The staff is always so nice and helpful. I love Tamara she is one of my favorite she takes her time with me and she explains the different kind of strains so I will know what to get for my medical conditions because of her insights and knowledge I know longer take prescription medications anymore she found the right strains for me. Kadarius is amazing! He is so, so helpful, professional and friendly. He explained my rewards points and helped save me a good amount of money. I really love this location because they’re always so quick and efficient with the online orders. I never have to wait more than a few minutes. They’re always adequately staffed and everyone is very pleasant. The product is high quality and very fairly priced in my opinion.

Customer of Fluent for over a year, always treated well, served fast and given good recommendations. Best location and dispensary in town with daily deals too! Alex has been taking care of me as well as some other folks that work there.
They dispensed a highly concentrated THC product to a family member that has severe mental illness. This person laid in the bed for 3 weeks straight and couldn’t function or remember to take their own prescribed medication. To top things off, when I called around trying to locate where this was purchased, I discovered they dispensed it under the wrong patient, meaning my family member and this other person have the same name but are different people, ages, and have different illnesses. So someone there isn’t paying attention and dispensing under the wrong patient ID number. I am an advocate for cannabis use when used responsibly, but some people suffer from medical issues that worsen so it’s important to screen people and their medical record properly. Also, they need to inquire about legal guardianship statuses. The court has issued legal guardianship of this family member to their mother due to their illness and inability to care for themselves. But they walked right in and was given highly concentrated THC under the wrong patients name. Do better. Screen people properly. Ask the right questions. Double check records.
The guy locked the door in my wife's face 4 minutes before they closed. With an already ready pre online order. What is this a fast food place?
DO NOT GET 1G PRE ROLLS FROM HERE! They charge you for .07 oz per each which is equivalent to about 1.9 g. It's not like that for the .5 g and is NEVER rung up like this at any other place I've been to. I even checked My dispensed history, and Fluent is the ONLY dispensary who charges their 1g pre rolls 2x the amount given. This will prevent me from buying pre rolls from there, maybe Even all together.
Up until my last trip that I'm walking out of the store with now I was actually fond of this Fluent. But today they seem to have just run out of everything. Even the vapes supposedly after every 100 you spend. Even thoe I only spend 2 and some change again this trip.

I am new to the Florida area and have been very skeptic of the stores and I happened to find the sunburn location at the perfect time. The staff was extremely busy, but I still noticed they were very professional with each and every patient. I also noticed that Tae, Cody, Alor, and Jay made everyone feel special and new what they were talking about when they were educating people on the products I would like to let the people that frequent this location know the staff is very educated and friendly. I was given the wrong products. I told Ashley I wanted 3 orders of the prerolls of .5G which there are 3 prerolls in each. She put in my bag 3 1G prerolls. I'm not driving back, but the money was wrong and I didn't get what I ordered. I should get points or something. Doesn't make me wanna hurry back.
When licensed I first went to Trulieve. Good variety with specials and initial discounts.Then I went to FLUENT.Personally a more relaxed atmosphere with more helpful customer service. Also the discount structures are better with more choices. Bonus points accrue, all in all I think a better source.
Walked into a warm, inviting, and relaxed waiting area where I was greeted by Hannah. She explained that it would be a few moments as it was my first visit.Hannah walked me back and answered all of my questions while actively listening to me and hearing what I was saying/asking. VERY helpful associate. I will be back and I recommend others to check it out.
Everything over there is trash....They gave me hemp for my real trees. Smh. Never buy there again. This was supposed to be the expensive one 😒

editing this review again to reiterate my opinion of this location.pat was knowledgeable and made this visit.i picked up one of my usual favorites, being the miami vibes cart by moods.this is the first one i’ve ever gotten that had a pink mouthpiece. kinda loving that, if i’m honest.
I bought from here once. Most places have competitive pricing and discounts now but the quality varies. This place had the WORST flower I have ever gotten. So many stems and tasted like spinach. WORST FLOWER EVER. Yes it was a lower grade but in comparison to other distributors it was terrible. Only good thing here was with the sale they had .5 vapes for 20$ which is almost double for 5$ more. The vape was good also.
Worst experience at any dispensary and especially for fluent. The young girl that messed up my order by giving me another patients personal stickers, down to interfering with another store associate trying to resolve the issue and regain my trust in ordering here was ruined by the young girl who can’t even ring up the order w out me now understanding that me getting caught w someone else’s meds is a federal offense and had the audacity to yell at me over a t shirt and interrupt someone trying to help me is something I’ll never understand two days before Xmas. It was a real pleasure visiting Fluent. The gentleman who greeted me and set up my customer profile, unfortunately I did not catch his name, was friendly and polite. Charlie helped me with my purchase and was a delight to work with. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick out items that fit my needs. I will definitely be returning to Fluent in the future!
I believe their entire system is down today because all I needed was my prescription and we were running late to go to an attorney’s office and now I am going to go to the attorneys office and have a panic attack so I think you guys. Nobody was at the front desk. I waited for a few minutes. I tried calling there are new messages that you can leave because their voicemail is full. I don’t know what to do. I guess I’m going to go to Trulieve and ask them for a delivery. For tomorrow. All I wanted to do was ask Fluent how long they could keep my medication for so that I can get it later today after the attorneys office. But they can’t answer the phone.
today was my first visit in to fluent.with experience only at trulieve i was a little on the fence but the front desk staff (i forgot to grab his name) was very helpful and quick to get me checked in.it didn’t take too long to be seen and i was checked out by jasmine today.jasmine was on her a-game and on point with helping me navigate all the sales going on today.i picked up the gorilla cookies, durban poison and a cartridge by moods.(buds shown in pictures below respectively)it is all GAS.i’m so excited to try my new products and can’t wait to be back!
I came in over the weekend and it was so busy I considered leaving and coming back later (I have bad anxiety), but I’m glad I didn’t.The young lady working the desk, Sandra, was so helpful, so courteous, so QUICK, and she was just so sweet, she made my day.

Pretty chill place with helpful employees like Danea. They were able to help me find what I was looking for and recommended some new things for me.
You guys need to be filing reports with the Florida State Attorney General over Fluent1. Fluent falsely advertises discounts on their websites that their employees do not honor, including the early riser discount and the referral discount.2. They kept my license and never gave it back. I went and waited an additional twenty minutes to get it back3. They bait and switch you by telling you your order is ready and then letting you know that their out when you've already driven there, making you choose from lesser quality and lessee strength medicine
I absolutely love the black line of cartridges, for somebody with a higher tolerance they last forever and provide much needed relief. The staff at this location is always super friendly and kind. I recommend that everybody try fluent out!
Trying to understand why others were taken back before me? I preordered but yet 2 ppl were taken back after coming in 20-30 minutes after me. The lady that did come get me was super nice and friendly.

Very poor experience. No one is at the front counter. No one unlocked the door. Rang it multiple times and called customer service also. Will not be back. Only came here since it was close to my daughter's school. Not worth the hassle.
Products are nice, so are some of the employees. But none of them wear masks, which is concerning given how many immunocompromised people fill their prescriptions here. Curbside pickup needs to return, also, for the same reason. I'm not sure why that was ever done away with.
I've gone here for a while and today was last straw. I've been sold drops that I need for day time or night time but they sold me the opposite. My doctor found it when I took my drops in with my visit to him. I was told that some edibles are for day time and some are night time. They are a hybrid blend. Therefore are not strictly for some being day time and some night time. Because of all of this my husband goes in with me to ensure I'm not taken advantage of again. I walk in with my husband and advise the lady at the desk that I'm a walk in. While waiting 3-4 more walk ins come in. We had a longer than normal wait and when she called me, she refused my husband to enter! She said new policy that all guests have to sign in....he walked in with me and sat with me which she clearly saw. There is nothing posted to advise of this new policy nor have I received any notification by text or email that I receive from them. She told me we could sit and she would register my husband but after serving all the other people who came in after me. Yep, we walked. I use Medical Marijuana to help with my back pain. So today I wasn't able to get what I needed. We will definitely go to another company as this lady was even rude! I tried reaching out to the district manager who had given me his cell phone after the edible problem. He no longer works for them!Run from them!! I get having an issue with things but this one is the last straw.
Another dispensary that tells you your order is packed and ready but once you get there they say we didn't have a specific product. Why can't they text or email that something with the order has been changed. Sorry customer service. They can email you tons of useless information but can't tell you once you have ordered. Will not go there again. Too many other dispensaries that have good customer service and know how to communicate.

Had not been to Fluent in over two years until a couple of weeks ago. Have had several rather pleasant experiences since. I only smoke flower. I've had the Original Blueberry, Super Glue, Slapz, Pink Drip, Piraguas, Gelonade and one or two others I can't recall at the moment. None have been disappointing. Not all have been the best, but with the deals, I cannot complain at all. And literally every budtender that has served me has been super nice and didn't make my indecisive self feel rushed at all. Damien, especially. Definitely a turnaround from my very first visit when I first got into the program. (Picture is of Slapz)
I guess I'm spoiled being from California, but seriously I bought flower and got this. Pic, included the stuff was short .6 and this is how the flower looks.....The price was $55 and the storm on each small bud weigh just as much,lol! Definitely will let then know this isn't worth $55 especially when it's short!
The staff is always friendly and informative. The environment is always welcoming! I was having a rough day at work and the sales rep took the time to just listen to me, and afterwards he gave me the warmest hug ever! I will forever appreciate him for that!
Flower is pretty good quality but PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR RECEIPT, they will over charge you because the prices in the computer DO NOT match their printed menu on the counter.

Do not buy prerolls here, they are a complete waste of money. They canoe so badly you'll be losing literally half the bud. Multiple relights and surgery's later, you may have something you can work with. For the price, the whole flower is the way to go, you can roll your own.You're being charged for the convenience of the prerolls, as well as the bud that goes in it, but these prerolls are anything but quality or convenience. How can some dude on the street do it that much better? I'll be posting pics of these blunts in action.

I felt like I had to pull the answers out of her an seemed pretty preoccupied but the place was empty ..I like a more friendly environment.. I think I am switching pharmacists...

The team at Fluent on Atlantic was super informative and eager to help. The ladies that helped me had a such a great attitude. Ms. Kat was so helpful and made sure I had what I needed. Ms. Whitney greeted me with a smile, under her mask of course, got me registered right away for their reward system to make sure I would get them for this visit and future ones. What a great first experience can’t wait to come back.
Filling my script used to be such an unpleasant task. I am an elderly lady and I get so easily confused on how to use these products and which one I benefit from! Until one day this petite girl with big blue eyes took care of me. Bless her soul, she was always so pleasant and helpful. Full of knowledge and suggestions. I came home so upset and told my husband that little girl Emily was no longer there!!! Reviews isn’t something I do, however I feel that I didn’t thank Emily enough for being so amazing and kind. She truly made a difference and I am certain that I am not the only one missing her. That short hair girl did her best but her heart wasn’t in it. I honestly think I frustrated her. Emily sweetheart, I hope you are well and know that you are incredibly missed.

I just opened up my flower from this dispensary. Highly disappointed! Honestly looks like something you’d buy off the street! I was excited to go into a new location, people were nice... but the flower isn’t.
Staff is incapable of pricing product correctly on their own website and argues with patients about a pricing mistake the patient cannot control when they come to pickup their order. Also, staffers at this location did not verify or ask for my MMJ card or Driving License or any other form of legal identification. If you have a friend who has a card and you know they placed an order ready for pickup, but haven't got it yet - I'm sure you could walk in and get your friends order. They don't care who you are apparently. After a Fluent staffer mocking my condition at the San Jose location and then having to deal with the incompetence at this location, I wont' be purchasing MMJ from Fluent at all. You should really examine how you train your employees because the methods you're using now are clearly not working and your staff are some of the rudest people I've encountered at any dispensary in the state of Florida. Shame on you and all your houses! Shame!

The only reason why this place didn't get one star, is because of the excellent service, but excellent service does not excuse the horrible product that I received. I came into this store about a month ago, really wanted to give this place a chance. The medication that I bought lacked flavor, and smell. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE, I bought a battery from them aswell, and it just died a week ago, BEWARE

The best store in Jacksonville so far. Staff is helpful and nice. A lot of useful info. Very happy they came to this side of town. In & out under 10 min. The biggest + keep up the great work.
