GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Fifty former Gators and their NFL teams have hit the halfway point of the 2020 season this past Sunday.
Brandon Powell of the Atlanta Falcons scored his first NFL touchdown on Sunday with a four-yard pass from Matt Ryan in the second quarter of their 34-27 win over the Denver Broncos. In his collegiate career, Powell appeared in 49 games and reeled in 131 passes for 1,330 yards and nine touchdowns.

Chiefs wide receiver Demarcus Robinson found the end zone for the second-straight contest in Kansas City’s 33-31 win over the Carolina Panthers. Robinson now has 10 career touchdowns, notching four a piece in his first two professional seasons (2018 & 2019).
A third-round draft pick and instrumental part of a Gator defense that led the SEC in sacks and tackles-for-loss in 2019, Jonathan Greenard was credited with three defensive stops on Sunday afternoon for the Houston Texans, marking his first NFL tackles. Greenard would play 57 of Houston’s 69 defensive snaps against the Jaguars.
