Staff are super friendly and are always open to answering questions. Their menu used to be one solid page to read off of as of recent they changed it to a moving selection screen which makes it a bit more difficult and awkward to read/ select. Overall pretty good dispensary I notice that sometimes their outdoor flower is a bit better quality than their indoor.

GrowHealthy is my favorite dispensary in the area. The products have always been fresh and enjoyable and you guys have great sales. I usually place delivery orders because of scheduling but this time I decided to go into the store. I placed my order and had to call several times to deal with issues with my card (not growhealthys issue, my mmj dr messed up but GrowHealthy handled everything great for me). Then I got to the store and Carlos was great. He and the other guy there (I’m terrible with names and even commented that to them haha) were super friendly and knowledgeable. I’d had a rough go of it that day and they totally made the process painless and I left in a much better mood. For convenience sake I’d love it if a GrowHealthy opened closer to me in Fort Lauderdale but honestly I think I’ll be ordering from and stopping by this location more often because I had such a great expirience. Been a costumer for a long time but recently something is off. The quality of employees now is way lower than it used to be. Also I noticed that an 8th of flower looks less than usual. Don’t like the fact that the sales guy opened a jar to let me smell the flower. I can’t trust that the same guy is not taking a couple of buds out of the jar as he went to the back several times before he finally came to the front with the 2 8ths I got that day.Jars should be sealed like a tinture or a med from the farmacy. WHO tells me that this guy is not thinning out this jars or putting something else in it. Something to keep in mind.

Don't go here! They tamper with ALL product. They put 1 pretty, smelly piece on top, & trade the rest with garbage! They OPEN & TOUCH product inside closed pkgs. The closest one to me is 30 min away, have to get on the highway, and i have every other dispensary within 10-15 min of me, this is always worth the trip. You might not be greeted, your order can be deleted the same day, so when you go, you have to be subject to what is left, even having the confirmation email that the order was received earlier.Young boys and girls are at the front, and one of them is too sarcastic, nobody needs mind games. I'm a professional bartender, with 22 years of experience. I learn to make drinks for a tip. So I know that a "bud tenter" is a wrong term for the attendants. Every one is nice and polite. My biggest deal with them is they don't have crumble. Smoke a bit of pot then smoke the sour diesel crumble and it keeps you stoned for a long time. Plus you can get stoned with it by itself. There are other crumbles available for purchase don't know if they work like this.

Nobody responded to my emails or calls.UPDATE: They rectified the situation when I went there. The guy up front was a very understanding individual and I commend him on getting things to go by smoothly. I did however, have a mishap in charges on the order I had to replace that I noticed before leaving and they refunded immediately. Just think that maybe they need more staff to answer phones and watch things closer.

Under normal circumstances I look for good customer service. I would think in today’s climate most operations would be reaching out to gain as many customers/clients/patients as they can. I was dismayed when I called your dispensary and the first time was kept on hold for over 25 minutes. So I hang up and call back at which time someone answers the phone almost as if you’re bothering me kind of thing. I proceeded to ask a couple of questions and was met With such a ho-hum response that I am baffled. Are people not looking for jobs anymore? Do businesses not need the clientele anymore? I just got my card in May of this year and let me tell you, no one has been as helpful and welcoming in Miami as Chris and the whole team at GH. During lock down they would bring my orders to the car, but now that I get to go in it's on a different level! This will be one of the main dispensaries I go to for the excellent customer service and excellent product and pricing! The only downside is the traffic (which can't be helped) and no concentrates (yet?) but overall GrowHealthy is a 10/10 in a town full of 5-6/10's imo.

Unfortunately when I got home and weighed my product it only came out to 2.4 grams. Yes. I even put a nickel on the scale to make sure it was correct. GrowHealthy is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. GrowHealthy dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If GrowHealthy in Miami does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at GrowHealthy
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at GrowHealthy
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, GrowHealthy in Miami online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Their menu used to be one solid page to read off of as of recent they changed it to a moving selection screen which makes it a bit more difficult and awkward to read/ select. I usually place delivery orders because of scheduling but this time I decided to go into the store. I placed my order and had to call several times to deal with issues with my card (not growhealthys issue, my mmj dr messed up but GrowHealthy handled everything great for me). Then I got to the store and Carlos was great. He and the other guy there (I’m terrible with names and even commented that to them haha) were super friendly and knowledgeable. I’d had a rough go of it that day and they totally made the process painless and I left in a much better mood. Been a costumer for a long time but recently something is off. The quality of employees now is way lower than it used to be. Also I noticed that an 8th of flower looks less than usual. Don’t like the fact that the sales guy opened a jar to let me smell the flower. I can’t trust that the same guy is not taking a couple of buds out of the jar as he went to the back several times before he finally came to the front with the 2 8ths I got that day.Jars should be sealed like a tinture or a med from the farmacy. Every one is nice and polite. My biggest deal with them is they don't have crumble. Smoke a bit of pot then smoke the sour diesel crumble and it keeps you stoned for a long time. Plus you can get stoned with it by itself. There are other crumbles available for purchase don't know if they work like this.

The guy up front was a very understanding individual and I commend him on getting things to go by smoothly. Under normal circumstances I look for good customer service. I would think in today’s climate most operations would be reaching out to gain as many customers/clients/patients as they can. I was dismayed when I called your dispensary and the first time was kept on hold for over 25 minutes. I just got my card in May of this year and let me tell you, no one has been as helpful and welcoming in Miami as Chris and the whole team at GH. During lock down they would bring my orders to the car, but now that I get to go in it's on a different level! This will be one of the main dispensaries I go to for the excellent customer service and excellent product and pricing! The only downside is the traffic (which can't be helped) and no concentrates (yet?) but overall GrowHealthy is a 10/10 in a town full of 5-6/10's imo.

This place is heading in the right direction. I’ve been to dispensaries all over the west coast and this place has some the best buds in Florida. Kudos to the growers for hitting the mark of quality: Big/dense well structured nugs, danky odor, and the key factor of stickiness. Keep up the great work (plus high % buds) and only real weakness is the delivery system due to its length of waiting time.

I've been here just twice and both times I couldn't be more pleased! Smooth transaction and great flower only thing i don't like much is the packaging that it doesn't come completely sealed its just a pop up canister pretty cool just wish it would come with a seal. Other than that their flower is beautiful i specifically tried their Emerald City Kush, and Birds of Paradise they were both on point smell wise and burn wise. I will continue to purchase from them i hope they offer more discounts along the line because their products are worth of having. Pick up was a breeze curbside pickup from order placed to it being ready was no more than 15-20 min and they bring it out to you due to the Covi Crisis, also another amazing and for me the best feature of this store is the easy access of communicating with the actual on site pros who are prepping your order they can help you out with availability of products despite online availability Chris was extremely helpful to me with my first two online orders at the North Miami location I will definitely be a returning customer as well as a referring one as well. Thank you guys for everything and lets keep growing that Good Healthy Flower!!

Switched from Surterra to Grow Healthy today . The guys took time to help me figure out what would work best for my condition. I bought a 3.5 of Wookie Girl. Unfortunately when I got home and weighed my product it only came out to 2.4 grams. Yes. I even put a nickel on the scale to make sure it was correct. Waiting on a manager to contact me to see what we can get figured out. Love the store and over all quality but I dislike being shorted a gram.

They were the first dispensary I went to after getting the approval and will always be my go to. Rise is the only other one that can compete imo.

I am so happy they are finally open. I went in this morning and everybody was so helpful and I was able to get everything I needed to get me through this hurricane. The facility is beautiful super clean and they even have a great display and you could see everything before you buy it. A+ in my book.
