Today was my 2nd visit to this dispensary. Both times I could not be happier. Pleasant staff, good quality products, excellent promotions. They always make me feel like a special patient! Hopefully they will start carrying disposable vape pens eventually.

The staff here were very friendly, no complaints there. I didnt expect much from the flower given the prices, but I also didnt expect I would throw it away lol. I've been to almost every dispensary in the Tampa Bay area and this by far had the worst product. Even if the lower prices draw you it , you're better off throwing your cash into the trash , as thats where the flower will end up.

Upon entering this dispensary I was greeted with respect and a clean environment. Everything was working eyes and the products available have a very wide assortment unlike other dispensaries. Their prices are hard to beat especially for their glassware. I however recommend concentrates. 5 stars

I just visited the Hillsborough store last Sunday, Nov. 12. Staff was very friendly and I left with 2 of 3.5 grams in flower and a pre-roll for $15. Good quality bud and I was very pleased, so I went back yesterday to get more andvgot another pre-roll free! Great place!

Tonight, I was greeted by Chelsea who took care of the different options that I needed in the Brooksville store. She went out of her way to check dates and terp numbers and not only gave me the binder with all options but we went over a variety of strain info and some of the newer options that they had in. I was pleasantly surprised With her approach and knowledge. I look forward to going many more times as the products are just great.

About 3 hours after I placed my online order (last week) I received an email saying it was ready, followed by a 2nd one saying, “thank you for your purchase”-even though I hadn’t picked it up. I checked my MMUR and they had dispensed me for the order as well. When I went in to pick up my order, neither of the bud tenders could give any reason other than “idk what happened” and “you definitely weren’t here at 7:06p?”. They would barely look at me or give me the slightest ounce of kindness. I went back today, and the first thing Joseph said was, “I don’t think you’re allowed to purchase here”. I didn’t yell or show ANY anger the last time I was there. I calmly stood there while they redid my order (I did mention their lack of customer service, which again, neither of them would look up or respond). As far as today goes, when you skip greeting someone and go immediately to telling them they “might” not be allowed to purchase.. after a situation that was entirely out of their control— that’s unacceptable. I’m not sure who Faith is, but I was told it was his decision. This is compassionate care and since this is a MEDICAL state, you are working with patients and sick people. This is the second time in a row that I’ve left this place, shaking with anxiety. When I asked Joseph why any of this was happening and why he was treating me rudely, his response was that he wasn’t being rude. Please learn to be gentle and kind, and remember that this is medicine.

Not impressed! Ordered online, got confirmation email saying order was ready. Went to the store they didn't have any order for me. Told the budtender what the order was, she acted like I didn't place an order then accused me of ordering from another location. After showing the confirmation email with the Hillsborough store location I told the budtender my order, she immediately forgot what was told to her & had to tell her the order a second time. Asked one of the other workers for coa with terp % everything was like 1% or under.Needless to say I WALKED OUT with nothing. Will not be back, not pleased with the staff or product that I never even tried.Too many other dispensaries around to waste time on this 🗑️ place

Worst customer service and website. Most of the flower they stock are like lawn clippings and no where to look up the CoA. They finally received new inventory which I had questions on. I have called in the past and they have helped me (this info is on every other dispensaries site) but was just told they can’t give it over the phone. Question: Then how do dispensaries list CoA for the pubic to see on their sites. After a dozen times trying they just don’t care about their products or patients after being open a year. Sad because I was really pushing for them!

Went there thinking the flower was going to be good even talked to the manger and was told that the flower was good and they all like it so I decided to purchase 9 8ths and let me tell you it was garbage this place was a joke the flower had no smell and didn’t even do anything for me I then called the business back got the manger on the phone and told him he lied to me and I asked him why the flower smelled like a Indian store he then told me that they use nitrogen to seal the bags never heard of that before I have been to almost every dispensary in Tampa stay away from this one you will thank me later don’t go by the reviews because they are all a lie if you don’t believe me try it for yourself i will never go back there again the people tell you all sales are final after they told me how good their flower was it was so bad I threw away 9 8ths this place is a joke 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The only reason why I stopped in this place was because it was as open and close by. They are over priced, have an extremely limited menu, customer service is not welcoming, it seemed that I was just a bother when I came in. They refused my visitor to walk in with me. The employees seemed to be uneducated in specific gummies and strands, including medical needs. If you’re looking for a place that helps your specific medical needs and is willing to comfortably make you feel at ease, answer questions, and help guide you through their products, go to Trulieve! Regretfully I still spent money at Green Dragon, only because I was in a pinch. Trulieve really has the best employees, products, sales, they allow your visitor to come in with ID, and they acknowledge you by your first name.

I give the employees 5 stars as they were all very nice and helpful but the product I got was not 5 stars at all!! Worst stuff I've ever had. On a few the harvest date was almost a year ago. You could tell it was old just by taste and smell. I bought 5 different kinds gold and silver levels and I'm not happy with any of them. So very disappointed!!

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Green Dragon
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
