Don’t ever go to this over priced dispensary.the first time I bought they said I can buy my second time and get the 50% but they didn’t honor it today. The first timeAll the 1/8s were in specialAnd they told me me next time you can use it. That was January 13 , and the manager ( big fat tool guy with a beard , that provided me with the information , that since June 1st they don’t do it no more) meanwhile the agent on the phone doesn’t know what is he taking about and now I am waiting for the regional manager to call. Do not go to this dispensary , over priced . Truelive and others are better than that dispensary. That’s why theirs no one there . I hope it goes under for not giving the rite information to costumers .

The most ridiculous establishment in lacking basic technology in this day age. It’s 2023. There was a gentleman that helped me who was quite nice. So no complaints there.My reasoning for the negative review is because upon entering there are QR codes posted everywhere asking you to scan your phone, then a wait before you have a task of setting up your online account, then you go in and they show you a huge iPad to select product from, then they pull up a card reader with a huge Apple Pay symbol on it just to say they don’t accept Apple Pay just cash or debit. Then when I inquire on why they don’t accept Apple pay they claim to be “old school”. As he holds the card reader with the Apple Pay symbol and the giant iPad screen in front of me.

If you have a problem with anyone at this dispensary, they sabotage your stuff. I bought a jar, made 2 joints that wouldn't even light. Took it back, he spent 10 mins in the back. I knew it was messed with.....it taste like pure garbage. If you complain about anything, they will all join together and give you garbage!

And it only figures because there are NO tamper resistant packages there. Anyone can just open the bottle and close it back and No one would ever know!

In general fluent is slipping. The flower isn’t cured properly, all tiers. I can smell the fresh cut grass from the parking lot. The service over the phone when you call, disgusting. No support from the call center to bridge the gap to the store. Every one is rude and disconnects the call after you ask a question they were not trained to answer with confidence. No one has yet to properly explain the product lines offered by fluent. How they are made, and processed. Renee must be the only call center manager because he is terrible at discussing patient concerns. He is terrible at giving respect and acknowledging patients when he lacks information. I hope no one ever encounters that type of disrespect when taking care of their health. I’ve tried to let fluent fix it. But I’m just fed up with the quality of service and products. NO CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS AVAILABLE FOR ALL PRODUCTS. IT IS FLORIDA LAW. THEY LIE TO THEIR PATIENTS. YOU HAVE HALF YOUR STAFF SAYING YOU TEST ALL PRODUCTS. THE OTHER HALF SAYS YOU DO NOT TEST ALL PRODUCT LINES. NO TRUST CAN BE BUILT LIKE THIS. As a consumer, I believe it’s only fair that I share my entire experience with fluent. So no one else has to deal with the lack of concern provided by the company overall.

I went their when it was first know as Knox and it was awful. The lady didn’t even know wheat volts the battery they gave me was. I proceeded to purchase 2 carts at that time and one ended up being defected. When I brought I back, rather than exchanging like every other dispensary would do they twisted the cap a bit burnt a quarter the oil to make sure it was “properly burning” and gave me the nearly empty cart back. I then returned when the name was changed to fluent thinking maybe they bettered the place. They refused to give me the second time patient discount even though it was my second time. After arguing they finally agreed but said if I use it I won’t be able to use my third time patient discount. Knowing I wouldn’t return due to the poor service I accepted it. In that order I asked for the $5 pre roll to reach the $200 limit. Instead they gave me a $5 pack of poor quality papers. All their products are extremely over priced and they are clearly in this for the money and not to help patients. Do yourself a favor and take the extra drive to any other dispensary. You’ll end up more satisfied and spending less money.

It's modern, clean and simple and it makes the atmosphere very relaxing.I haven't had any issues with any of their staff so far, their receptionist all the way to the sellers are extremely friendly and are always asking you about your experience with the products. Although I pre order online to avoid having to have a long conversation (introvert.)I like their reward program ( make sure to ask once if it's your first time there since they do not really promote it and I lost all the rewards from my first purchase) and their online ordering or express pick up.They rarely carry flower and when they do it runs out pretty quickly but I believe that's with every single dispensary out there, their flower is alright abs it runs you for $50 per 3.5gram or 1/8. I have tried their indica strain Odra, hybrid and Sativa Subra, their buds are well trimmed and look pretty fresh. As far as their pre rolls I haven't like them so far, both flower and pre rolls thc content vary all the time even if you get the same strain so keep an eye out.They concentrates are to die for though and vapes work great. He took super care of me and resolved the issue(s) to my total satisfaction. I have great knowledge of medical cannabis. My doctor doesn't prescribe for me. I tell him what I want. I am speechless at the quality of not just the Polaris Flower (which helped me with a major back pain and problem that I was crying almost hysterical from the pain) but at the amazing attention and care from Mr. Lawrence and the entire staff at Fluent in North Miami. I was traveling in Miami and stopped at Knox because they were open at 10 am on a Sunday morning. Placed my order online beforehand and found the website was easy to use and navigate. Received text messages from the Jane system updating me on my order status. Walked in at 10 am and I was the only patient there and was greeted pleasantly. The store itself is clean, bright, and welcoming. Tim who assisted me was very friendly, informative, and thorough. The entire visit was less than 10 minutes. Fluent is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Fluent dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Fluent in Miami does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Fluent
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Fluent
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Fluent in Miami online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Don’t ever go to this over priced dispensary.the first time I bought they said I can buy my second time and get the 50% but they didn’t honor it today. That was January 13 , and the manager ( big fat tool guy with a beard , that provided me with the information , that since June 1st they don’t do it no more) meanwhile the agent on the phone doesn’t know what is he taking about and now I am waiting for the regional manager to call. The most ridiculous establishment in lacking basic technology in this day age. It’s 2023. There was a gentleman that helped me who was quite nice. So no complaints there.My reasoning for the negative review is because upon entering there are QR codes posted everywhere asking you to scan your phone, then a wait before you have a task of setting up your online account, then you go in and they show you a huge iPad to select product from, then they pull up a card reader with a huge Apple Pay symbol on it just to say they don’t accept Apple Pay just cash or debit. Then when I inquire on why they don’t accept Apple pay they claim to be “old school”. As he holds the card reader with the Apple Pay symbol and the giant iPad screen in front of me.

In general fluent is slipping. The flower isn’t cured properly, all tiers. I can smell the fresh cut grass from the parking lot. The service over the phone when you call, disgusting. No support from the call center to bridge the gap to the store. Every one is rude and disconnects the call after you ask a question they were not trained to answer with confidence. No one has yet to properly explain the product lines offered by fluent. How they are made, and processed. Renee must be the only call center manager because he is terrible at discussing patient concerns. He is terrible at giving respect and acknowledging patients when he lacks information. I hope no one ever encounters that type of disrespect when taking care of their health. I’ve tried to let fluent fix it. But I’m just fed up with the quality of service and products. NO CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS AVAILABLE FOR ALL PRODUCTS. IT IS FLORIDA LAW. THEY LIE TO THEIR PATIENTS. YOU HAVE HALF YOUR STAFF SAYING YOU TEST ALL PRODUCTS. THE OTHER HALF SAYS YOU DO NOT TEST ALL PRODUCT LINES. NO TRUST CAN BE BUILT LIKE THIS. As a consumer, I believe it’s only fair that I share my entire experience with fluent. I went their when it was first know as Knox and it was awful. The lady didn’t even know wheat volts the battery they gave me was. I proceeded to purchase 2 carts at that time and one ended up being defected. When I brought I back, rather than exchanging like every other dispensary would do they twisted the cap a bit burnt a quarter the oil to make sure it was “properly burning” and gave me the nearly empty cart back. I then returned when the name was changed to fluent thinking maybe they bettered the place. They refused to give me the second time patient discount even though it was my second time. After arguing they finally agreed but said if I use it I won’t be able to use my third time patient discount. Knowing I wouldn’t return due to the poor service I accepted it. In that order I asked for the $5 pre roll to reach the $200 limit. Instead they gave me a $5 pack of poor quality papers. All their products are extremely over priced and they are clearly in this for the money and not to help patients. Do yourself a favor and take the extra drive to any other dispensary. You’ll end up more satisfied and spending less money.

Fluent (previously named Knox) is one of my top dispensaries in south florida, I have this one located five minutes away from my job so is extremely convenient.Their location is not the best and I am aware there's a couple of requirements is for them to be at a certain distance from specific businesses or residential areas but even know it hard to leave their establishment during peak hours the inside of the location is totally worth it. It's modern, clean and simple and it makes the atmosphere very relaxing.I haven't had any issues with any of their staff so far, their receptionist all the way to the sellers are extremely friendly and are always asking you about your experience with the products. Although I pre order online to avoid having to have a long conversation (introvert.)I like their reward program ( make sure to ask once if it's your first time there since they do not really promote it and I lost all the rewards from my first purchase) and their online ordering or express pick up.They rarely carry flower and when they do it runs out pretty quickly but I believe that's with every single dispensary out there, their flower is alright abs it runs you for $50 per 3.5gram or 1/8. I have tried their indica strain Odra, hybrid and Sativa Subra, their buds are well trimmed and look pretty fresh. As far as their pre rolls I haven't like them so far, both flower and pre rolls thc content vary all the time even if you get the same strain so keep an eye out.They concentrates are to die for though and vapes work great. Two thumbs up for this company although they do run on the expensive side.

My husband is a new medical marijuana patient. We have been to this location a few times. There is SO much to learn and each visit has been very informative. The staff is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, especially Richard. The products have really helped my husband manage his back pain.

I have been purchasing tinctures from first Knox, now Fluent for years. I had a problem recently so I took a trip to NMB. I spoke directly with the General Manger, Lawrence. He took super care of me and resolved the issue(s) to my total satisfaction. I have great knowledge of medical cannabis. My doctor doesn't prescribe for me. I tell him what I want. Fluent is the only dispensary in Florida that has anything close to exactly what I want in tinctures. Excellent products.

WOW!! I am speechless at the quality of not just the Polaris Flower (which helped me with a major back pain and problem that I was crying almost hysterical from the pain) but at the amazing attention and care from Mr. Lawrence and the entire staff at Fluent in North Miami. They definitely care A LOT and it shows ❤️🥰. Thank you to everyone with all my heart ❤️!!. The flower is truly a miracle!! I went from not being able to move my right arm fully and painfully walking (which I needed assistance to do) to almost a rather faint pain which has become bearable and now I can even walk on my own!!! Miracles are right here on earth, this amazing plant took away just about all the pain. I just can’t believe I can walk in literally under 30 minutes!!!! I can barely feel the pain ❤️ Thank you!!!

I was traveling in Miami and stopped at Knox because they were open at 10 am on a Sunday morning. Placed my order online beforehand and found the website was easy to use and navigate. Received text messages from the Jane system updating me on my order status. Walked in at 10 am and I was the only patient there and was greeted pleasantly. The store itself is clean, bright, and welcoming. Tim who assisted me was very friendly, informative, and thorough. The entire visit was less than 10 minutes. Looking forward to trying their products and I hope they are as satisfying as my store visit was.
