And he has SO much anecdotal experience with the niche questions I had for him! Amazing recommendations and even consulted his manager about a strain that I originally came for but then chose to pass up on! Ended up getting it after he quickly talked to him and heard good things. These people care and I freak with them heavy!

To the GM of this store.. There’s a settle expression that you should know. “Being honest won’t get you many friends, but it always gets you the right ones “ .. you are a terrible store manager. You’re very confrontational. The corporate person told me that you were able to do a lot more, but you were butt hurt that I called corporate of product that I got that was empty in the containers. All the employees just about complaining about how their hours are cut they make no money, etc.I loved the look on your face when I said, I am the one that called corporate lol any chance I have to complain about you I will .keep that in mind….Have a good day,John C

I’ve used other Trulieve locations and they were great, but this location had the longest wait I have had at a dispensary. I had a pickup order and still waiting 45 minutes and there was only 4 people in front of me. How does it take that long for 5 people? May have to find a new dispensary all together. Customers that have made online orders should not have to wait that long. Apparently they don’t care about their clients. AYR always has shorter waits. I’ll just stick with them from now on.

The workers are very professional and frendly the problem is there's not enough of them... they don't have the employees to work the drive through and there's usually only 1 worker dispensing so the waite time is extremely long... 1 person in front of me on a pick up order sat there for 20 minutes to take 2 minutes to dispense... not worth the time to go there

Nearly all of the employees have quit. Children sitting in the waiting room unattended. The guy in the front is forced to be a baby sitter. Last few times I came, there was only one employee dispensing. It’s so bad, the regional manager is now dispensing. Pickups are going before every walk in. This was the best location in my opinion. I haven’t been to the others lately but am surely going to drive out of my way to find better service. 30-45 min wait every single time now. I hope they can get it together. Guess I’ll have to try some of the other dispensaries in the area. Very disappointed every time I go there.

Not even worthy of 1 star. Took these guys a few months to ruin such a nice location. Has drive thru that is hardly ever open, even tho they allow you to check in with drive thru option. Then don't even give you an express option inside. Try to tell you you have to wait 45 min for an online order that is already filled. Please fix your stupidity and stop inconveniencing your customers that don't have 45 min to sit in a lobby behind people that don't take the steps for express checkout and pick up. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of ordering online and trying to pick a location that is designed for express experience.

Dallas was extremely helpful and quite knowledgeable. He informed me of the current sales and helped me identify products with my desired terpenes. The entire front of house staff at this store is top tier. Likely because the people working in the back are doing their jobs well. Definitely one of the better Trulieve stores in the area. Well let's say I probably been every trulieve in Southwest Florida. Today I decided to give this one a chance after months and months of not using them due to the bad experiences that I've had in the past. But today they redeemed themselves, Siri my tender was amazing in the lady at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal customer service she was exceptional with explaining to me what's going on with the Staffing it's just great I really appreciate it guys hope you guys have a wonderful weekend thanks again.

Veronica at front was so sweet and professional and Dallas did amazing job informing us of new products! This is the best Trulieve yet. So clean and bright and uplifting. They are knowledgeable, keep the store extremely clean and when you enter it’s a welcoming environment. Today I had Robert who helped me with my selections. I came to Trulieve for the first time a couple of months ago with my wife Opal. The store is great, and the staff is super friendly. But one employee, in particular, always goes above and beyond to help me. Gary is an exceptional employee… very personable and very knowledgeable. He’s truly a good egg. I’ll definitely be back again and again. My trips to this Trulieve store have been some of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in recent memory. 10/10 highly recommended.

Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Fort Myers does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Trulieve
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Fort Myers online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.
