Gators-Bulldogs Set for Final Series of Fall

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The fifth-ranked Florida volleyball team (5-1, 5-1 SEC) closes out the fall portion of the 2020 schedule when Georgia (3-3, 3-3 SEC) comes to Exactech Arena for a two-match series beginning on Friday.

Friday’s matchup is slated for 7 p.m. on the SEC with Courtney Lyle and Missy Whittemore on the call. The two squads then turn around for a 5 p.m. matchup on Saturday, airing on the SEC Network + with Tom Collett and Josh Crow on the call.

UF holds the 66-9 series advantage over the Bulldogs, including a 63-1 record under the helm of Mary Wise.

The 2020 SEC volleyball season will consist of an eight-match, conference-only schedule over six weeks of competition beginning Oct. 16 with each school competing against four opponents on back-to-back nights.
