I was Greeted as I walked into the store. Buy 2 young gentlemen who's seen to love their job, they had great Attitudes and customer was great!The reason I made this review is mainly for the gentleman named TIM he was super Knowledgeable he knew exactly what I needed and would work for me.I have been to many different dispensers before where I did not receive the knowledge and understanding of what I was trying to get across. And gone home in those instances in disappointment.TIM has made all that good again I came home and was instantly happy with the products he suggested and resources.Give him a pat on the back.
My experience at fluent was really great and I truly give thanks to Tim for all the patience and advice he gave me. He was so professional and helpful to me being a first time customer. He truly made the experience for me and I will definitely be coming back. If I could recommend requesting anyone specific I would suggest Tim, he's very educated on the products and works with your budget. He deserves a promotion or a raise at the very least, just saying. 😊
Really nice little dispensary! This was my first visit to Fluent. Veronica was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products they carry. I only picked up a couple things but I will definitely be back to try some of the different strains. Everyone that I interacted with was very friendly and welcoming. I'm glad I found this place!
They called to let me know, for the whole month of my birthday I can receive 50% off all products. NOT TRUE. they will do 5% on stacked products. Haven't been here in weeks and I feel that was their lure to get me back but that awesome deal was false advertising. Giving 3 stars for decent product/customer service.
1st time and I have to say it was a very pleasant visit. The product is extremely good and seems like there is more than any other dispensary I've been to. George did an amazing job showing me the products and the breakdowns with no feeling of urgency as well as his compassion and professionalism. I will definitely be back and I will be referring my family and friends to this store.

This location has the worst staff I’ve ever seen, bud-tenders and management, are rude and disrespectful. Fluent customer service is a joke, and they do not care about patients. Do not shop here, or you might be dispensed for products you didn’t even get, and they won’t even fix it because they’re not fully equipped with handling customers. Awful people, awful customer service and they do not deserve your business.
Best place for compassionate care products. They have everything and it is extreme quality and they care about what pain you have. 100% recommend to everyone 5 stars!
I normally stick with two big name dispensaries because of their consistency but this one is closer to my house so I figured I’d give it a try. Put an order in then get there and they have no records of the order. I put orders for flower In every couple days, it wasn’t a user error sort of thing. No big deal. I’m there anyway might as well just go inside and get the order but I can’t because they sold that flower. So I got two other ones that look like they were gown by children and they drink of Chlorophyll. Avoid this place
I really like this dispensary, they have great edibles and great deals. The staff has always been super accommodating. Katie was very helpful with my order as well. I definitely recommend.
Drive thru is very convenient, customer service is layed back, easy going and personable. Much more efficient than other dispensaries. Prices are generally well (except from time to time the flower prices aren't the best in town at times.) And to Carolyn, you do understand that free gifts with purchase states while supplies last? It states on website and in store.

I enjoyed my first visit to this dispensary immensely. Was greeted by friendly faces as soon as I entered and they assisted me immediately. Lexi was very knowledgeable about their products and walked me through their steps of service being sure to inform me of my first timers discount and suggesting the best ways to get the most value out of it. Not only was the customer service top notch but the product is as well. I frequently go to AYR and found this to be a better value, slightly more in terms of cost but well worth the boost in quality. Comparable to Trulieve but without the ridiculous wait. I will definitely be back again 🙂
I spend alot on my medicine.. I want to feel good while spending my money.. Always an issue when shopping here.. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere if you want decent service! I stopped going to Trulieve because of nonsense and here's the second place I'll refuse to shop at in the future..
Okay so I thought I would give this one a try, they're close by. Flower was better than I expected. I had issues the first two times I came. So I quit coming for awhile. This time when I went in it was perfect no problem and great customer service. The product is really good too!Updating my review back to a 4 stars.

I have been coming to Fluent - New Port Richey for years. Huge shoutout to Mike at that location! He alway welcomes me by name, smile on his face and his customer service skills are above par! A raise or bonus for Mike is well deserved!!
Okay so I thought I would give this one a try, they're close by. Flower was better than I expected. I used to prefer Jungle Boys but it's a bit of a drive.The reason for 4 stars is they gave me the wrong flower that I had preordered. I caught the error when i was in my car , so walking it back in was not a problem it was how long it to get it fixed even though they saw it.Gave it another try switched the product again, not worth the wait unless you babysit them to make sure they are ringing up the product you ordered.Gave it 4 stars at first but after they keep switching the flower i changed it to a 2.
It was a great shop with lots of selection. Over the past 2-3 months, selection and availability for tincture and candies is very limited. Northern Lights tincture is a favorite for sleeping, but they havent had it since earlier in the year, and it sold out very fast. The candies is very limited. Please restore you candies and tincture availability and selection at the New Port Richey shop.
I have been to many shops here in florida, and all I can say is WOW haven't tried any of the 3 yet, but the look and smell is 100% better than any other dispensery around this area. I most certainly will be coming back and can't wait to taste the awesomeness of each one as they are all covered in crystals as medical should be.
First I want to acknowledge that Raven is the worker I have the best experiences with. Everyone else is good too but Raven stands out. She’s easy to talk to, seems to have the most insight on the products and can really help you navigate the menu and find what you want. In terms of products, the gummies are my favorite in the area, and they have a decent cartridge selection but the black line is the best.

The reward point system they have is almost pointless.It allows for you to recieve discounts on your purchase after reaching a certain amount of points.However, it only applies to items not on sale (everything is almost always "on sale" because of the way they market their prices) so when you remove the "on sale" discount, and you apply your points, you end up paying the same anyway...Which leads a customer to wonder if the owner just believes customers won't understand or are stupid, but be careful with "the deal" you're getting from this company
Great pricing and customer service is awesome. They are very helpful with finding the right thing for your ailments. And if you catch the specials you can get some good deals. This takes all the fear and uncertainty out of your medical cannabis treatment. Don’t wait check this place out! RSO is good, black line vapes good, red line kinda sucks, and good flower.
I came through the drive thru and my order wasn't there...was told I couldn't order through the drive thru (very slow and was told nobody is inside either) he wouldn't help me and I left without buying anything! I'm a regular and live 5 mins away ..the flower is overpriced & have been getting some very dry flower.. lines always long...their customer service sucks... there's 2 people that's personable...the others are dry and rude... I won't be going back for a long while if ever...I prefer Liberty aka Ayr now... fresher/cheaper flower ...don't bother wasting your money go somewhere else!
My wife had just gone in there and was very appalled about how an employee named James (name on the receipt) had treated her. It was her first time in there and he was very rude to her. Thank God she used her first time discount on a small order with the intentions of never going back due to bad reviews she has gotten from friends. This guy does not belong in a customer service setting at all. With all the places around here where you get better product for better prices I would just avoid this place until James is removed from such an environment.
Decent dispensary given the other options in the area, you don't have to wait an hour and a half for mid green like trulieve. The prices are on the high side for the quality and the staff is always decent and knowledgable. Most negative reviews are from people who aren't able to use the website correctly or don't read the emails they recieve. Knocked off a star because the building needs to be renovated, BADLY.
Terrible first experience. Was sold the wrong product then told it was "an online error". They just replaced it and didn't even tell me. Then Tyler, "one of the managers" cut me off when I was explaining you can't just swap someone order and told "bro, I got stuff to do." HA! I guess, with literally not a single person in the store, customer service still isn't a priority. With a dozen dispensaries in the area, I'll take my money elsewhere.
I hate giving one star but I walked into their building just before closing time just to be yelled at by the employee, and I quote, “we are closing in two minutes”, to which I responded “well then sir, you are still open”. I mean, am I wrong? Never visit this angry a**hole again.
I've been to pretty much all the dispensaries locally. Fluent has some great deals, and the weed is great. Easier on the wallet, buds are good, although there are more leaves than others. I like em though.

Prices for half carts are kind of extreme here lately. I'll consider returning if that changes. People who test products out before buying a full, it kind of defeats the purpose of shopping around.....
Michael and his team in Trinity are the only dispensary that I use. First and last time I shop here. My pops order online to not even get the order right. I'm his caregiver and I even asked if it was 90% to be lied 2. We can't afford to go back and forth.
First time going to a dispensary after getting my card approved, didn't really know what I was doing. I told the staff that when I arrived and they were super helpful. Jon helped me, I explained what I wanted to get out of the product and he recommended a few different things to try and how to use them. Very pleased with the results and service!

I think the clerk who helped me was Hailey, she was incredibly kind! And answered all of the questions I had, it was a relatively quick wait the person running the desk was incredibly nice she also helped answer my questions as a first time guest and I didn't get her name but the staff is very friendly and helpful it was a great first experience and I'd definitely recommend this place and he a returning customer!
Was recommended a strain by the bud tender , I took his recommendation and this is what I opened up in the parking lot. Can’t complain about the service though

You need to abide by your own policies and prioritize customers that have pre-ordered over walk-ins. I sat and saw people who not only came in AFTER me get served first but also walk-ins be taken back first. Pretty poor service.

Nice place inside. Very respectful people. How ever my first time visiting there today, they were having a sale for somethings. All I bought was an old kush cart, and when I got home and opened it up,there was no protective covering over the mouth peice, it's leaking out the concentrate, and the mouth peice was sticky. I'm going to bring it back in the morning when I wake up. Should have checked it before I left. Pretty annoying. It almost seem as if it were used and returned.

This was my first experience ever with a Dispensary in Florida. Despite my lack of knowledge and probably a bit of awkwardness, Kayla (Kay) was absolutely awesome! They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and listened to my wants and needs and helped me from there. Plan to go back again once I'm out.

Shop is clean. Design Concept is decent. Flower and products are way too much on the light side. How does one even get these low of contents? This is not medical marijuana. It is low content street boof packed in a cheap container and sold to you for a premium. Zero thought into labeling and shelf attraction.The staff here is asleep. Being the only person in the shop upon my visit, the girl inside acted like I was bothering her. The lesson here is. Get a a decent head grower and then some proper counter help. This model can not compete amongst proper operations. It is operating on a messy consulted model.Green rushers can never hop the train right. Always leaving one leg dragging in the mud.

Quality is poor, cartridges are very poorly made and either leak, clog or both. Customer service is great there, but there needs to be some QA on their products. Stick with Trulieve.
I absolutely love this place. Clean, friendly, knowledgeable staff who always take care of us. I love the rewards points for every dollar I spend plus the regular sales and veterans discount really helps save some money.
Their return policy as explained by manager. if you by multiple cartriges at once, you must open and try all of them before 10 days are up. I bought six, over a months supply, two of them were not in boxes. When i got around to opening one of the unboxed you could see it had leaked quite a bit.When i brought it back i was told i could have a 30% credit, no more, no exchange.I will find a differant dispensary.

I visited FLUENT for the first time this week and it was a very nice. It is very clean and the staff was very helpful. It was my first time going to a dispensary - this is all brand new to me and it was a positive experience. They have incredible standard new customer deals.The only reason for deducting one star was due to the fact that their indica carts were very limited. When I left the store and checked their website, I was able to see an additional cart they had in stock at my location that I would have purchased as it was exactly what I was looking for.Additionally, their advertisement mentions "unique" first-time customer deals revealed on first visit (in addition to the standard new customer deals) which wasn't mentioned to me. I've been told by friends who are patients that FLUENT always give you samples to try and you end up leaving with some free stuff to try - which is always a great way to earn loyal customers. This was not mentioned to me nor was I given any samples.Lastly, I wasn't told about the points you earn when purchasing products. I logged into my FLUENT account to check my point balance and it was 0 points. I spent over $100 during my visit. I did call FLUENT and was told to bring my receipt to my next visit and they will credit the points to my account.I highly recommend FLUENT. Local, top notch, quality product. I will continue to check out other local dispensaries as there are many in my area with competitive deals. Thank you!

First time there. Very friendly staff. I didn't have to wait long at all. I went online to check out product a head of time. They had what I needed. Finally found a vape cartridge that isn't so harsh. Discounts are pretty good. I will be going back. Especially since they are so close to my house.
As an avid cannabis user with severe PTSD, I’ve frequented a fair share of dispensaries. This was by far the best experience I have EVER had. The facility is gorgeous and clean, all Covid protocols were strictly followed. Our “budtender”, Dan, was unbelievably empathetic towards our needs with nightmares and catered our entire order to benefit us in the best way possible. Dan was the best part about our visit as he was patient, kind and SUPER knowledgeable! He is definitely an asset to the company and my husband and I will be coming back to this location for many reason, but Dan is the biggest reason! Amazing experience!
I’ve had nothing but expert service and professionalism from the staff at this location. I have worked with almost all of them, and they are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The manager there, always make it a point to greet my by name and carries himself in a professional manner. The online ordering and drive through service make my visits simple and fast. I could go to any of a number of dispensaries near my home, but I keep coming back to Fluent because of the wonderful service they provide.
Fluent is my go-to for CBD and they have great f flower as well. My first visit to any dispensary was to this particular andcashier Daniel J very knowledgeable, relaxing, in very helpful. Classy dispensary with classy staff.

Best carts in Florida. I got a few from trulieve for cheaper, but you can't beat Fluents quality. Tried some of their Trainwreck strain, and the flower was absolutely beautiful. I'm used to overpaying in Florida, but if I'm gonna overpay definitely gonna go with Fluent for their quality product. Hoping to see better deals for patients in the future!

They have great specials that are offererd daily and weekly and a rewards program. The best part of my visit is always when I get to chat with Dan.I highly recommend giving them a try.
Today was my first time ever going into one of these places. And it was a great informative first visit. Pricing is what I thought it be like. I like that they have a rewards program! Definitely makes up for some expense of getting started. As far as product I have tried three different ones today. I prefer two over the one strained so far. It’s just trying it out till you find what you like and works best for you. Definitely has helped my migraines and back pain! I was nervous to get started and I can say I’m glad I did! Worth every penny! The lady that helped us was SO sweet! She had major patients with explaining and helping me order! I’m so glad I got someone like her to help me! I wish more employees (other places) out there were like her! I wish everyone gave as much care as she does! Would definitely recommend this place and her for any ordering help! 10 STARS!
Love this dispensary! The product is always great and the customer service is stellar. I never have a long wait time and their express ordering is on point. The 'bud tenders" are always knowledgeable and kind - my favorite is Dan but I like everyone there! I love that I get text messages when they restock popular products and they're right beside my neighborhood so super convenient!
UPDATE: Forced to return to pick up medicine that was disallowed because a screw-up by the prescribing doctor. I was going to miss out on my discount as a result. However, the store manager intervened and made good on the original discount. I'm somewhat relieved. PREVIOUS: Seven cars in the drive-up window to "pick up" orders previously placed. Ridiculous! My second time was no better than the first time using this place. The very visible armed guard was disquieting; had not seen one at the Surterra dispensary. Website was useless. Unable to place an order because the required upload of IDs refused to work. All around disappointing.

I have been to many different dispensaries and as a company Fluent, in my eyes, beats them all by a long shot in service, quality, and the list goes on. New Port Richey is my most favorite place. The staff is awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. The discounts are awesome and I love the point system. This is and always be my main go to place! The only thing I wish is that there could be more variety of flower. Thank you to everyone in the dispensary business!!
The most expensive dispensary I’ve seen yet. Not worth it at all. Ive got better quality flower and thc vape oil in other dispensaries for $20 dollars cheaper, probably cheaper than that. I can’t believe this place still around been so expensive. I’ve only been there once and had a terrible customer service experience on top of them been extremely expensive. There are plenty of other dispensaries around with good quality stuff and a lot cheaper.
I prefer fluent over the other pasco county dispensaries. Affordable, great customer service, and pretty fast. I mean it takes a few minutes to complete the purchase but honestly the people make it such a comfortable experience that you dont realize time.
Excellent location, plenty of parking and also has drive up window. Never waited longer than 5 minutes if any...Probably the best vape cartridges available out of all the places I have been to. There flower is good and provides the effects you would expect. I recommend this location...

wanted to try for a long time despite sceptic reviews and hearing of the grow having many issues. First off they gave me a hard time over using discounts. Was told one thing by the call center and another by the store which started things off bad. They finally did honor the discount I was told would be given. After purchasing 3 eights I get home to find my eight of baldor has a living bug inside! I contact the store and am offered replacement which I decline. I want my money back and told them I wouldn't be coming back. The manager offered me several discounts which I refused as they do nothing for me. Drove hours waisted my time and money all for nasty weed. Staff are not friendly and manager did not seem genuine in her apology.

I believe the exchange and return policy is highly inconsiderate and my customer service received today was under par. I understand "taste" being to subjective but, 1. It's not unprecedented (other competitors allow it)2. If a customer claims the product is making them nauseous and feeling "unwell" to an extent they can hardly use it.I think the issue goes beyond personal preference here. I compare the effect I experienced similar to something like motion sickness and I usually need a minute to recover. My theory is the fillers used to make the vape products more viscous are substandard.As for my customer service experience, well let me tell ya...... I was told by one employee, "Well this isnt Trulieve so...." and when I tried to get clarification from the store GM I was told "Well basically once you pay for it, you're stuck with it." Perhaps you guys should make that quote your entire return and exchange policy to avoid further confusion...... "We're not Trulieve, so once you pay for it you're stuck with it."Thanks......

If you're going to offer discounts it should be for everybody not just online orders that's the reason why I left the other medical places they do the same thing not only that but you make us people who walk into the store wait while people come in after us and get their product because they offered it online should be first come first serve in any transaction I hope things will change
Although the flower wasnt the best experience. The manager 👩 was very helpful and work to fix the problem Because of her i may consider trying more product in the future as they grow. The bud trimmer needs to be fired and the manager needs a promotion. Thank you for making it right.
I have been to Fluent in New Port Richey Fl 3 time's now and I also check their website regularly to see if they have any Flower that's worthwhile in stock that's where I have issues if I see that it's gotten any better I will revise my review
I came in with 3 people in front of me sat for an hour finally went in after 3 people that came in after me very poor management.. on my third visit it was supposed to be buy one get one free on my entire order went there to buy for cartridges and they tried to charge me $180 true leaf is charging 45 dollars for their $60 cartridge better quality faster service much better place true Leaf much better over fluent true Leaf is on 19 southbound lane New Port Richey true Leaf also has all of their flower always except for their Monday specials where you get pieces of flour for half price fluent runs out of their flower on a regular basis
Experienced other local shops but Fluent seems to have their affairs in order better then others! No matter when I go here, I do not spend more then 30-45 mins. I love their rewards program and the fact my Veteran status is applied Everytime! The staff is very friendly and trust to get you exactly what you need /want! Highly recommend this spot!!
