their production is smaller than some larger stores so they may be out of flower on some days but it’s rare, they have THE BEST FLOWER IN TOWN and in the state, if you think I’m wrong you’re wrong, this is not a matter of opinion, their flower even T4 XS size buds are amazing and look like they roll them in kief in the back. MUV and truleaf have dry and obviously machined buds, most of my weed I smoke less than a week from when it was picked, that’s the FLUENT way!Stay away from their pre-roles I only buy them to tear apart when they have no flower left, it’s dry as hell, if I wanted dry cannabis I’d go to Tyrone down the block. Not to mention they are rolled by a mental patient why has no concept of airflow 😂 no biggie tho,Don’t let bad pre roles stop you thoDid I mention their prices? This is the slowest dispensary in town. You could have two people in front of you and still have an hour wait. The selection is minimal and so is the product selection. If any competitors come to Clearwater near downtown they will certainly lose business.I am amending my review. After waiting quite a while I did get helped and their selection is improving. I did receive a call from the manager and she made me feel better about the situation. I appreciated that she took the time to actually reach out to me to address my concerns. I will continue to shop at Fluent.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Fluent
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

I don’t know how to prove it, but I got 3.5g yesterday and when I opened my canister, it did not look like 3.5gI don’t know if they’ll weigh in front of you so I didn’t go back in and ask but once I got home and used my scale it came to 2.812I’ve always had an issue with this place giving the flower unpackaged, and have often thought some of the stems and flowers look broken/torn in half or pinched together. nothing I’ve seen at any other dispensary.Now I’m totally convinced the employees here take buds out of the canisters before they give them to people and if not all people certainly meI did have a review up out of speculation, but now that I have weighed the actual amount and know, I feel like I need to add thisI used this location because it’s convenient and normally cheaper than the other dispensaries but if they’re stiffing me on my bag then what’s the point of paying anything cheaper I’m literally paying for what I getI don’t know how to report something like this to the Better Business Bureau since marijuana is such an outlier for business and all the laws around it, but I will never go back in this location again and I hope the employees are able to read this commentIt’s actually so disheartening, knowing someone is coming in for their medicine and the employees shorting & stealing their budsick

Worst dispensary in the area. They had a "sale" which was obviously used to clear out small flower. Purchased several jars which were all labeled as "premium". Have never seen premium buds so small, not even when labeled small. The manager wouldn't do anything about the transaction and did not offer any suggestions or way to contact his manager for resolution. Terrible customer service and quality. Dry, leafy, small...the one in Tarpon Springs is much better quality, and they stand behind their product. Will definitely not return!

Every strain that comes from their Tampa location is exposed to mold daily and for the entire flowering period. It’s not safe. Fluent knows. I got whole flower the other day that smelled like mold the second you open the container. That was processed in another facility, but its a common issue . Buyer beware!! The THC percentages listed are not accurate and carts are returned and resold with no quality assurance. Spend your money elsewhere! This company has sub par flower and cartridges and thats it. The bare minimum for a dispensary. It needs some work.

They are keeping better flower these days according to many on social platforms as well as I finally got around to giving them another try and was pleasantly surprised. They even have an exchange policy if for some reason you buy something that isn’t working for you.2020 ReviewAtlas strain is worse than the homegrown I smoked back in high school. Smells like dirt and it's bit harsh as if its already too dry the day you buy it. And I cannot stress enough the nasty taste left in your mouth. For those here in Florida who use flower, know how QUICKLY it expires and loses its medicinal quality. One of the only pluses I can mention is the labeling of Fluent ....that was nice. And I was wondering why they are the only dispensary here that expect a copy of your state issued license/id along with your state issued Medical Marijuana Card(with picture)???!!! What's up with that?! At the end of the day, I am looking for quality flower and this is obviously NOT that place. Especially when their marquis strain is absolutely horrible IMHO

Low inventory, doesnt sell whole flower in more than just 1/8. Ridiculously understaffed and so it gets super frustrating waiting crazy long wait times. Curbside pickup is cool but not with a 30 mins wait in the car for an order filled the previous day. Then not written up correctly for discounts offered. I would say needs new management or operations manager to get actual store running more smoothly.

Called several times, left emails and still nothing.I used to come here quite often as I really liked their vape cartridges. The last one I got, something didn’t seem right, it wasn’t the same effect and so I took it back immediately to get an exchange. The attendant that day refused an exchange and explained that it’s still medicine and that I should still keep using it and offered another cartridge instead.I started going to Trulieve as they will take back anything no matter what - that’s true customer service and appreciation.I rarely write reviews but I feel strongly about businesses and customer service. I started going here one of the first places I discovered when I got my card. Went there for almost a year never had any issues spent a lot of money. And then the last couple times I went in I went in. And it just so happens that the cartridge that I got from them that was a full one gram ended up breaking somehow and completely just leaked out all over and it ruined my desk I had to throw it away. Attached will be a copy of the cartridge I purchased and I almost was able to use 1/4 of it before it blew out. However I did have to get rid of my desk as it was not coming off so I just lost out on about 70 $80. I'm sure that they will not replace or acknowledge this to make it right even though it messes up my recommendation count. I'd love to be able to get some kind of answer as to how and why that could have happened. but we will see.

Unfortunately, I'm constantly trying to rationalize reasons to go there but in the end I can't seem to bring myself to pay the high asking prices. I was coming here weekly until I realized I could get the same for less across multiple dispensaries. The Black line was my 'go to' and now you can get distilled vapes for an average of $45. Options are slim but they seem to be working on that. I'm always having to wait until big discounts are offered just to be able to shop. MUV and truleaf have dry and obviously machined buds, most of my weed I smoke less than a week from when it was picked, that’s the FLUENT way!Stay away from their pre-roles I only buy them to tear apart when they have no flower left, it’s dry as hell, if I wanted dry cannabis I’d go to Tyrone down the block. This is the slowest dispensary in town. You could have two people in front of you and still have an hour wait. The selection is minimal and so is the product selection. If any competitors come to Clearwater near downtown they will certainly lose business.I am amending my review. After waiting quite a while I did get helped and their selection is improving. I did receive a call from the manager and she made me feel better about the situation. I appreciated that she took the time to actually reach out to me to address my concerns.
