First time at this location. blonde girl at the front pretended I was invisible and continued to ignore me until I asked if there was a wait for express orders, at which point she told me it would be at least a 10 minute wait while she continued to print papers. Cape Coral Fluent has MUCH BETTER customer service, I will just make the longer drive & go there next time. Logan finally came and took care of me, he was friendly & helpful.

Good vibes.Captain's Stash is a new favorite of mine, and Bubbly Haze will actually give you visuals when you close your eyes. No joke.Their everyday prices, like most dispensaries, are too high. I started going here after getting medical card not long ago. I'll start by saying that the staff at this location are incredible - every single one of them I've dealt with so far. I appreciate their kindness and input!When I first came here, over a period of several weeks, the quality of the products was just as one would expect. High % strains smelled great and worked great.Fast forward to about 2 weeks ago. Suddenly, every flower, and I mean EVERY flower they offer has an extremely off-putting smell. Even things that were 30%+ before that I've had no issues with, suddenly completely changed in smell, taste and quality. Kept going back, buying several different strains just to keep running into this problem. And I mean, extremely off-putting.(Revolting, abhorrent - come to mind.) One strain I had loved before, now I don't even want to try it because my senses are telling me it's not good.I have since stopped going. I'm not sure if I will return. It makes zero sense that a strain that was perfectly fine before can go amazingly bad just days later. (This isn't specific to a single strain, either. Multiples.) A little suspect, to me./endrant.

It was my first time at it. Jaz treated me with so much kindness and patience. She showed me on my phone where I had to go online to see my Rx and my limits. So awesome to have the care I need without feeling bad about it. Their sales were unbelievable. But true. I got a pen for $12 and 3.5g for $16. And first time discount is offered on regular price items which I did not take advantage of, but will use later. Plus coupons for bogos. Highly recommend this place.

Went there today around 2:30. The reception door was open to the back. We could hear lots of laughter and loud talking (glad they have happy employees) Myself and another gentleman stood there waiting, and waiting, and waiting. The gentleman said to me; they know we're here look at the cameras. Just when I was about to leave someone finally remembered they are a business and maybe had a customer. First time customer. I had an experience with David 4 days ago. He took his time to explain to me the difference between the products and strains. Great customer service. However, the product... not a fan. I had to come back and edit this because I just honestly don’t like this flower. I wanted to try something different and I’m stuck with product that has no potency, a weird smell, and basically looks super plain and dull. One of the packages is super difficult to open. I couldn’t even get through the pre-roll because the taste of it is terrible. ABSOLUTELY NO POTENCY. 100% Dissatisfied. You guys are aesthetically great and have decent deals, but the product is TERRIBLE. There are literally no words to describe it. I don’t have a choice but to keep it because I don’t plan on ever spending money here again.. Even with the new customer discount, this was a complete waste of money/time. I’ll stick to being a Truliever.

Second negative review I have ever given in my life 🙁 I am so beyond disappointed with their product I just can’t let it go. Here is my experience: My first order with Fluent included a discount, so I visited their website and browsed a little before deciding on small variety of flower. The order consisted of: Subra per-rolls, Atlas whole flower, and Baldor whole flower. Placed my order and scheduled an express pickup with an hour long window, but waited for the “your order is ready” text before heading there (which was about half hour into my scheduled pickup time, nbd). Walked into the store and was welcomed by friendly staff, waited for only about 5 minutes in the waiting room before they called my name and led me into the next room. Warm greetings and smiles from staff, even customers were sociable and friendly. I cashed out at the counter and was handed my paper bag filled with goodies and made my way back home. Once home, I opened up the goodies and that’s where my experience took a 180*. First lid I popped open was for the pre-rolls, nothing out of the ordinary when first observing except for the complete lack of aroma. Next I opened up the jar of Atlas; twisted the lid, peeled back the seal and took a peek. I held the jar up to my nose and took and deep breath in, and then another, until I finally picked up the slightest aroma. I grabbed the jar of Baldor “whole flower” and gave the lid a twist, this one did not have a safety seal and much to my dismay was not “whole flower”, I grabbed the tiniest nug covered in leaves and called out to my husband to come look at this jar of disappointment, then told him to grab his phone and take pictures. The jar contained little bits the size of my pinky nail and covered with untrimmed leaves. At this point, I was unsure if I would be willing to give them another chance and take advantage of the second purchase discount. Fast forward an hour; I pull out a pre-roll and light it up...”what the...” was my Immediate reaction, took one more drag thinking maybe this god-awful taste could just be from the paper, where was that unique green flavor? Still trying to justify their product I thought: it just has to be the paper, I won’t smoke that so I’ll just re-roll with a different paper. I broke up that pre-roll, AND the other two and rolled into rice paper and lit it up...OMG what am I inhaling?! It was the harshest, most awful tasting flower that I have ever tasted (I’ve tried a variety of flower and never had this experience). Only being able to take two drags off that joint I quickly put it out and grabbed one of the jars, I poured out the tidbits of the Baldor, did a quick grind and loaded up another rice paper...SAME EXACT outcome, it tasted like I was smoking pipe resin; that awfully bitter, harsh hit you take out of a dirty bowl, never had this experience with green. When smoke hit the tip of my tongue it would feel tingly/numb!! What?! I immediately snuff that joint and put it aside. Screw the joint that I was looking forward to, Last attempt: grabbed the jar of Atlas, grabbed my Mighty vape and packed the chamber and further lowered my expectations. I turned on the cleanest, smoothest hitting vape I have ever owned, I inhaled and gagged. Harsh, horrible taste. What the heck was that?! I’m no connoisseur but I am familiar enough to know that was wack. Worst flower I’ve ever tasted. I can’t even finish it.

I decided to change my review to 5 stars after my experience with the manager sean today. There was an issue with my cartridge and he resolved it quickly on my lunch break from work. The prices on oils and cartridges are high, but their black cartridges are very very high quality and are nice to refill with a syringe when empty. And customer service is great.

When my usual dispensary was largely out of flower, I gave Fluent a try at the Fort Myers location. I'm glad I did! This is a very efficient operation, even for first-time visitors, with excellent product and helpful staff. They're also very generous with their first- and second-time new customer purchase specials. It all adds up to good reason for giving Fluent a try -- highly recommended.

Today was my first time visiting Fluent. Sulton was very helpful, and the rest of the staff were friendly. It’s greatly appreciated, especially since I was just approved last week. So, this is all new to me. I hope that they will eventually accept VISA. They only accepted cash and/or MasterCard only. I had to use the on-site ATM and pay an additional $2.50 ATM fee.

Not expecting to be very impressed, but I thought "give it a chance" I can easily say without hesitation that Fluent is now one of my favorite dispensaries!! They were limited on the choices of flower they had the time I went, but was told by an employee that they will be getting plenty of flower in soon. They have at least 6 or 7 different strains that will be on the shelf and ready to sell very soon. I went to the new location in the Cape and I can't say enough good things about how nice the staff were, the place is very clean and they take pride in their branding. They made sure that their packaging would stand out from the rest which makes a difference from a word of mouth point of view. Someone who has never been to Fluent or has never heard of them before would probably run across their product and or packaging and immediately be intrigued to go check the place out. The best part for me personally is that they have opened up a shop 5 mins from my house in the North Cape. Not many people know about that location yet, but when they do, they will be a very successful store! Easily one of this area's best dispensaries.     During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

    I started going here after getting medical card not long ago. I'll start by saying that the staff at this location are incredible - every single one of them I've dealt with so far. I appreciate their kindness and input!When I first came here, over a period of several weeks, the quality of the products was just as one would expect. High % strains smelled great and worked great.Fast forward to about 2 weeks ago. Suddenly, every flower, and I mean EVERY flower they offer has an extremely off-putting smell. Even things that were 30%+ before that I've had no issues with, suddenly completely changed in smell, taste and quality. Kept going back, buying several different strains just to keep running into this problem. And I mean, extremely off-putting.(Revolting, abhorrent - come to mind.) One strain I had loved before, now I don't even want to try it because my senses are telling me it's not good.I have since stopped going. I'm not sure if I will return. It makes zero sense that a strain that was perfectly fine before can go amazingly bad just days later. (This isn't specific to a single strain, either. Multiples.) A little suspect, to me./endrant.

    First time customer. I had an experience with David 4 days ago. He took his time to explain to me the difference between the products and strains. Great customer service. However, the product... not a fan. I had to come back and edit this because I just honestly don’t like this flower. I wanted to try something different and I’m stuck with product that has no potency, a weird smell, and basically looks super plain and dull. One of the packages is super difficult to open. I couldn’t even get through the pre-roll because the taste of it is terrible. ABSOLUTELY NO POTENCY. 100% Dissatisfied. You guys are aesthetically great and have decent deals, but the product is TERRIBLE. There are literally no words to describe it. I don’t have a choice but to keep it because I don’t plan on ever spending money here again.. Even with the new customer discount, this was a complete waste of money/time.     Second negative review I have ever given in my life 🙁 I am so beyond disappointed with their product I just can’t let it go. Here is my experience: My first order with Fluent included a discount, so I visited their website and browsed a little before deciding on small variety of flower. The order consisted of: Subra per-rolls, Atlas whole flower, and Baldor whole flower. Placed my order and scheduled an express pickup with an hour long window, but waited for the “your order is ready” text before heading there (which was about half hour into my scheduled pickup time, nbd). Walked into the store and was welcomed by friendly staff, waited for only about 5 minutes in the waiting room before they called my name and led me into the next room. Warm greetings and smiles from staff, even customers were sociable and friendly. I cashed out at the counter and was handed my paper bag filled with goodies and made my way back home. Once home, I opened up the goodies and that’s where my experience took a 180*. First lid I popped open was for the pre-rolls, nothing out of the ordinary when first observing except for the complete lack of aroma. Next I opened up the jar of Atlas; twisted the lid, peeled back the seal and took a peek. I held the jar up to my nose and took and deep breath in, and then another, until I finally picked up the slightest aroma. I grabbed the jar of Baldor “whole flower” and gave the lid a twist, this one did not have a safety seal and much to my dismay was not “whole flower”, I grabbed the tiniest nug covered in leaves and called out to my husband to come look at this jar of disappointment, then told him to grab his phone and take pictures. The jar contained little bits the size of my pinky nail and covered with untrimmed leaves. At this point, I was unsure if I would be willing to give them another chance and take advantage of the second purchase discount. Fast forward an hour; I pull out a pre-roll and light it up...”what the...” was my Immediate reaction, took one more drag thinking maybe this god-awful taste could just be from the paper, where was that unique green flavor? Still trying to justify their product I thought: it just has to be the paper, I won’t smoke that so I’ll just re-roll with a different paper. I broke up that pre-roll, AND the other two and rolled into rice paper and lit it up...OMG what am I inhaling?! It was the harshest, most awful tasting flower that I have ever tasted (I’ve tried a variety of flower and never had this experience). Only being able to take two drags off that joint I quickly put it out and grabbed one of the jars, I poured out the tidbits of the Baldor, did a quick grind and loaded up another rice paper...SAME EXACT outcome, it tasted like I was smoking pipe resin; that awfully bitter, harsh hit you take out of a dirty bowl, never had this experience with green. When smoke hit the tip of my tongue it would feel tingly/numb!! What?! I immediately snuff that joint and put it aside. Screw the joint that I was looking forward to, Last attempt: grabbed the jar of Atlas, grabbed my Mighty vape and packed the chamber and further lowered my expectations. I turned on the cleanest, smoothest hitting vape I have ever owned, I inhaled and gagged. Harsh, horrible taste. What the heck was that?! I’m no connoisseur but I am familiar enough to know that was wack. Worst flower I’ve ever tasted. I can’t even finish it.

    Second negative review I have ever given in my life 🙁 I am so beyond disappointed I just can’t let it go. Here is my experience: My first order with Fluent included a discount, so I visited their website and browsed a little before deciding on small variety of flower. The order consisted of: Subra per-rolls, Atlas whole flower, and Baldor whole flower. Placed my order and scheduled an express pickup with an hour long window, but waited for the “your order is ready” text before heading there (which was about half hour into my scheduled pickup time). Walked into the store and was welcomed by friendly staff, waited for about 5 minutes in the waiting room before they called my name and led me into the next room. Warm greetings and smiles from staff, even customers were sociable and friendly. I cashed out at the counter and was handed my paper bag filled with goodies and made my way back home. Once home, I opened up the goodies. First lid I popped open was for the pre-rolls, nothing out of the ordinary when first observing other than the complete lack of aroma. Next I opened up the jar of Atlas; twisted the lid, peeled back the seal and took a peek. I held the jar up to my nose and took and deep breath in, and then another, until I finally picked up the slightest aroma. Shrugged my shoulders and thought that maybe some pre-rolls are just like that, so I moved on. I grabbed the jar of Baldor “whole flower” and gave the lid a twist, this one did not have a safety seal and much to my dismay was not “whole flower”, I grabbed the tiniest nug covered in leaves and called out to my husband to come look at this pathetic jar of flower, then told him to grab his phone and take pictures. The jar contained little bits the size of my pinky nail, so poorly trimmed. So far, not a good experience. At this point, I was unsure if I would be willing to give them another chance and take advantage of the second purchase discount. Fast forward an hour; I pull out a pre-roll and light it up...”what the f...” was my Immediate response, took one more drag thinking maybe this god-awful taste could just be from the paper, there was absolutely no “green taste”, not even in the slightest. Still trying to justify their product I said, “it just has to be the paper” and thought if that’s the case I won’t smoke that so I’ll just re-roll with a different paper. I broke up that pre-roll, AND the other two and rolled into rice paper and lit it up...OMG what am I inhaling?! It was the harshest, most awful tasting flower that I have ever tasted (I’ve tried many, many different flowers and never had this experience). Only being able to take two drags off that joint I quickly put it out and grabbed one of the jars, I poured out the tidbits of the Baldor, did a quick grind and loaded up another rice paper...SAME EXACT Outcome, it tasted like I was smoking straight up resin, that awful bitter, harsh hit you take out of a dirty bowl, never had this experience with green flower. My tongue would actually feel tingly/numb while hitting!! What?! I immediately snuff that joint and put it aside. Screw the joint that I was looking forward to, and spending 45 minutes unrolling and rolling, and rolling again. Last attempt: grabbed the jar of Atlas, grabbed my Mighty vape and packed the chamber and further lowered my expectations. I turned on the cleanest, smoothest hitting vape I have ever owned, I inhaled and gagged. Harsh, horrible taste. What the heck was that?! I am very familiar with flower and am not exaggerating when I say this has to be the worst product I have ever tasted. I can’t even finish it, I don’t want the rest of what I have. Awful.

    I decided to change my review to 5 stars after my experience with the manager sean today. There was an issue with my cartridge and he resolved it quickly on my lunch break from work. The prices on oils and cartridges are high, but their black cartridges are very very high quality and are nice to refill with a syringe when empty. And customer service is great.

    The staff at Fluent are very knowledgeable. I usually use the drive up service and even then Connor K. answers all my questions regarding my medicine. I find him, as well as all the other staff there to be really caring and empathetic towards my needs. Connor has taken great care of me, making suggestions and always informing me of new products and genuinely listening to my specific needs.The products themselves are top shelf.I currently enjoy the Black line. I am grateful for all the crew at FLUENT.Thank you FLUENT!

    the black carts here are the absolute best in fl in my opinion like even better than the tikun ones. they're a little expensive i think but they're definitely worth it. staff are friendly and helpful but not overly talkative or anything which is nice. quick and professional service

    The service is good, people are cool, but the price for distillate syringes is outrageous, and their cartridges only have 450 mg of oil for 60 bucks. The prices for flower are fair and the flower i got was good. I only will go here for flower and it's the closest to my place.

    I have been to both locations, this one and the one in cape. Both are fabulous! The staff are so kind and informative! The store is clean, everyone is laid back. This is definitely my top place!

    When my usual dispensary was largely out of flower, I gave Fluent a try at the Fort Myers location. I'm glad I did! This is a very efficient operation, even for first-time visitors, with excellent product and helpful staff. They're also very generous with their first- and second-time new customer purchase specials. It all adds up to good reason for giving Fluent a try -- highly recommended.

    Today was my first time visiting Fluent. Sulton was very helpful, and the rest of the staff were friendly. It’s greatly appreciated, especially since I was just approved last week. So, this is all new to me. I hope that they will eventually accept VISA. They only accepted cash and/or MasterCard only. I had to use the on-site ATM and pay an additional $2.50 ATM fee.

    CAPE CORAL LOCATION!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I got a call from a friend telling me to check this place out. Not expecting to be very impressed, but I thought "give it a chance" I can easily say without hesitation that Fluent is now one of my favorite dispensaries!! They were limited on the choices of flower they had the time I went, but was told by an employee that they will be getting plenty of flower in soon. They have at least 6 or 7 different strains that will be on the shelf and ready to sell very soon. I went to the new location in the Cape and I can't say enough good things about how nice the staff were, the place is very clean and they take pride in their branding. They made sure that their packaging would stand out from the rest which makes a difference from a word of mouth point of view. Someone who has never been to Fluent or has never heard of them before would probably run across their product and or packaging and immediately be intrigued to go check the place out. The best part for me personally is that they have opened up a shop 5 mins from my house in the North Cape. Not many people know about that location yet, but when they do, they will be a very successful store! Easily one of this area's best dispensaries.
