Fluent has the friendliest and most Knowledgeable staff around. Crestview dispensary Jacob and Jaime helped me so much and gave me knowledge I didn’t have before. Fort Walton Beach staff was very friendly and accommodating. Including but not limited to Brandy, Kody, Devan, and Amber made me feel welcome and helped me with product knowledge. I enjoy the concentrates and the prerolls. Thanks a bunch Fluent!!!

Fluent was my favorite place and someone said I couldn't buy anything because I was talking to my mother who has a medical card. Apparently you can't talk on the phone with other card holders. It's a shame , loved everyone that works there except for that one exceptional kid with eye make up on.

Where do I start. Management? Customer service? Giving medication out in the parking lot? I have seen so many things I would consider highly illegal. The Manager and the district manager, allow this to happen impunity. I wish I had kinder things to say. Stay away from this place and it's activities. And if you see anything illegal as I have, promptly report them to the Authorities.

Not so express pick up. The express pick up line has consistently gotten slower and slower to the point where it’s taking 20-25 minutes a customer. Now when you have 2-3 cars ahead of you that puts you in line for nearly an hour. It’s a shame when you watch 3 people park, walk inside, get their product, and then leave and only 1 car has made it through the express pick up. On top of that, watch your receipts and check your products. On more than one occasion I have received wrong product, wrong dosage of product, or been charged for items (ashtray and a lighter on separate occasions) that I did not order or receive.On a nicer note, there are staff members there that are absolutely wonderful. But there are also a few that I would prefer come back another time when someone else is there. Unfortunately with the decline of proper service and some subpar staff, it seems time to go down the street for my product.

The 1/8ths have never disappointed, potent vapes and rso, and this place stands out when it comes to customer service. I have to mention Robert because he's naturally great at being patient and positive, keeping explanations short and sweet, making me feel as comfortable as possible. Will always come back.Gotta say I love my concentrates so if I ever see it on the menu in the future, you will have checked all the boxes.

Worst experience I have ever had. Manager wouldn't honor price it reflected at online checkout. Initially accused me of making the total up stating computer won't allow the 2 discounts, but then he saw himself on the receipt the same amount I told him and STILL told me he wouldn't honor it. After I strongly expressed my dissatisfaction with the way I had been treated and the bad business for not honoring what my receipt said he offered to contact his area manager if I wanted to wait around. No thanks! All my business will be going elsewhere after this experience!

READ EDIT!Great location, great building and some of the best staff I’ve ever encountered. However, the flower missed the mark a little bit on quality. The Blue Note I got was insanely filled with seeds to where it was a task to break apart for consumption. Out of a bud the size of my thumb nail I pulled nine seeds out which is something I really don’t expect from a dispensary product. The other strains I got were decent but nothing really blew me away. I love the staff, location, etc... if the flower products can match the quality standard they’ve set for the rest of the business then I’ll become a full time exclusive customer.Edit: I dropped it down to a 2 star from a 3 star. So far I’ve found a total of 19 seeds from two separate 1/8ths, purchased the product yesterday so I’m barely into it. Appears like I’ll have to be returning to Trulieve for my flower which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. I can’t say enough about the staff and inside experience, I just wish the product was the same caliber.Edit #2: So after I wrote my review I got a call from the General Manager, Cory. He left me a voicemail and I gave him a call back to discuss the issue. Was blown away by how he handled the issue. I wasn’t really expecting anything to come out of it, but he was extremely apologetic and professional. He offered to make it right, so I visited the store yesterday and he took care of me personally. The product I received too was honestly phenomenal... I got an 1/8 of Nectar and it reminds me of one of my all time favorite strains. I’ll be back for sure and will be a regular.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Fluent
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.
