I use medical cannabis and have for over ten years now in replacement of three different medications that were terrible for me. I purchased two 8ths of flower from them on Thursday October 23rd. My budget requires limits and that means I need meds that actually work. Got home opened them and immediately noticed a lack of smell. I brush it to the side and figure maybe it smokes good. Both strains were not cured properly at all. not only was the flavor horrible but both strains hurt my throat for the next 24 hours. Literally I mean that. I have a lot of experience with cannabis. Consuming and studying for over thirty years and I have three years and 12 successful grows under my belt and can tell you this flower is full of chlorophyll. It was either drying in a room under lights or using fans or something because it was rushed. I asked for an exchange and was told that policy dictates that they won’t exchange or refund it and the best he could do is for me to come back to the store and buy two more eighths that he would discount for me. I’ll never shop there ever again. Now I’m down two eights from my allotment and out all my flower money for this week. Very very bad business guys please do better. We are patients not just customers.

I recently visited the Green Dragon dispensary at Baymeadows with my spouse to resolve an issue with their referral program. The promotion stated that both the referrer and the friend would receive $40 off. My spouse received her code, but I never did.One of the budtenders, Sentri (might be their name), was very kind and genuinely tried to help us figure out why I didn’t receive the referral code. Unfortunately, when they brought the issue to their manager, a person with short purple hair and glasses who claimed to be the district manager, things went downhill.Instead of attempting to troubleshoot or show any willingness to help, the manager immediately dismissed the issue, stating there was “nothing they could do” and that we would have to wait several days for IT to confirm if I even had a code in the first place. Their tone was extremely dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy or concern.We even explained that when my spouse went to the Green Dragon on 103rd, they had a similar issue but resolved it by manually entering the discount. The district manager wouldn’t even consider this and made no effort to offer an apology, or provide any form of customer service.As someone who has patronized dispensaries for years, my first experience with this dispensary was by far my worst experience. Things happen, I understand that. And how they’re handled is absolutely what matters the most. Being brushed off and treated as though I was being dishonest for trying to claim a legitimate promotion is unacceptable. Green Dragon should seriously consider retraining their management on basic customer care and problem-solving.

The staff here is incredible, and so is their product quality and prices! A nice little Humidor pack was included with my flower, which also comes in a glass jar rather than a plastic bottle. The free pre-roll they give me when I signed up for their customer rewards was a nice touch. Mine actually had a pleasant taste and had a good effect. I used to shop exclusively at Fluent and never realized how expensive their products were. Prices here are great even without any of their discounts, but their product quality definitely doesn't suffer for it. Now that I've experienced Green Dragon and The Flowery, I won't be overpaying for my dry goods anymore. I'll definitely be coming back!

Had a good 1st time experience with this location. I have been hearing good things from others in the industry about them and going there myself has proven for it to be true. Nice open floor plan and dug the chill music that was being played. Not big on much selection for flower as for high THC% but the 1st time discount definitely made up for it. Plus, for what I grabbed, the Orange Cookies is a decent burn. Darby was a great help to making my decision easy today, and quick. Do definitely see myself going back to this location, just hoping my next trip will be as pleasant as today.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Green Dragon

The staff here is incredible, and so is their product quality and prices! A nice little Humidor pack was included with my flower, which also comes in a glass jar rather than a plastic bottle. The free pre-roll they give me when I signed up for their customer rewards was a nice touch. Mine actually had a pleasant taste and had a good effect. I used to shop exclusively at Fluent and never realized how expensive their products were. Prices here are great even without any of their discounts, but their product quality definitely doesn't suffer for it. Now that I've experienced Green Dragon and The Flowery, I won't be overpaying for my dry goods anymore. I'll definitely be coming back!

Had a good 1st time experience with this location. I have been hearing good things from others in the industry about them and going there myself has proven for it to be true. Nice open floor plan and dug the chill music that was being played. Not big on much selection for flower as for high THC% but the 1st time discount definitely made up for it. Plus, for what I grabbed, the Orange Cookies is a decent burn. Darby was a great help to making my decision easy today, and quick. Do definitely see myself going back to this location, just hoping my next trip will be as pleasant as today.

We moved from Colorado to Jax late July this year. The prices are insanely high compared to CO - major sticker shock - even with the 50% discount for new clients. Not their fault though, and this dispensary was very nice.
