This is my #1 dispensary. The staff is phenomenal; Maxine, Robbie, John, Holly, Yazin and esp Jose. You all make my medicinal experience a calm, friendly and educated one. I come here for the herb (10/10) but I definitely come here because of the STAFF. Just outstanding and Grow Healthy should be proud. This is the best dispensary out of every single dispensary in Broward! I’ve tested all of them & there is no comparison when it comes to quality, quantity, customer service and all around truly caring about your needs as per written by your Dr but the cherry on top is the fact that they do not have tip jars on the counter when you’re going to pick up your prescription medication because that just offends me with other dispensaries Yan thank you for your phenomenal customer service & for being very thorough and knowledgeable because it means more than people even knowread more

This dispensary is by far THE best I’ve discovered in Broward/Palm Beach county. Their product quality AND product knowledge is unbelievably better than all others I’ve been to. Their bud is so beautiful, rich in terpenes, AND SO MOIST. I presumed that all dispensary flower just came as dry as herbs found your spice cabinet, lol. Flower is great but unfortunately the customer service is not. Went in for a second visit and was told that I couldn’t use one of my discounts before another. I’ve only been here twice. Great front desk customer service and phone service. Receptionist answered all.my questions and was very knowledgeable on the products. Called me ahead of time to inform me of product shortage and fixed that issue with the choice multiple different options. Great leaf products!! I personally work at a dispensary, I have never been treated like this at a dispensary. At 8 o’clock as I was waiting there for 15 minutes a man named Guy did not allow me to go back and purchase my items that I had put on order earlier that day. Their customer service for persons medication is completely satisfactory as much as I love their product I don’t want to deal with their customer service and I would much rather go to other dispensaries that are open and willing to help patients. I know from personal experience that you can always dispatch past eight and it is crucial for you to have your customers/patients always medicated and happy I left unhappy and I had my time wasted as he had me waitread more

I was a regular here since they have opened but after the horrible debacle I have experienced with them this week, I will no longer be shopping here. I came in around 6 pm on 3/23 to pick up an online order. I made the mistake of using the on site ATM to withdraw $400 and agreed to a $6 ATM fee. Paid for my medicine and went home. When I woke up on 3/24, I checked my bank account per usual and saw a $1000 charge from the ATM…$400 I took out and a $600 ATM fee. I immediately called my bank and reported fraud and had to wait until 9 for the store to open to find out what the heck happened. Initially I spoke with the manager who seems to be sympathetic and tried to help me resolve this. He told me the charges would drop once the transaction is no longer pending. I explained this is not a pending charge, the bank took 1k and I need my money back. He told me he would investigate and call me back. Cut to 4 hours later of me completely stressed about this and no call back from him. I called the store and spoke with an associate who would not let me speak with the manager and told me they knew about the issue and that people would get refunded. I asked him when, he said he has no idea. I then asked for the contact information for the ATM company so I can reach them directly. I was put on hold then an extremely rude and disrespectful woman got on the phone and told me they weren’t going to help me and I need to call the corporate 1800 number if I need help. She also refused to give me the ATM phone number. Why am I being forced to jump through hoops and have to deal with a screw up that was not my fault? Completely unacceptable to treat people this way when they have been clearly ripped off and a victim of fraud. I was forced to file a police report and I filed a complaint with the OMMU. It took me 8 hours of phone calls and emails to finally get the ATM contact info. And I still don’t have any answers to when my money will be refunded. Beware when dealing with this company who has zero value of their customers. I will never, ever give then a penny of my hard earned money after this and I advise you all to never use the on site ATM at any dispensary. This has been a complete nightmare for me and the lack of responsibility and accountability of this company is frankly disgusting.read more

This place is awesome. Best quality flower in the state. They don’t offer much deals on pricing aside from their ‘littles’ but is worth it for the quality. The 99 half oz Littles is the best deal in the program if you can find it.Now that they launched their rosin, its basically game over for the other dispensaries. Whew. Grow Healthy in Deerfield Beach is special. Finely honed safety and purchasing protocols. Staff all bright, knowledgeable ,and accommodating. Very little wait time-not like some of the competition. Facility is very well set up and very well maintained. Upon entry you are immediately greeted by a friendly young man I believe his name is Guy. Very polite and helpful and signed me up with them quickly. I was then called Inside by a very kind young lady named Jocelyn. She took my order and answered all my questions in a very professional matter and most importantly made me confident of the products I was purchasing. Overall this location works excellent as a team I see them all Working together with a sense of urgency moving people throu very fast to keep wait time at a minimum. Placed my order online for curbside pickup, got the confirmation email saying to be here before there closing time 8. (1st fault) so I get in my car stop to get my cash and prepare myself for a 38 minute drive because you know people hyped it up so I figured it’s got to be worth the drive. 20 minutes into my drive I call in an get a nice fella, I’ll retain his name since it wasn’t really his fault, but I ask him if I can add another item to my order he said they usually don’t do this but he’ll make an exception and I tell him great! I will be arriving in about 10-15 minutes. He replies sounds good (2nd fault) I arrive at the dispensary at 7:44-45 ish and call the number, after being on hold For a few moments he comes back to say the system “is down” and that they usually don’t fulfill orders after there cutoff time 7:45 (first time hearing this as a new patient), another rep comes out to say yeah it’s been down for a while and tried to find alternative to help me then gets taken inside by another rep , only to have another rep come and tell me she ultimately can’t and won’t do anything. I explained I made a long drive out here and there best answer was “well hold it for you till tomorrow”. You guys may have better quality then trulieve but your customer service sucks. Make your patients more aware of your cutoff time, if someone calls in and says he’s on his way maybe let him know the system is down to come tomorrow or even hey it’s fairly close to our cutoff time, don’t forget you have to be here by 745. But I get it you guys heard more money coming in and rather just secure the order then the customerread more

So I waited outside for pick up order and they said my account was good to go then once I walked in lady told me oh I need 2 forms of ID your license and your medical card which I did but she said just since the medical card is old since FL takes forever I couldn’t order what a waste of time when every once dispensary accepts FL ID specially in these times – Not Going Here Again plus everything is over priced only reason I tried going is everything else is closedread more

They call it the compassionate cannabis act for a reason, however Heidi from your Deerfield Beach location is the furthest thing from compassionate in any sense of the word. I phoned ahead into your location on a Thursday night to confirm that you indeed take your last patient at 8:45, and close at 9. Upon arriving at exactly 8:41, not only was your location locked shut, but after knocking on the door Heidi answers, and tells me that she can’t let me in because the patients that are already in the building will take her well past 8:45. I informed her that I phoned ahead to confirm entry, and she simply said “that was probably someone from the call center.” (SO WHAT?) If you cared anything about patient care you would at least have some compassion for your patients. I would’ve been happier had she not answered the door at all, that way there would’ve been no room for interpretation. A generic response from the owner about how patient care is at the utmost of your priorities would clearly be a LIE! Zero empathy, and compassion from this place. I won’t get into the quality of the products that you do carry, that would be unfair. Thanks for nothing!read more

Out of the 3 dispensaries that I’ve tried within 10 miles of where I live, GrowHealthy is by FAR the best. Customer service is second to none. Minimal wait, if any. Always greeted with a smile and great attitude. My bud tender today was amazing and couldn’t ask for anyone better. I explained my symptoms, what I’m looking for, and she knew exactly what would work and what wouldn’t. There was one strain she recommended that they did not have in stock unfortunately, but she went out of her way to look up the strains family genetics to see if they had either of the parent strains in stock. I went for opening day discounts. The layout of their newest dispensary is really nice. They have jars you can smell the bud in, a first for me in Florida. Things seemed hectic & not well organized but it was opening day. Grow healthy has really nice flower. The White 99 was really beautiful. Their cartridges are really good too.
