This is the worst - I repeat the WORST dispensary I’ve ever dealt with. They double dispensed me (stole from my prescription) and then told me some story about how they had to email the state in order for me to get my prescription back; meanwhile I was left with 0 on my prescription and was in need of my medicine. Because of FLUENTs error, and then poor customer service — I was robbed of the little left on my prescription and then was not allowed to purchase and was denied my medicine. Horrible people.

For those that only know Trulieve, check out Fluent, specifically the Kendall location. It’s very slow and the employees take real time with you. It’s also more like going to a store than a prison. Ask for Anthony, he’ll take good care of you and the promos are excellent. Vets also get 15% off and promos can be stacked with other promos!

I don't shop a lot for Cannabis products, but have gotten relief after years of chronic back pain after 4 back surgeries. When I was first approved, I tried Curaleaf and then tried Trulieve. Both dispensaries were OK, but I wasn't impressed at the fact that there WERE times that items I needed were not in stock.I happened to drive by Fluent one day and decided to try this dispensary. I could never have been more pleased! The associate who helped me was a fountain of knowledge regarding blends and products. She also recommended that I try the topical cream which gives me relief for several hours.In addition to the original discount for my first purchase, I was given a card with quite a few coupons for discounts on products. I also receive almost daily text messages with different sales for the day.During COVID, they require face coverings for customers and staff. They also offer in-store pickup or drive-up pickup of orders placed on their website.I recently placed a web order for in-store pickup. I received a text message confirmation of my order and shortly afterwards, another alert that my order was picked and ready for pickup.Upon arriving, I showed my ID and was taken to the counter to pay for the order.One caveat for new patients: Under DEA/Florida laws, NONE of the dispensaries are allowed to take credit card payments. However, Fluent offers payments through a debit card AND they have an ATM inside the store for convenience.The staff is eager to please and has incredible knowledge to help patients find the right solutions for their health issues. The store is well-stocked and spotlessly clean.I highly recommend this store! The other dispensaries I've been to have parking/location problems and there's ALWAYS a wait to be assisted.

I been client of Fluent for approximately 2 years ago but I usually have to go to the one near Perrine first inconvenient to far then finally after a year of waiting they finally open Kendall store. Very convenient very near from my house plus the Customer service here is beyond and over mostly for two amazing ladies that worked there call Ivonne and Erika. Fluent is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Fluent dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Fluent in Miami does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Fluent
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Fluent
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Fluent in Miami online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE 'FLUENT'! I had the great pleasure of being attended by two wholeheartedly wonderful people, Ashley and Erica. They make you feel welcome and can even strike up interesting conversation while you wait! Ashley taught me so much about the product and even went beyond that to teach me about the science behind it all. Not only do they have great staff and product but you leave there SMARTER! Thats just good business! They both gave me genuine recommendations on what product would fit my lifestyle best and you can tell they are being honest; in a world of sales just for the sake of sales it is very refreshing to go somewhere and know that you'll be treated like family, with honesty and respect. I been client of Fluent for approximately 2 years ago but I usually have to go to the one near Perrine first inconvenient to far then finally after a year of waiting they finally open Kendall store. Very convenient very near from my house plus the Customer service here is beyond and over mostly for two amazing ladies that worked there call Ivonne and Erika. They are always smiling and very friendly. Plus they make great suggestion about products. And try to look discounts for you to save money. All that plus that the product is EXCELLENT make me come back always and I recommended highly to everybody .
