If I could give zero Stars I would.. I've gotten better product and gas stations like Delta 8 got lied to as soon as I walked in the door. By a tattooed yelling man they didn't even give me the deal I was told they would stack the deal because I was the first time customer and then he literally flipped out on the lady waiting on me. Don't waste your money or time driving there go to TRULIEVE... INSA ...GREEN DRAGON.. FLOWERY or any other one but this one

I already left a review and received a call, in fact 5 of them...one right after the other as I was driving, 1:22pm, 1:23pm, 1:24pm, 1:24pm, and 1:26pm so I pulled into a parking lot to return the call since someone wanted to talk to me really really bad! It was the general manager, Julie Hayes, (I am only adding her name because the General Manager of an establishment is not private information) I again felt like I as being viewed as a child. Bottom line is I walked into an establishment with an open mind and money to spent, it was my first and last time...as Julie said to me "go back to Trulieve." I will, with much pleasure.

He went in to exchange but because it was his 1st visit yesterday and today it wasn't they wanted more money for the exchange. So now he's out money and medicine allotment. This place is a high priced joke!

I visit Fluent on occassion. I started with them. Friendly staff always and great atmosphere. The flower? At least for me it is never whole flower. Last week i purchased GMO at $60 1/8(Whew)? Bought it anyway. Really bad taste, dry and harsh. My 1/8 was mostly smalls. Very disappointed in that. And the potency seemed less than it shoud be. I also tried 3-4 of the Black cart line. Pure Mich. Super glue, bling and another. Naaaa! Hard to pull and for me just unpleasant. Now i am fussy i admit that. Still these products are not good enough for me to consider purchaseing again. Even at a lower price. It is the quality that concerns me. It is mid level at best. I will say it is my perferred place in Leesburg as the other local dispensaries are just awlful.

Personally Fluent is my GO TO dispenserary, especially at this location! The staff are ALWAYS in good spirits and makes sure I'm leaving a happy customer, even on those not so good days! Tim is definitely a personal favorite of mine! He's usually almost always dancing while I'm still looking through the menu, which keeps me from feeling rushed and he's always 100% with me about products when I have questions. The products are great, the point system is awesome and the staff are FANTASTIC! Fluent will always feel like a second home to me 🙂

"they have so many sales!!" because the sale price is the real price and the quantity doesn't even live up to that. everything is cheap from the super inconsistent flower to the grinder that got stuck after 1 use and shredded my fingers trying to fix it. lastly i don't know how anyone arrived at the conclusion that it's a good idea to use BT's in a tincture.. so gross.

The flower potency at FLEUNT is way off. Check the percentage of THC that’s what you are paying for and all that really matters. If you want to stay high for 15 minutes a pop you’ll go here. Store is clean and pretty knowledgeable, but they have what they have. That’s not at all the employees fault. People are very friendly and welcoming.

Not enough dense potent flower in my opinion! Many flower options could improve on taste. Great service, quick service, nice friendly staff.

Walked in nobody is in front of me, waited a few for someone to come to the front desk, Lisa showed up took my card and did nothing, so after a few more minutes I asked her what's going on she said putting the information in the computer, normally I hand the card to the front desk employee and within a minute I get my card back, so someone came in after me and went right in, so I said why is she first they said she did an express order, but did not have to show Lisa her card, so I started getting frustrated and said I would like to make a complaint on Lisa she told me to call the number on the card which was actually their number so I'm doing this instead, she was very rude to me and they should find another employee that's actually nice like the other employee which helped me.

My over all first impression of this place was great. The associate(Julie) I dealt with was very Pleasant, the products I purchased where Quality, and the look of the store give for a welcoming vibe. My only critique is that the prices are a little higher than some of the other dispensaries in the area. But I assure it is Quality customer service and top shelf product or at least what I purchased.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Fluent
