This is probably the best dispensary that I've ever been to. The people here are friendly and personable, I've never faced any sort of rudeness or bigotry, and they know me when I come in; they even showed signs of recognizing me after just the second time I had been there. The atmosphere is positive and real, there is a friends and family vibe, and between their selection and deals I almost always walk away quite happy with my purchase. I could use a dispensary closer to home, but the people and the prices here make it worth it to drive double the distance.

I put in an online order and never heard back from them. I tried to contact someone on the phone for an hour. I was never able to speak to a person!!! I finally went to the store and there were 5 plus pickup orders ahead of me and I have to wait another 30 min (I hope) to get my cartridge. I was told they were too busy to answer the phone. I’ve never had such awful customer service. I usually go to another local dispensary and have no issues at all.GrowHealthy needs to take care of their employees and hire more people. It seems like they have to deal with unhappy customers often and that’s not fair to them. I did eventually get a call back from the contact center. She was helpful in explaining their situation but unable to make changes. They are all overwhelmed!I do like the product very much. I’m just not sure the service is worth the time.

So. I think how a company handles mistakes is important. I made a purchase here a bit ago but was accidentally dispensed twice. I didn’t catch it until I tried to make a larger purchase at a different dispensary but couldn’t due to the duplicate dispensing. It messed up my whole, carefully calculated order. I was able to call this location and get it taken care of IMMEDIATELY. I really didn’t think they’d take care of it so quickly, but they certainly proved me wrong. No 1-hr-wait-call-center bs. No additional hassle. I was still able to get myother order. Trust me, you don’t want to deal with a company that handles mistakes poorly. You want to shop with the company that handles mistakes well, because mistakes are bound to happen. Grow Healthy definitely deserves these 5 stars and my business.

When they do get flower in, it's usually pretty good, and there are deals to be found. I also wish the bud tenders were a little more friendly. Front seat folks are always nice.

GrowHealthy is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. GrowHealthy dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If GrowHealthy in Lakeland does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at GrowHealthy
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, GrowHealthy in Lakeland online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. Strongest THC percentage consistently compared to all other dispensaries in the Lakeland area. Very friendly staff. Parking is sometimes a challenge (small lot with a somewhat steep incline on a motorcycle) especially when a sale is going on. 😉 Very pleased with flower product every purchase.

Jazz, Kristen, and Adrian were THE most accommodating representatives in the business. I have been to many dispensaries, and have dealt with many representatives of all levels of knowledge of product, and attitude. As a full-time mother, full-time employee, and full time student, I have made the time to post roughly three Google reviews in my life - this being one of them. Jazz had the most vibrant and warm attitude of any customer service representative I have met! Kristen took the time to research extensively a product for me before I purchased it and had a smile the entire time. Adrian wrapped everything up beautifully and quickly for me and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes whereas any other dispensary locally, I would still be waiting to be called back even if I had already placed my order online. Their quality is on point, nothing noteworthy as far as potency, seems most of the carts and concentrate is in the 70% which is nice If that's your thing. I put in an online order and never heard back from them. I tried to contact someone on the phone for an hour. I was never able to speak to a person!!! I finally went to the store and there were 5 plus pickup orders ahead of me and I have to wait another 30 min (I hope) to get my cartridge. I was told they were too busy to answer the phone. I’ve never had such awful customer service. I usually go to another local dispensary and have no issues at all.GrowHealthy needs to take care of their employees and hire more people. It seems like they have to deal with unhappy customers often and that’s not fair to them. I did eventually get a call back from the contact center. She was helpful in explaining their situation but unable to make changes. They are all overwhelmed!I do like the product very much. I’m just not sure the service is worth the time.

Not sure how this store is. Growhealthy delivery is awful though. I’ve tried ordering from them 5 times in the last 2 years They’ve either been out of product when it came time to deliver or just forgot.Today I tried ordering rosin. Nope. Site crashed and my order didn’t go through. Everything was sold out by the time I realized it. 3 hours on hold later no luck talking to a human.I sincerely hope this company goes out of business soon so we can get something better in its place.

So. I think how a company handles mistakes is important. I made a purchase here a bit ago but was accidentally dispensed twice. I didn’t catch it until I tried to make a larger purchase at a different dispensary but couldn’t due to the duplicate dispensing. It messed up my whole, carefully calculated order. I was able to call this location and get it taken care of IMMEDIATELY. I really didn’t think they’d take care of it so quickly, but they certainly proved me wrong. No 1-hr-wait-call-center bs. No additional hassle. I was still able to get myother order. Trust me, you don’t want to deal with a company that handles mistakes poorly. You want to shop with the company that handles mistakes well, because mistakes are bound to happen. Grow Healthy definitely deserves these 5 stars and my business.

I wish I could give more stars, but....The place is downright disappointing. Hardly any product. Getting flower there is hit or miss. Distillate and carts are just ok. When they do get flower in, it's usually pretty good, and there are deals to be found. I also wish the bud tenders were a little more friendly. Front seat folks are always nice.
