As much as i enjoy this place, not having tamper proof containers when every other weed store does, is a big no no in my books. It also doesnt help for the past multiple months, i have noticed that my purchases are being more expensive every month for nearly the same orders..and on top of that, less and less weed from EVERYTHING.

A bit sceptic about none of the products not being sealed, especially the flower. When I asked they claimed no dispensary seals their products, which isn't true (see photo, not from Fluent). Usually the product says " do not use if sealed is broken,Etc". I'll take safe products over Friendly staff. Go at your own risk.

Placed a pickup order at 2:00, from the parking lot. Walked in at 3:20 to be ignored for over 10 mins, before the 2 ladies from back came to get my identification. Only to place it in a tray and ask me to have a seat, never checking the system.At 4:11, a different young lady came from the dispensary area to ask the same question (walk in or pick up)When I asked if I was just being checked me in, I was responded to with a “yes”Very unethical! Very unprofessional! And there has only been 3 other customers served in the amount of time I spent waiting while the Budtender goofed off in the back!

Mixed experiences with the staff there, not horrible, but some left to be desired (at one point was told I could get the terpene profile AFTER I made a purchase??). Some buds I’ve purchased were pretty decent, most recent purchase was dryer than a bone in the desert. Previous experience with a different budtender was better, so hopefully this will be a fluke and I’ll have an opportunity/reason to update this review. For now 5/10

Second, I bought four eighths and NONE of them weighed 3.5I brought back three of them and exchanged for two "better ones" and the other eighth never went back on my script after being told by two management members it takes one day. Its been THREE DAYS.also they take more from your script than what should be taken... I started at .533 and after buying a half oz my script said .022. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. They seemed to be friendly at 1st even though they are not overly helpful like Trulieve. I was asking questions about thier deals, for my daughter because she doesn't understand. She has a disability that makes stuff like that hard to grasp.I was not asking about the different products, requesting anything, or suggesting anything. One of the women (Charmaine) there informed me that I need to get a care givers card if I want to help my daughter. She was very rude.The doctors office and the 1st dispensary we went to were so very kind, nothing like the lady today here at Fluent. Dispensaries ae a dime a dozen. My daughter will not be back.

Writing this while I wait for a express order. Other dispensaries like curaleaf 5 minutes down the road..same product quality little to no wait. Tried returning a cart that I used a few times and was dissatisfied with, they told me unfortunately manager will not exchange..all other dispensaries would do that no problem..so unfortunately they need to get this bad review. THERE IS NO point in ordering online here since the orders are not processed nor packed, and product WILL sell out.Most of the staff know their products but have zero sense of urgency. There's also a terrible turnaround time with the crew. Something is corroding this location and it is shame.The Deerfield location is definitely the better location. Same products, the online ordering system is actually utilized, the staff is quick, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I have always liked this place until today. I had enough money to pay either way but I asked if they have a promotion for when we do our recertification like every other companies does. He didn’t know what a promotion was. Then he called someone and he got off the phone and said “yes either 5% off on top stackable or 50% off up to $400. Either or but not both.” When we got to the counter he said the $400 is based on regular prices I said that’s ok no problem. When he came back with my order he said “never mind it’s only the 5% off” after I got out the exact cash I needed!! He was rude the whole time. He said he was new. If he would have told me the correct amount at the beginning I would have taken that out. Total was supposed to be $230, I took out $260 and he tells me the total is $277. Which is okay if I would have known the correct amount before taking the cash out. He was very rude the whole time. This is the only dispensary I shop at but looks like I need to try some new ones and find a new one to go to. Very disappointed in the staff they are choosing to hire because usually the staff are excellent!!

Really bad experience last week. Manager overcharged us and really didn't want to make it right. Will never, ever return. My sister and I went to buy cartridges that were on sale. The cashier made a mistake and charged us full price. That's cool, mistakes happen. But the manager, a slight man with glasses and facial hair refused to return the $42 we were overcharged! Crazy, right? He actually told us that's what happens when we pay with debit, it is like an ATM and we can't return your cash. He goes to give us a store credit but refuses to write anything down, says the discount is in the computer. My sister asked twice and he refused. I'm kind of not believing this is happening. She says she will just use the credit now since there is no guarantee or proof she has it to use at a later date. Yay, he let us do that! I then asked if he could give us a discount for our trouble and he ROLLED HIS EYES AT US! He begrudgingly gave us a discount and we left. This was terrible service, making us beg for our money back and a discount for our trouble? The two of us have spent thousands of dollars at Fluent but no more. This short bespectacled, greedy manager who refused to return our money made sure of that. At no time did we fuss or even raised our voices. Terrible service, so bad I am moved to write my first dispensary review.

I imagine it should be as in most other places where I would show identification and my product would be handed to me.***Update***They informed me in the store that ordering online is just a way to ensure that the product I want will be available when I go pick it up. But guess what, I reserved at 2pm and went to pick up hours later and the product I wanted was not in stock.

I understand today is 4/20 and they are busy but it is a 45 minute wait even though you order online for a pick up. I was told I can come back to get it tomorrow. That does little good for me today when I specifically picked a pick up time on my order and confirmed. I was here a couple days ago and no computer systems/internet so also couldn't get an order that day. Overall a bit disorganized and very slow. There are currently people waiting outside that have been there over 40 minutes. Please tell me the purpose of offering online ordering and offering a pick up window if you can't and don't plan to honor it? Also my online order from a few days prior for pickup in the morning they sent me a text at 9:30 pm telling me it is now ready to be picked up even though they were closed 🤷

Purchased a 1g cartridge in April, tried it last week for the first time and it was blocked and did not heat up.Took it back only to find out that they have had issues with the 1g cartridges. Wont exchange or substitute. Offered discount on a 0.5G cartridge…. I called customer service and explained to her. But the 2 cartridges super orange almost light brownish color. And I don't know if it's supposed to happen but the air bubble was moving to the top so fast. Most carts I'm used to don't do that. It was probably made wrong I don't know or maybe that's just how their carts are. Good thing is that the cart works. But I'm just gonna stick to trulieve 👍Edit:So I got done with the carts 2 days ago and I can honestly say it was very bad. Never buy carts from this place. I don't know what they did to these carts but I coughed excessively, more than ever before while inhaling carts from this place. I know vapor sits at the back of the throat for a while and causes excessive coughing. But this was just bad. I thought maybe it was the voltage of the battery, so I turned it down since I have the option to. Made no difference, excessively coughing to the point where I'd have a very sore throat. I honestly don't know if it was just me or If i inhaled wrong but I have never had such a bad experience with carts in the time that i have started using them. I enjoyed the flower though, that was fine.

I went there about 2 weeks ago and purchased a cartridge from them and some flower.. The flower was dry and did not help my pain and the cartridge tasted like pencil shavings and the oil was brown and the cotton from the coil was in the oil... i called customer service and they said i was supposed to receive a refund but i went back and they said they couldnt do it but exchange it and it still had that nasty taste to it. The staff was very nice upon my arrival into the dispensary. I was greeted almost immediately by the young lady with the beautiful curly hair behind the desk.     As much as i enjoy this place, not having tamper proof containers when every other weed store does, is a big no no in my books. It also doesnt help for the past multiple months, i have noticed that my purchases are being more expensive every month for nearly the same orders..and on top of that, less and less weed from EVERYTHING.

    A bit sceptic about none of the products not being sealed, especially the flower. When I asked they claimed no dispensary seals their products, which isn't true (see photo, not from Fluent). Usually the product says " do not use if sealed is broken,Etc". I'll take safe products over Friendly staff. Go at your own risk.

    Placed a pickup order at 2:00, from the parking lot. Walked in at 3:20 to be ignored for over 10 mins, before the 2 ladies from back came to get my identification. Only to place it in a tray and ask me to have a seat, never checking the system.At 4:11, a different young lady came from the dispensary area to ask the same question (walk in or pick up)When I asked if I was just being checked me in, I was responded to with a “yes”Very unethical! Very unprofessional! And there has only been 3 other customers served in the amount of time I spent waiting while the Budtender goofed off in the back!

    Mixed experiences with the staff there, not horrible, but some left to be desired (at one point was told I could get the terpene profile AFTER I made a purchase??). Some buds I’ve purchased were pretty decent, most recent purchase was dryer than a bone in the desert. Previous experience with a different budtender was better, so hopefully this will be a fluke and I’ll have an opportunity/reason to update this review. For now 5/10

Second, I bought four eighths and NONE of them weighed 3.5I brought back three of them and exchanged for two "better ones" and the other eighth never went back on my script after being told by two management members it takes one day. Its been THREE DAYS.also they take more from your script than what should be taken... I started at .533 and after buying a half oz my script said .022. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.     They seemed to be friendly at 1st even though they are not overly helpful like Trulieve. I was asking questions about thier deals, for my daughter because she doesn't understand. She has a disability that makes stuff like that hard to grasp.I was not asking about the different products, requesting anything, or suggesting anything. One of the women (Charmaine) there informed me that I need to get a care givers card if I want to help my daughter. She was very rude.The doctors office and the 1st dispensary we went to were so very kind, nothing like the lady today here at Fluent. Dispensaries ae a dime a dozen. My daughter will not be back.

Writing this while I wait for a express order. Other dispensaries like curaleaf 5 minutes down the road..same product quality little to no wait. Tried returning a cart that I used a few times and was dissatisfied with, they told me unfortunately manager will not exchange..all other dispensaries would do that no problem..so unfortunately they need to get this bad review. Not the best buds in town either.

THERE IS NO point in ordering online here since the orders are not processed nor packed, and product WILL sell out.Most of the staff know their products but have zero sense of urgency. There's also a terrible turnaround time with the crew. Something is corroding this location and it is shame.The Deerfield location is definitely the better location. Same products, the online ordering system is actually utilized, the staff is quick, knowledgeable, and friendly.

    I have always liked this place until today. I had enough money to pay either way but I asked if they have a promotion for when we do our recertification like every other companies does. He didn’t know what a promotion was. Then he called someone and he got off the phone and said “yes either 5% off on top stackable or 50% off up to $400. Either or but not both.” When we got to the counter he said the $400 is based on regular prices I said that’s ok no problem. When he came back with my order he said “never mind it’s only the 5% off” after I got out the exact cash I needed!! He was rude the whole time. He said he was new. If he would have told me the correct amount at the beginning I would have taken that out. Total was supposed to be $230, I took out $260 and he tells me the total is $277. Which is okay if I would have known the correct amount before taking the cash out. He was very rude the whole time. This is the only dispensary I shop at but looks like I need to try some new ones and find a new one to go to. Very disappointed in the staff they are choosing to hire because usually the staff are excellent!!

    Really bad experience last week. Manager overcharged us and really didn't want to make it right. Will never, ever return. My sister and I went to buy cartridges that were on sale. The cashier made a mistake and charged us full price. That's cool, mistakes happen. But the manager, a slight man with glasses and facial hair refused to return the $42 we were overcharged! Crazy, right? He actually told us that's what happens when we pay with debit, it is like an ATM and we can't return your cash. He goes to give us a store credit but refuses to write anything down, says the discount is in the computer. My sister asked twice and he refused. I'm kind of not believing this is happening. She says she will just use the credit now since there is no guarantee or proof she has it to use at a later date. Yay, he let us do that! I then asked if he could give us a discount for our trouble and he ROLLED HIS EYES AT US! He begrudgingly gave us a discount and we left. This was terrible service, making us beg for our money back and a discount for our trouble? The two of us have spent thousands of dollars at Fluent but no more. This short bespectacled, greedy manager who refused to return our money made sure of that. At no time did we fuss or even raised our voices. Terrible service, so bad I am moved to write my first dispensary review.

If the app says my order is ready why do I still have to wait in line. I imagine it should be as in most other places where I would show identification and my product would be handed to me.***Update***They informed me in the store that ordering online is just a way to ensure that the product I want will be available when I go pick it up. But guess what, I reserved at 2pm and went to pick up hours later and the product I wanted was not in stock.

    I understand today is 4/20 and they are busy but it is a 45 minute wait even though you order online for a pick up. I was told I can come back to get it tomorrow. That does little good for me today when I specifically picked a pick up time on my order and confirmed. I was here a couple days ago and no computer systems/internet so also couldn't get an order that day. Overall a bit disorganized and very slow. There are currently people waiting outside that have been there over 40 minutes. Please tell me the purpose of offering online ordering and offering a pick up window if you can't and don't plan to honor it? Also my online order from a few days prior for pickup in the morning they sent me a text at 9:30 pm telling me it is now ready to be picked up even though they were closed 🤷

    Purchased a 1g cartridge in April, tried it last week for the first time and it was blocked and did not heat up.Took it back only to find out that they have had issues with the 1g cartridges. Wont exchange or substitute. Offered discount on a 0.5G cartridge…. I called customer service and explained to her. The lady on the other end said that there’s nothing she could say or do… I have to decant into a MUV cartridge as they don’t block up and the service is streets ahead of these plonkers!

    This was my first visit to Fluent and I was happy to get 50% off my purchases. They had a good a selection and great customer service. Tt helped and she was fantastic as well as the rest of the friendly staff. My only complaint would be no shatter, wax or crumble. I can’t wait to try the prerolls and edibles I had picked up. But the 2 cartridges super orange almost light brownish color. And I don't know if it's supposed to happen but the air bubble was moving to the top so fast. Most carts I'm used to don't do that. It was probably made wrong I don't know or maybe that's just how their carts are. Good thing is that the cart works. But I'm just gonna stick to trulieve 👍Edit:So I got done with the carts 2 days ago and I can honestly say it was very bad. Never buy carts from this place. I don't know what they did to these carts but I coughed excessively, more than ever before while inhaling carts from this place. I know vapor sits at the back of the throat for a while and causes excessive coughing. But this was just bad. I thought maybe it was the voltage of the battery, so I turned it down since I have the option to. Made no difference, excessively coughing to the point where I'd have a very sore throat. I honestly don't know if it was just me or If i inhaled wrong but I have never had such a bad experience with carts in the time that i have started using them. I enjoyed the flower though, that was fine.

They have a very knowledgeable staff and a good product line.But the order online pick up curbside option is garbage. I should not be waiting outside in my car for 15+ minutes when I already placed my order ahead of time. Please note I’ve used this option twice and it was not a fluke. We decided to go to Fluent because they had good ratings and was very close to our house. Awesome staff. Clean place. Great prices, and offer coupons. The flower is top notch.     I went there about 2 weeks ago and purchased a cartridge from them and some flower.. The flower was dry and did not help my pain and the cartridge tasted like pencil shavings and the oil was brown and the cotton from the coil was in the oil... i called customer service and they said i was supposed to receive a refund but i went back and they said they couldnt do it but exchange it and it still had that nasty taste to it.     The staff was very nice upon my arrival into the dispensary. I was greeted almost immediately by the young lady with the beautiful curly hair behind the desk. Everyone that I spoke to during my visit seemed to be very knowledgeable, Juliana, my consultant for the day, she made sure that I was getting the correct products needed for me, made sure I knew all the discounts that I could apply while I was there, overall great experience. They DO have weekly discounts as well as others (birthday, ect). Product is good quality.It's nice to have access to this medicine within my city!
