Job Description – General Manager

VidaCann a leading Medical Marijuana company based in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking an experienced and professional General Manager to manage all aspects of one of its medical marijuana dispensaries in West Palm Beach, which includes in-store sales as well as home delivery.

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU:

• have 10+ years of experience as a GENERAL MANAGER of a busy retail, pharmacy, or restaurant establishment with 20-50 employees
• are willing to work a minimum 50hr work week, including some weekends,
• are able and willing to work in a very busy and sometimes hectic retail environment,
• have excellent work history with verifiable references,
• have a clean criminal record (a FL State Level 2 Background Check is required), and clean driving history,
• and the ability to pass initial pre-employment as well as subsequent random drug screens throughout employment.

Additional:

• Applicants with retail pharmaceutical or related background are preferred
• College degree is desired but not required
• Bilingual is also desired but not required
• Cannabis experience/knowledge is not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
