Bought two pens for 4/20 and this is what my pen looked like, has the slightest corner of oil (Dash Pen) when my other pen was full. Unfortunate considering im basically paying for two pens and only getting one with oil. I have shopped at this store a few times and it always seems theres some kind of problem with the products when i shop here. You can clearly see the difference in the pens which were both .3g

The people are great and have been buying from there for some time. Last time I purchased 3 bags of gummies. When I opened the last one it had already been opened and four gummies were missing. The bag was sealed, so it had to happen at the packaging plant. I reported this to them, and was told of their policy of replacing any product within 10 days of purchase. Well, I buy several months worth at a time, so that policy does not work for me. And I don’t want to tear into all the packages at one time cause it will dry out.

Went into fluent for the first time to buy flower. I was not impressed with any of their flower considering I bought four of the highest THC plants they had. The flower tasted horrible. It had no smell to it and it was dry as hell was not impressed with the cheetah piss and another one they had at 34% flower was so bad that I didn’t even smoke it I ended up giving it away because it was that bad. It tasted like I was smoking regular flower(Reggie) from back in the day that had seeds. Absolutely disgusting and would not recommend anyone to buy from fluent. This was definitely the worst dispensary experience that I’ve been to so far and I’ve been to all of them Fluent is definitely the worst one if you want good flower, don’t go to Fluent. Waste of time and money.

Only two out of about seven.Staff were great and were eager to help.They'll let you keep your first time discount, but I ended up using it.I've heard some bad stories about Fluent in the past, so I wanted to try something from their top shelf (Freedom Town Holdings).Grabbed two different products. One was decent, and the other I ended up liking in the end. Both were extremely overpriced. They gave me a discount book on the way out, but I'm not sure I'll be back. Just too much competition out there with lower prices, higher quality, and freely available COAs.

I went back to exchange and the same thing happened. Dry dry dry bud. Again this is not the staffs fault. Purchased on 07/8/23 on the container for the flower it states bottled 6/6/23. This wouldn’t be a problem if fluent sealed theircontainers to preserve how fresh the flower stays. 1 out of 10 product experience. 10 out of 10 staff.Ps. Donny burger was my purchase.

This is my favorite dispensery EVER, the only thing I can complain about is the 30 minute drive I have to make and that’s on me for not living closer. The reason I felt inclined to finally write a review is because of Dio’s extraordinary customer service. I placed my online order at the wrong location and she fixed it with zero complaints, as well as having to count $58 in one’s for my friend (we are so sorry if you are reading this). I went here to purchase one item and the girl who helped me didn't have any clue what she was doing, I was given the item with no script label on it and didn't even give me a receipt. God forbid I got pulled over and had nothing to prove I purched it legally. I called and spoke to a manager and all he offered me was to come back for my receipt when I was already at work. They need to train their employees better. I will not be giving them my money ever again.

Me and my boyfriend love this location because of Connor. He helps us every time and I feel like he genuinely understands everything about the product he sells. He always educates me on what it is that I’m looking for and what product works best with it. Every time we go in the store I look for him! I want everyone to keep in mind that when reading reviews from a certain location, the review of the staff is more important than the product. So, let me begin with the fact that contrary to the other low rated reviews, I have had nothing but excellent service at this East Orlando location and every single staff member here is top notch! The staff members have NO CONTROL over product, strains, product availability etc. So i think it's very unfair to review them poorly based on product only. To be fair though, everything I buy from Fluent has been incredible. Especially their CBD Tinctures for my IBS and the mood carts for my anxiety (I highly recommend Midnight Cruiser). Every single person I come in contact with at this store has been nothing but kind, informative and more than willing to help me with anything regarding products. This Fluent location deserves way more 5 stars and I definitely am a life long customer. You guys are stuck with me 😉

Been going there for a while with no issues till recently. I just bought 3 pivot black line cartridges and all 3 clogged up almost immediately making them about useless. Never had this issue before. Now I am out 200$ , no return policy. Edited recently, two more clogged cartridges. I am using fluent pen on the correct setting and this happens every time now. Never will I buy another black line cartridges of any style. Overpriced and quality has declined. If you need good cartridges I would look elsewhere.

I will say it that this place was by far the worst place I have been. My first time and I tried 3 different Dispensaries. The blonde older lady was not very polite, demanding, and had no customer service.For a first experience, she was not helpful or informative. The guy who came from the back was very informative and helpful, so I am glad that the I was stuck with crabby Patty. I did not interact with him enough after feeling nervous and anxious by Patty I just wanted to get the specifics and get out. Who was the guy in the corner you were paying to be decor? Never acknowledged anyone in the store.

for as long as I’ve shopped at Fluents dispensaries they have never had a pure sativa in stock. All they every have is hybrids. So i go there after not shopping there for awhile to give them another chance. I was sold 4 hybrids (atlas) that where suppose to be “sativa leaning”Instead of giving me energy they made me really tired(probably because they weren’t as sativa leaning as they claimed). Despite this I tried to return the ones I haven’t opened yet and they don’t take returns. So that’s not only $200 wasted but part of my prescription and a product that does the opposite that I want it to do.

Fluent is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Fluent dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Fluent in Orlando does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Fluent
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Fluent
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Fluent in Orlando online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

This place has honestly saved my life. I used to be on meds for severe anxiety and PTSD as well as for horrible pain. I went here to purchase one item and the girl who helped me didn't have any clue what she was doing, I was given the item with no script label on it and didn't even give me a receipt. God forbid I got pulled over and had nothing to prove I purched it legally. I called and spoke to a manager and all he offered me was to come back for my receipt when I was already at work. They need to train their employees better. I will not be giving them my money ever again.

I am the least patient person you will ever meet, and the staff at this location never fails to meet and exceed the expectation of the Fluent customer experience!!!!My 1st trip!!! I headed over and ended up at a nearby...........dump.That Dump..(aka near by dispensary) told me the nearest other option was...45 minutes away...Luckily I realized the mistake and landed in Fluent.I have had a few issues with products... that Fluent sells and makes. They have remedied every issue in house..no phone calls or long waits for manager guidance and approval!!!They make every conversation and transaction, FLUENT and transparent!

Me and my boyfriend love this location because of Connor. He helps us every time and I feel like he genuinely understands everything about the product he sells. He always educates me on what it is that I’m looking for and what product works best with it. Every time we go in the store I look for him! No one helps me better than him, I feel like he actually cares about what I’m saying and looking for and he cares about the product he sells. Great decision on hiring him. I want everyone to keep in mind that when reading reviews from a certain location, the review of the staff is more important than the product. So, let me begin with the fact that contrary to the other low rated reviews, I have had nothing but excellent service at this East Orlando location and every single staff member here is top notch! The staff members have NO CONTROL over product, strains, product availability etc. So i think it's very unfair to review them poorly based on product only. To be fair though, everything I buy from Fluent has been incredible. Especially their CBD Tinctures for my IBS and the mood carts for my anxiety (I highly recommend Midnight Cruiser). Every single person I come in contact with at this store has been nothing but kind, informative and more than willing to help me with anything regarding products. This Fluent location deserves way more 5 stars and I definitely am a life long customer. You guys are stuck with me 😉

Been going there for a while with no issues till recently. I just bought 3 pivot black line cartridges and all 3 clogged up almost immediately making them about useless. Never had this issue before. Now I am out 200$ , no return policy. Edited recently, two more clogged cartridges. I am using fluent pen on the correct setting and this happens every time now. Never will I buy another black line cartridges of any style. Overpriced and quality has declined. If you need good cartridges I would look elsewhere.

I will say it that this place was by far the worst place I have been. My first time and I tried 3 different Dispensaries. The blonde older lady was not very polite, demanding, and had no customer service.For a first experience, she was not helpful or informative. The guy who came from the back was very informative and helpful, so I am glad that the I was stuck with crabby Patty. I did not interact with him enough after feeling nervous and anxious by Patty I just wanted to get the specifics and get out. Who was the guy in the corner you were paying to be decor? Never acknowledged anyone in the store.

for as long as I’ve shopped at Fluents dispensaries they have never had a pure sativa in stock. All they every have is hybrids. So i go there after not shopping there for awhile to give them another chance. I was sold 4 hybrids (atlas) that where suppose to be “sativa leaning”Instead of giving me energy they made me really tired(probably because they weren’t as sativa leaning as they claimed). Despite this I tried to return the ones I haven’t opened yet and they don’t take returns. So that’s not only $200 wasted but part of my prescription and a product that does the opposite that I want it to do.
