Gators in the NFL- Week 10

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Forty-nine former Gators and their respective teams are hitting their stride with just seven weeks remaining in the 2020 NFL regular season.  

2020 First Round pick CJ Henderson forced his first career fumble on Sunday afternoon, knocking the ball loose from Devante Adams after a pitch and catch from Aaron Rodgers. Beginning in the red zone, Jacksonville would tie the game at 17 on the ensuing possession with a little over 10 minutes remaining in the third quarter. Through eight career NFL starts, Henderson has tallied 36 tackles and an interception.

In New Orleans, Jordan Reed reeled in five catches for 62 yards, including this one-handed grab. Reed has caught 346 passes for 3,521 yards in his eight-year pro career.

Overall, Saints defensive backs CJ Gardner-Johnson (eight tackles, two for loss) and Janoris Jenkins (three stops) helped New Orleans hold the 49ers to just 13 points, improving to 7-2 on the season and maintaining a one game lead over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the NFC South standings. 

Joe Haden, Maurkice Pouncey and the Pittsburgh Steelers remain the only undefeated team
