The medtender Gianni W Apparently did not want to work today, because he was kind of rude. He couldn’t give me a… recommendation. He just handed the menu to me but could not help me to find the right flower for me. It felt more like a recreational store instead of a medical facility. There was no consult about the condition that I wanted to treat. And the menu is not very specific. For hybrids says just hybrid. It does not specify if it is a hybrid sativa, hybrid indica or hybrid balanced. I had to ask the medtender everytime what type of hybrid it was and I felt like every time I asked him I was annoying him. I really like the flower from you guys but please go that extra mile for your patients.read more

Ive been to this location about 18 times. Im a vet so I use the medicine. And I always make purchases ove $300. Each… time ive come my experience has been pleasant. Today I go and had to TOLERATE Bridgette and the two other males who were cold, unwelcoming. All three of these individuals were cold and unwelcoming and I detected BIAS. This is sad to see considering I spend a lot here. But these three slowpokes are RACIST and its plain to see, feel and experience. RACISM WILL HURT YOUR BUSINESS.I would NEVER hire any of these types. Their customer service etiquette sucks and I believe these individuals are liabilities amd not assets to this company. Ok so herd of fluent saw they prices the whole flower 35 to 40$ is ok for a eighth, what i have a major problem with… is the concentrate! Never been to fluent due to prices, well tried to go to trulieve yesterday , when i went they were packed! So I decided hey lets try fluent for the first time! As soon as i walked inTo fluent i was the only one there! Thought it was strange being a first time buyer they offered 50 percent off i was like ok cool, so i got a quarter of flower subra it was decent, when i got they concentrate they guy swore they had the best stuff because they want 60$ half a gram when truelieve sells grams for 60$, he said his stuff was 90 percent, well when i got home and opened the package the label said 55.5 percent thc at that moment i was angry! Tried it and was not happy, told cashier that they prices are crazy and i will never ever go to fluent ever again! They remind me of harvest! #1 trulieve #2 rise #3 curaleaf are my fav top 3! Then columbia care then harvest then fluent! Sorry but not sorry fluent yall are and over priced lie! Concentrate not even thick! Its cut like when you get a fake cart on the streets! I like Surterra better than Fluent. Fluent is always out of the capsules. I was told by the checkout person that one… lady came in and bought all 20 bottles they received at one time. That shouldn’t be allowed! There are other people needing them and they don’t even last that long to hoard them like that. I’m looking for an alternative product somewhere else.read more

This was the very. First dispensary I ever visited and I’ve they have the best of everything to carts amazing flower,… and there oils are super good and strong! I can’t say enough about knox the people who work there Chris and Gerin are absolutely amazing sooo very compassionate and even when I’m having the crappiest day they always pull a smile out of me! They have a tasty selection, however, it is a little pricey. The reason for the bad review is the staff. The lady at… the desk was nice and polite, however some guy behind her was glaring at my friends in the car and being nosy as they rearranged for our trip home. I was honestly shocked at the budtender, though! I was there with my friend who is also a medical patient and was in a lot of pain. She made a comment about their expensive and slim selection and said that she preferred other dispensaries. The budtender proceeded to tell her she was wrong and argued with her while we were attempting to make a selection. I understand brand loyalty but, as a manager, I also understand that you should really just let some things go. Maybe he was having a bad day… And he said that she should NOT have a good day when she left after being told she was wrong about something that is relative to a person’s opinion. The budtender was nice to me and apologized, but it was still awkward. I will try other Fluent dispensaries and hope this one adds a little more hospitality and patience.read more

1st visit today my vape pen does not work. Told to depress the button 5 times . I fixed it myself and it works way too… good now. I may never go there again . Sold me a Lyra Cartridge and offered a free battery and a newbie discount. The most harsh weed condensed whatever . Nebraska Ditch weed has more of a kick. Sorry I’d rather have some plain old Colombian or Panama Red even some rustic or Mexican. Loved it all. This stuff is junk cars compared to Brand New. 90 percent of what , a percent of a percent?? FLUENT is in a class all their own and I’ve been to Colorado.. now no place can compete with Colorado’s pricing but… FLUENT’s products are as good or better than the best Colorado has to offer. Then there is the actual business processes. FLUENT is excellent in this regard. The staff is expedient, helpful, and knowledgeable.
