Some of my favorite strains are available here. Unfortunately, they have an inventory issue because every time I’m there, they “just ran out” of what I wanted. Which is strange because they always have the other stuff. It feels like an artificial supply/demand situation. Also, certain items stay at a “sale” price. Which means my veterans discount is virtually pointless.

Bad attitudes. First time I went, had a great time talking with the person helping me behind the counter. Then my mother in law calls me on my phone and I just answer and ask what she needs. Next thing I know GIGA-KAREN (who apparently IS the manager from the way she through her weight around, all 50 pounds of it) scolded me like a child that I couldn’t be on the phone in there. First time at ANY dispensary anyone tells me I can’t be on my phone, let alone in the disrespectful manner the boy lady spoke to me. Then the second time I came here the boy lady was at the front area checking me in and there was a he/him Karen with a beard that scolded me behind the voter. I’m new to having my card and asked how much was left on my allotment. He responded “you didn’t check online before coming? Yeah next time check before you come in”. Won’t be coming back to this place. Rude. Don’t want to help. Customer service; like chivalry; is dead.

The wait can be long even when there are no patients ahead of you. The flower quality is one of the best in Gainesville but the containers feel a bit cheap unless you get the master series. It's worth checking out when they have sales.

So folks beside NOT having a tamper proof seal on their flower products. They did not rinse them either, so they smoke like the black death. When the ash is black and taste like fertilizer that's because it is. Worst flower ever! 2 different flower and what a head ache. GrowClean try that.

If you are a delivery customer just do yourself a favor and find someplace else to shop. The new delivery system makes it so that if you shop the sales every day they will keep pushing back your delivery date and you will never see your orders. GH you have now messed up the past 3 deliveries. There is no excuse for such terrible service. Wasted too much of my time trying to be loyal. They don’t care, why should I?

Placed an order last week and received a confirmation text saying the order would be delivered between 1 and 5. The day of the delivery, I get a text right as my phone starts ringing at about 11:50am. The text says the delivery person would be at my address in 32 minutes. The phone call was the delivery driver telling me they were at my door (an hour+ earlier than my delivery window). I begged them to wait 10 minutes for me to go to the atm on the corner but they refused telling me i would just have to place another order and wait another week. I placed another order and anxiously awaited for it to be delivered today between 1 and 6 as the text confirmation advised. After an hour passed, I decided to call and ask about when i might expect the delivery. After an extremely long hold (30+ minutes), I was told that the system had deleted my order for no apparent reason and i would not be receiving anything AGAIN for the 2nd week in a row. The order contained all items that were marked down 50% off and i was going to use my first time patient discount. I have now just been told i will have to place A THIRD ORDER and that they would not be honoring the 50% off on those items any more even though it was 100% Grow Healthy's fault that I did not receive the order for the 2nd time in a row. I took the afternoon off from work both of these days (with no PTO) so now I have actually lost money attempting to do business with grow healthy and have received virtually nothing back but wasted time and continued frustration.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries. Their strains of flower are my favorite. All of the 'Key' variants taste incredible. Their master grower series is the top of the line. The cream of the "crop," if you will. 🤣 Absolutely gorgeous flower, covered in sparkly trichomes- looks even prettier under a magnifying glass.The staff is always helpful, never had a single issue, and if I did-I wouldn't worry. I've seen people come in with issues-everyone is human- they resolve them in less than 30 seconds.Is there a wait? Sometimes, sure. It's a popular facility. Is it completely worth the wait? And to those who complain about waiting, this is a MEDICAL FACILITY that DISPENSES MEDICATION that has more regulations than OPIOIDS. Yes, you MAY have a bit of a wait. Be an adult and learn to entertain yourself. 5/5 have been to multiple locations multiple times. This is THE SPOT. Avoid the preground though. They have THE BEST by far, but not worth smoking it still. If you're on a budget, littles are awesome and so is their distillate!

I would give a 5 star but they are by far the slowest dispensary in town. They have the best products in town no doubt, but you pay the price for it when u enter the dispensary. Waiting. And more waiting... And more waiting. I don't get it honestly. Basically there is no point to do a mobile order. It makes it no quicker at all. Also their check out system seems to be ancient. I think most would agree. That process takes forever too. So again if you don't mind wiaiting, they got you with excellent product.

I have ordered over the phone and online twice now and let me tell you this is by far the best experiance and product! First off there is a major shortage going on and I went to 3 dispensaries in gainesville that only had maybe 1 or 2 strands at 13-18%. I have gone to almost every dispensary in gainesville as well as viewed online sites. Not only does Grow Healthy have the highest percentages for flowef (I got a 30.90% that was the best I've ever smoked as well as a 29% and 26% that are amazing!) They also have the most user friendly website and store! One of the painpoints on ordering online is it NEVER states a percentage of THC in flower. Sometimes you may see a wide range like 12-19% but rarely an exact amount usually it lists just showing "varies" and they list strands that aren't available in store. Grow Healthys website is up to date showing you exactly what is in stock, even how many in stock, as well as the exact percentage, price and all stand info you are looking for. I did not once look at the site and leave it having to call in with a list of questions. This site is so user friendly it answers them all and shows you an exact picture of the strand! Odering over the phkne was a pleasant experience with sweet caring reps and ordering online was quick and easy. Once in the store the receptionist were all extremely kind and quick to get us served. When they take you back the room is large open and inviting. Most stores may have a print out list of product info but you have to ask a list of questions and they ramble off answers too and a lot of info. Grow healthy had a tv screens separated out and organized by product groul(group, concentrates, syringes.. ect) for all product it easily list out the THC percentage as well as any CBD percents, the amount (3.5g for flower, 1/5gram or full gram carts...ect.) and prices. The reps are there to answer any questions but honestly all the info is displayed so easy for you, you hardly have any. I will continue to only go to Grow Healthy. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Definitely recommend!!

Purchasing Marijuana Products at GrowHealthy
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Placed an order last week and received a confirmation text saying the order would be delivered between 1 and 5. The day of the delivery, I get a text right as my phone starts ringing at about 11:50am. The text says the delivery person would be at my address in 32 minutes. The phone call was the delivery driver telling me they were at my door (an hour+ earlier than my delivery window). I begged them to wait 10 minutes for me to go to the atm on the corner but they refused telling me i would just have to place another order and wait another week. I placed another order and anxiously awaited for it to be delivered today between 1 and 6 as the text confirmation advised. After an hour passed, I decided to call and ask about when i might expect the delivery. After an extremely long hold (30+ minutes), I was told that the system had deleted my order for no apparent reason and i would not be receiving anything AGAIN for the 2nd week in a row. The order contained all items that were marked down 50% off and i was going to use my first time patient discount. I have now just been told i will have to place A THIRD ORDER and that they would not be honoring the 50% off on those items any more even though it was 100% Grow Healthy's fault that I did not receive the order for the 2nd time in a row. I took the afternoon off from work both of these days (with no PTO) so now I have actually lost money attempting to do business with grow healthy and have received virtually nothing back but wasted time and continued frustration.

The cream of the "crop," if you will. 🤣 Absolutely gorgeous flower, covered in sparkly trichomes- looks even prettier under a magnifying glass.The staff is always helpful, never had a single issue, and if I did-I wouldn't worry. I've seen people come in with issues-everyone is human- they resolve them in less than 30 seconds.Is there a wait? Sometimes, sure. It's a popular facility. Is it completely worth the wait? Finally had someone explain pick ups. They only hold till the 3nd od day not 24 hours. I have to call and let them know I will be coming because I live so far away. Went into grow healthy for the first time with my wife. The gentleman that served us was not very in tuned with the customers. He was rushing us out the door without giving us our product. Then after getting home we realized we were missing a cartridge that we paid for and all of our discounts were not applied. Tried calling them for an hour with no pick up, and then they closed. Not impressed.

I have been to almost all in Gainesville. They are all MUCH better to deal with than Grow Healthy. THEY SUCK BIG TIME! BEWARE

Wow, a dispensary that gives you your product quick and the weed is always on point cured perfectly nice job! This dispensary is better than any other one in Florida. Truelieve was very uncomfortable most of the time and they never have weed and if they do its nothing compared to grow healthy.

I have ordered over the phone and online twice now and let me tell you this is by far the best experiance and product! First off there is a major shortage going on and I went to 3 dispensaries in gainesville that only had maybe 1 or 2 strands at 13-18%. I have gone to almost every dispensary in gainesville as well as viewed online sites. Not only does Grow Healthy have the highest percentages for flowef (I got a 30.90% that was the best I've ever smoked as well as a 29% and 26% that are amazing!) They also have the most user friendly website and store! One of the painpoints on ordering online is it NEVER states a percentage of THC in flower. Sometimes you may see a wide range like 12-19% but rarely an exact amount usually it lists just showing "varies" and they list strands that aren't available in store. Grow Healthys website is up to date showing you exactly what is in stock, even how many in stock, as well as the exact percentage, price and all stand info you are looking for. I did not once look at the site and leave it having to call in with a list of questions. This site is so user friendly it answers them all and shows you an exact picture of the strand! Odering over the phkne was a pleasant experience with sweet caring reps and ordering online was quick and easy. Once in the store the receptionist were all extremely kind and quick to get us served. When they take you back the room is large open and inviting. Most stores may have a print out list of product info but you have to ask a list of questions and they ramble off answers too and a lot of info. Grow healthy had a tv screens separated out and organized by product groul(group, concentrates, syringes.. ect) for all product it easily list out the THC percentage as well as any CBD percents, the amount (3.5g for flower, 1/5gram or full gram carts...ect.) and prices. The reps are there to answer any questions but honestly all the info is displayed so easy for you, you hardly have any. I will continue to only go to Grow Healthy. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Definitely recommend!!

So I drove about an hour to pick up medicine that I preordered. Once inside I realized the medication I ordered was no longer in stock even though I received a confirmation text. At this point I begin to get very upset and angry as I just drove an hour to be turned down after I received said confirmation. The manager (pretty lady with dreads) calmed me down and stated they were here to help. That she did.... I cannot thank the manager enough. Not only for making it right but being there for me when I was upset. The world needs more people like her..

Employees not even aware of the program nor interested in finding out. While there a few other customers came in. One of them was apparently known in the store. The difference in the way that customer was treated was amazing. The way the known customer was treated was how ALL of your customers would like to be treated. Back to Curaleaf I go.
