Gators Announce Fan Capacity and Procedures for 2020 Volleyball Season

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – In preparation for the highly anticipated return of Florida volleyball, the University Athletic Association has announced a reduced capacity plan and fan procedures for the upcoming 2020 season in Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center. 

To comply with physical distancing requirements, Exactech Arena will host a limited percentage of its listed seating, putting the capacity at 2,500.

In accordance with campus guidelines, face coverings (over the nose and mouth) will be required for all fans throughout the entire game. This includes when fans are entering and exiting the arena. Fans may only remove face coverings while actively eating or drinking. Failure to comply with this important health guideline could result in loss of ticket privileges.

Tickets will be sold in pairs of two or four in a single-match format to comply with campus physical distancing guidelines. Those tickets can be purchased beginning on October 19 for 2020 Season Ticket Holders and October 20 for the general public, online here or over the phone at 352-375-4683. 

Student Tickets will be available the week of home matches via a pre-registration process (similar to what has been done with Men’s Basketball) via FloridaGators.com/Students.
