I've had my card for almost 3yrs but have only started shopping at Fluent recently. Very good products and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I really like how they use my customer history to recommend products I usually get and new ones that I may like. The daily sales specials and customer loyalty rewards make for great savings. I'm glad they now carry concentrate in Sugar form and I like their gummies the most out of all the dispensaries I go to. It's been a pleasure to shop here.

Fluent is hands down the very best dispensary in Tallahassee. They consistently offer exceptional products, and customer service. I've never had to wait for very long, and when I'm served, it's always by a knowledgeable, compassionate associate. The last few times I've been in, I was helped by Kayla, who is delightful! I got my license about 2yrs ago. I had gone to multiple distilleries and each time left frustrated. Whether it was me waiting over 30 mins to pickup an order, or the HUGE lack of customer service. Then one of my sister's told me about Fluent. Since then, thats the only place I go. Prices are competitive but also reasonable. Their selection is vast and they always have some type of deal going on in their store. For me it's the customer service and professionalism that stands out the most! When I pickup my order from fluent rarely am I ever waiting for very long to be seen. I actually spend more time talking with the staff (Katie, Brandon, Jamal and others) then I do conducting my business there. The staff is knowledgeable/friendly and always willing to help in anyway they can. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Fluent. 100% recommend!

Worst dispensary in town! Asked for Peach Crescendo witch was supposed to be 24% thc at $28 an eighth. They gave me an eighth of supposed peach crescendo extra small buds they call it, which says is $32 and only 19% thc , a big difference! How the F you gonna charge more for smaller buds with less thc??? Thats bass akwards!!

When was the last time you went to your pharmacist and they told you they are completely out of stock of your medication and they have no idea when they will be back in stock? This dispensary is just a front for drug dealing marijuana. There is zero patient care or concern. This company is just a legal weed drug dealer with no mind for patient treatment. It's an embarrassment for so-called compassionate care. Also what is the point of placing a pickup order if you still have to wait in line in person or outside?

I am using quotations because the whole medical approach to cannabis is non existent to this store. They are no different than your old high school pot dealer. Sad and disturbing.

I placed an online order from this place back when they were called Knox. When I checked in at the front desk, nobody asked me if I had an online order so I figured they could easily tell that I had one by looking at my name in their system. Once I was let into the back dispensary area the employee (I think it was the owner) proceeds to berate me about not letting them know previously that I had an online order when I was never asked. I was already shilling out a lot of money for their product so I was floored that I was treated that way. I’ve never gone back, the carts taste bad and literally every other dispensary in town has better ones

Today I went to fluent cannabis dispensary bought 2/8 and both of them or one and a half grams sure what made me so spacious is when I twist the cap off the pieces of paper we’re stuck inside of the lid that is not normal you have to literally peel the lids off somebody in this particular location is still in marijuana I have already left a message with the company if I do not hear something from this then I’m gonna do something about it

So I left this review on Yelp as well but no one from the company responded: The staff is super friendly and helpful and the tincture I got is great, but the carts are so bad! The oil leaks through the filter and blocks the airway. It eventually just sits at the top of the pen and gets everywhere. I have had this problem twice now and their carts are $60 each which is already a ridiculously higher price point than higher quality dispensaries around town. Not worth the money for the cartridges, but the other products I’ve tried have been fine.

Started to give two stars but that would just be to nice. Went to this store for the first time yesterday and the staff was very much in a hurry with no customers but me, i wasnt given any information on thc, marijuana, using my perscription, ect. I was given about 50 small buds for an eighth and the eighth weighed 3.3 grams. Very disappointing and will not be returning, even for my 50% off they can keep it. Dont go here if you care to be taken care of by knowledgeable people.

Worst dispensary I’ve been to yet! Their carts leaked and became rusted looking. They got newer ones and they aren’t good either although the hardware itself is more functional. Cam told me to return my carts that were defective and they would exchange them. I brought in clearly leaking carts. Peter was on staff and said he would call Cam. I could hear him talking through the door. It seems Cam told him to honor what he had told me previously but Peter pushed until he changed his mind. Peter came out and offered me the first, second, and third patient discount “again” he said. I never got them to begin with! I’m upset Cam didn’t follow through on what he told me. He came out to my car in the parking lot and told me to return the carts when able! When I did I was denied proper service. I do not recommend this dispensary due to their lack of customer service and the poor quality of the cartridges!

Went to Fluent for my third visit today. I got flower on my second visit and was very disappointed with the quality. Today I went in and there was a newer lady working that I had not seen before. She was not knowledgeable and informed me when asking about products that she didnt "use that stuff". I explained to her I wanted the oral concentrate in the syringe. When I walked out to my car she has given me vape cartridges. I went back in and let them know I didnt receive what I told her I wanted to get. She explained how rotten the timing was and that next time I should be more specific. I said I was very specific and that she was clearly just not listening. She continued to express what an inconvenience I had caused her. I won't be back. Poor quality flower and even poorer customer service with workers who have no knowledge on what they are selling. Don't waste your time. Try MUV or Vidacann or Liberty or Harvest but avoid this place.

So while sitting in the lobby for my first visit in the store. And the younger shorter employee with a scruffy beard is bad mouthing the manager of the store saying he needs to higher better employees, I think he's right by the sound of himself. I then hear him complaining about one employee taking his time to answer all of his customers questions. He says and I quote "I get them in and out as fast as I can don't care if they have questions".It was a huge turn off at this store. I've heard nothing but bad things about this place. But I thought I'd give them a shot anyways. This employee made it a bad timing for my first visit.

I was contacted a few months ago about rebranding from knox and my next order would be half off. I tried to place an order today and was told it only applied to the first 200 I spend. Fluent does have good products. Their main downfall is keeping consistent whole flower in stock. When ask support about these issues I was told , "We have 16 other locations throughout the state". This tells me Fluent does not care too much about tallahassee florida(the Capital) where laws governing the state are birthed here and passed. This is really unprofessional in the medicinal world. My recommendation is to treat fluent like they treat you meaning dont put your eggs in that basket.

They're undoubtedly one of the more expensive dispensaries in Tally, and the return simply isn't worth the extra expense unless they have a particular strain you're looking for.

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
Fluent is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Fluent grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Fluent
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Constantly out of stock. When was the last time you went to your pharmacist and they told you they are completely out of stock of your medication and they have no idea when they will be back in stock? This dispensary is just a front for drug dealing marijuana. There is zero patient care or concern. This company is just a legal weed drug dealer with no mind for patient treatment. It's an embarrassment for so-called compassionate care. Also what is the point of placing a pickup order if you still have to wait in line in person or outside?

This is the worst "medical" marijuana store in Tallahassee. Product availability is always based on nothing and you will have to wait weeks to purchase whatever has been "prescribed" to you. I am using quotations because the whole medical approach to cannabis is non existent to this store. They are no different than your old high school pot dealer. Sad and disturbing.

I placed an online order from this place back when they were called Knox. When I checked in at the front desk, nobody asked me if I had an online order so I figured they could easily tell that I had one by looking at my name in their system. Once I was let into the back dispensary area the employee (I think it was the owner) proceeds to berate me about not letting them know previously that I had an online order when I was never asked. I was already shilling out a lot of money for their product so I was floored that I was treated that way. I’ve never gone back, the carts taste bad and literally every other dispensary in town has better ones

Today I went to fluent cannabis dispensary bought 2/8 and both of them or one and a half grams sure what made me so spacious is when I twist the cap off the pieces of paper we’re stuck inside of the lid that is not normal you have to literally peel the lids off somebody in this particular location is still in marijuana I have already left a message with the company if I do not hear something from this then I’m gonna do something about it

So I left this review on Yelp as well but no one from the company responded: The staff is super friendly and helpful and the tincture I got is great, but the carts are so bad! The oil leaks through the filter and blocks the airway. It eventually just sits at the top of the pen and gets everywhere. I have had this problem twice now and their carts are $60 each which is already a ridiculously higher price point than higher quality dispensaries around town. Not worth the money for the cartridges, but the other products I’ve tried have been fine.

Started to give two stars but that would just be to nice. Went to this store for the first time yesterday and the staff was very much in a hurry with no customers but me, i wasnt given any information on thc, marijuana, using my perscription, ect. I was given about 50 small buds for an eighth and the eighth weighed 3.3 grams. Very disappointing and will not be returning, even for my 50% off they can keep it. Dont go here if you care to be taken care of by knowledgeable people.

Worst dispensary I’ve been to yet! Their carts leaked and became rusted looking. They got newer ones and they aren’t good either although the hardware itself is more functional. Cam told me to return my carts that were defective and they would exchange them. I brought in clearly leaking carts. Peter was on staff and said he would call Cam. I could hear him talking through the door. It seems Cam told him to honor what he had told me previously but Peter pushed until he changed his mind. Peter came out and offered me the first, second, and third patient discount “again” he said. I never got them to begin with! I’m upset Cam didn’t follow through on what he told me. He came out to my car in the parking lot and told me to return the carts when able! When I did I was denied proper service. I do not recommend this dispensary due to their lack of customer service and the poor quality of the cartridges!

Went to Fluent for my third visit today. I got flower on my second visit and was very disappointed with the quality. Today I went in and there was a newer lady working that I had not seen before. She was not knowledgeable and informed me when asking about products that she didnt "use that stuff". I explained to her I wanted the oral concentrate in the syringe. When I walked out to my car she has given me vape cartridges. I went back in and let them know I didnt receive what I told her I wanted to get. She explained how rotten the timing was and that next time I should be more specific. I said I was very specific and that she was clearly just not listening. She continued to express what an inconvenience I had caused her. I won't be back. Poor quality flower and even poorer customer service with workers who have no knowledge on what they are selling. Don't waste your time. Try MUV or Vidacann or Liberty or Harvest but avoid this place.

So while sitting in the lobby for my first visit in the store. And the younger shorter employee with a scruffy beard is bad mouthing the manager of the store saying he needs to higher better employees, I think he's right by the sound of himself. I then hear him complaining about one employee taking his time to answer all of his customers questions. He says and I quote "I get them in and out as fast as I can don't care if they have questions".It was a huge turn off at this store. I've heard nothing but bad things about this place. But I thought I'd give them a shot anyways. This employee made it a bad timing for my first visit.

I was contacted a few months ago about rebranding from knox and my next order would be half off. I tried to place an order today and was told it only applied to the first 200 I spend. I should have been told that originally not lead to believe otherwise. I canceled my order and will be going to my regular dispensary.

Fluent does have good products. Their main downfall is keeping consistent whole flower in stock. When ask support about these issues I was told , "We have 16 other locations throughout the state". This tells me Fluent does not care too much about tallahassee florida(the Capital) where laws governing the state are birthed here and passed. This is really unprofessional in the medicinal world. My recommendation is to treat fluent like they treat you meaning dont put your eggs in that basket.

I hate to leave a 3-star rating like this, especially when their service is top notch. The problem lies with their pricing. They're undoubtedly one of the more expensive dispensaries in Tally, and the return simply isn't worth the extra expense unless they have a particular strain you're looking for.
